They made us pay for parking which is ridiculous

Pool was closed with out any notice really wanted to use the pool. Also one elevator was down also had to wait

Excellent room, staff, restaurant, parking and location. The bar was lively with plenty of TV’s to watch sports. Several dining options close by.

nice hotel- safe, easy parking, nice beds, rooms. NIce bar area, needs more personnel to serve the customers though not the bartenders fault he was fabulous. it is a very nice property will stay here again.

Our stay was really nice! We chose The Westin because of the bar and restaurant onsite, and the pool. This place is clean, comfortable, staff was very inviting, and OMG the food at the restaurant was amazing! The heated pool was nice, slightly disappointed with the hot tub (temp and jets were so-so.) For the first time ever, we ordered desert with the room service...SOOO good! I really liked that the TV was set up to easily log into your own streaming accounts and also easily reset when leaving, although I believe the hotel does that when checking out. I requested our room have a mini fridge, that was not a problem at all. The only thing that was a little annoying was the sound when the heating/ac system kicked on/off. Nice shower, great water pressure and I loved that there were pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bodywash right on the shower wall. Overall, this place is really nice, I would definitely stay again and recommend.

We've stayed here several times as it is the best property in Mount Laurel with regards to staff, cleanliness, amenities. We were disappointed to learn that they are now charging $7/day for self-parking, which is ridiculous in a suburban area.

Love Westins! Odd property in that back door Is the hotel entrance! But close parking,cheap parking, and lovely smell. Bar restaurant was pleasant and good food.

The ONLY reason I chose to book with Westin Mount Laurel was for the hot tub — as my mother's Christmas gift. She is in severe pain from terrible spine, hip, and rheumatoid arthritis conditions and walking with a cane. I, too, suffer from RA and have recent injuries. Our plan was to relax and use the hot tub often. We couldn't use the hot tub. You could not see the bottom of the hot tub or pool due to cloudy, unsanitary and unbalance water. They drained both Wednesday. The hot tub reopened late on Wednesday while the pool was filling. It was lukewarm. When we turned on the jets, a burst of cold, cloudy water was observed, which told us that the lines were not fully purged and that there was a possible cross connection to the pool. Lots of grout is missing was missing and a harbor for bacteria, along with wall saturated with moisture. On top of that, our showers were lukewarm at best and the carpets wreaked of toxic carpet cleaner. The accessible outdoor walkway was covered with wet leaves and cigaretted butts — a hazard for my mother with her cane and any wheelchair user. I attempted to get help from Expedia and when they called the hotel, manager Ali lied to them about the hot tub being closed. Bad service from the hotel and Expedia for not digging deeper. We deserve a large discount. This was not relaxing or worth the money.

Very clean and quiet hotel despite multiple conventions going on

The room was dirty. Bathroom floors looked like they were not scrubbed in months. Bed linen was old. Carpet was not cleaned.

Rooms Need To Be Updated! Dingy Towels & Linen! Hair From Previous Guest On Shower Curtains. Only Saving Grace Is Staff

We stayed two nights on Dec. 24-26. On Christmas Day our room was not cleaned and we did not receive clean towels. After going down to the main desk the clerk said that there was no housekeeping services on Christmas. I paid close to $200 a night for this room. Totally unacceptable. Also, there is a new policy where you have to pay a surcharge for parking. I will not be staying at this property any more. The staff and general manager were horrible.

Cleanest and best maintained hotel/motel/inn in the area. Housekeeping daily without "appointments" which is mandated at other places. Room consistently re-stocked with supplies. Friendly staff.

I really enjoyed my stay here, but the one complaint I have is the lack of maintenance on the carpeting in the room. There were several stains on the carpets under the bed and near the coffee maker.

Overall, very nice hotel. Noise from the street was very noticeable.

Carpet was stained and damaged, sink very slow drain (2 weekends in a row) in different rooms. Charging station on the desk and on lamps were not working. Desk furniture top was showing a major water stain or something like that. And the cable tv guide was not working.

