I called ahead to make sure the hot tub was in working condition and the person that answered said yes mame it is working along with the pool, well the hot tub was luke warm and the jets dis not work and people in there said the staff had been told, this was a huge disappointment and we would not have booked here had we been told.

90% of the staff were quite congenial and helpful. There were a few things that appeared to be quite worn, but for the price paid probably within the norm. The breakfast was was good and appreciated. The fitness room offered decent machines, but the aerobics didn’t work. They had a child lock on them and none of the staff knew how to access the programs so you could use the stair stepper or a recumbent bicycle, but it offered no resistance for an actual workout. I had planned on using the the machines along with the weights to separate mornings and, even after bringing it to Staff‘s attention, there was no resolution for the two days stay.

The pool was open but not clean although the staff were unaware. In the fitness room, 2 out of 3 cardio machines did not work. The air conditioner in our room did not keep the temperature. The property was generally run down. The staff were excellent.

The first room given had a horrible smell. We were moved to a better smelling room, but the bathtub and toilet were badly stained and there was a sticky substance on the floor next to where you get in and out of the bed. Additionally, the hot tub by the pool did not have working jets, the submerged light was dislodged, and then when we got out, 3 bugs ran out of the supplied pool towels. Also, there was a bug crawling on the door inside the breakfast area. The entrance drive cover was missing (not matching that pictured in the property listing). The hallway floors were uneven and dirty. Will not stay at this hotel ever again.

The employees and manager are always so nice and accomodating. The only downside is that the pool is freezing cold, and with 2 young children who seem immune to cold its a bit difficult to get in there with them and enjoy the experience.

Check in was fine and front desk was fine. Got up to the room and the light switches were filthy- didn’t feel clean and smelled like a dive bar. This prompted my daughter to check the mattress and it was covered with bed bug remnants and pupae. Checked the other mattress and it was worse. We went to cancel and go somewhere else and they refunded the price of the rooms without any trouble. We did show pictures of the rooms.

When I got to my room, the toilet had urine on the seat and pubic hair. The sink had not been cleaned nor the counters in the bathroom. They gave me a second room. The second one was slightly better. The shower was dirty with more hair in it and the mirror was also dirty. The facility is in dire need of updating and deep cleaning.

The usb ports in room were slow to charge, the bedcover had black stains (which they changed), the room and halls smelled strangely and the person in charge of breakfast shut down breakfast 1/2 hour early. I checked in & smelled pot. Went out later, still smelled pot. Came back & smelled pot. It was the same receptionist. When the next receptionist came in, I didn’t smell pot. We were on the 2nd floor & the floor in the hall & our room were slanted. Set off vertigo. The room smelled musty & the towels & sheet on the sofa bed were stained.

Room was average bed was very comfortable but needed firmer and more pillows. We had a king. Bathroom was average needed updating. Didn’t have time to use pool but looked nice and clean. I was disappointed with the look and feel of the room; very outdated but for the cost I believe it was probably ok. For a disabled accessible room, I thought it was poor quality without a walk-in shower and just handrails. if and when you're doing these reports I recommend that you send a representative with a disability to stay as a guest in these hotels to determine ADA accommodations.

The experience was good. Concerns previous reviews expressed about the pool were unfounded. It was clean and warm. The whirlpool jets didn't work but the water was hot, circulating and clean. The room was clean but had a slight smoke smell that we got used to after the ventilation system was on for a while. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was low but it worked. The breakfast was better than expected and the attending employee was delightful.

The room was clean. The tub faucet didn't turn off completely. The beds were soft. The TV had a huge number of channels. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool, spa or workout center. The hotel is pet friendly with a $15 dollar charge per pet.

My real issue was we booked 3 nights and our job was canceled. As we were checking in that first night we told them we only needed to stay the 1 night. Was told not a issue we would need to contact Expedia and they would contact the hotel to get us a refund for the 2 nights we didn't stay. After multiple days Quality Inn refused to refund us. Supposedly the manager there declined the refund. Unfortunately we will no longer stay there.

Room was average; TV remote was sticky (probably food from last guest); shower was OK; beds were comfortable; free breakfast as OK; hotel employee in charge of breakfast room was rude and snippy. She shut off the juice machine at 8:59am. I asked her to please turn it on so I could get a glass of apple juice. She said she was very busy and everyone had to follow rules and the breakfast was over at 9am. This made me chuckle as I returned to my table and she quickly responded it was not a laughing matter. To her credit, she did it turn on for about 15 seconds so I did get my juice but by this time it was 9:01am so I guess I wrecked her schedule/day...