Nice property but mattress very soft

I felt very safe while being out of town. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There were some issues with the tv which the staff was able to fix. However the AC unit wasn’t working properly. Our room was 77 degrees when we woke up. We weren’t able to get a refund or credits for an upcoming trip since we booked through Expedia. I know if we would have noticed sooner they would have been able to fix it. The staff was simply wonderful.

Great location and was very clean. Air conditioning unit worked great!!! It was a hot day, and usually other hotels I've stayed in always shut off. Very modern, updated and clean, too!

Clean room. Updated bathroom is very nice. Quiet room which we appreciated for resting. Very hospital staff at front desk.

We had mixed reviews. Overall we really like this hotel and have stayed at it 5+ times. This time we had two rooms. One room (607) had uncomfortable, well overdue needing to be replaced mattresses and a noisy AC unit. Our other room (606) was flawless. Comfy bed and quite AC.

The reservation said king bed, but it was a queen. The room looked old, shabby, worn out. The breakfast was pretty sad for $20.

Zach and JoAnne at the front desk were welcoming upon arrival. We had an issue with our room and it was remedied immediately, and without hesitation. Zach went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Breakfast had a lot of options, whether staying to eat or grabbing to go. The location to Hershey and the ease of getting in and out made it even better. We would definitely stay here again.

There was an initial problem with my booking and the hotel representative said my Expedia booking for 2 queen rooms wasn’t available. Once we spoke with the manager, she remedied the situation and went out of her way to be accommodating and apologetic.

I\'ve stayed at plenty of hotels, including several in this area, and it really stood out how everyone was so nice here that I said to myself several times "I can\'t wait to write them a review." I tried Westin this time bc of the good Expedia price and the hotel\'s allowance of my dog, and I will only stay here from now on when I come down to visit family:) Nice hotel- esp for price, good food, great staff (and I talked to about 10 diff ppl over the course of my 3-day stay, and every single person was so nice). Highly recommend:)

The stay at the Westin was great. The staff were amazing. The manager at the bar was very attentive as well as the bartenders. I would stay here again.

The staff was great!

I had to cancel due to illness at noon, the day of the arrival. I tried to contact the hotel to let them know and they did not have the courtesy to call me back or email me back. Surprised at such service. i lost a free night on the hotels.com app.

Great hotel, really close to the Turnpike. Starbucks across the street.

This hotel did what I needed it to, and it looked great doing it! My wife and I were in town for a funeral and we needed a place that was within distance of the service, parts of New Jersey and Philly and it didn't disappoint.

Our one night stay was very comfortable. The room was clean and the property is conveniently located to restaurants and stores. It is a short drive to Philadelphia.

I was heading to North Jersey on the turnpike and decided to quit for the day. Found the Westin just as I exited the highway. It was a real treat, great bed, excellent shower, extensive bar, good food, friendly staff, and very reasonable. Breakfast buffet was extensive and reasonably priced. Great location. I will return.

Clean and convenient.

It was very quiet. Nice play to lay our head. It was convenient and close to multiple functions we had this past weekend.

We stayed here for one night when traveling for soccer. The hotel staff is helpful, polite and offered an upgrade. Everything was clean and the hotel was relatively quiet despite a wedding party meeting in the lobby. Convenient to highway and stores.

I was heading to North Jersey on the turnpike and decided to quit for the day. Found the Westin just as I exited the highway. It was a real treat, great bed, excellent shower, extensive bar, good food, friendly staff, and very reasonable. Breakfast buffet was extensive and reasonably priced. Great location. I will return.

The bar restaurant was crowded, there was one bar tender for a long time until the manager on sury finally got help out there. The leolle were crowding around the table my girlfriend and I were trying to est dinner at and bumping into tne chair . The crowd needed to be tomd to go.to the lounge that would accomodate them. When i put my orser in for us tbe bar temder reied with thats alot.of food are you sure.yoy wsmt that much ? The steak was nit.flavorful at all and had like a meatloaf gravy on it . For the price nkt very satisfied. The apps were decent tho .
