The first room we were assigned had broken furniture, a dirty bathroom and mold all over the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. They moved us rooms after we told them about the mold but the second room didn’t have an oven that I needed, looked like it had the ceiling repaired several times and not well. The AC weren’t reliable, we asked for extra linens and blankets for the pull out and only got sheets and pillow cases. The pool wasn’t open everyday as advertised because they could only operate it when the manager was there which was very disappointing. The door handle on our room didn’t work right and kept jamming.

Property is clean, staff are friendly, and location is very convenient to 395. Suite rooms are sizable but older with needed updates in relation to comparable properties nearby. Suites have separate living, kitchen and bedroom/bathroom spaces, which was great. Fast, reliable internet and workspace adjacent to the living room and kitchen was very useful during our recent trip. The morning breakfast and daily beverage service was very good and routinely appreciated by guests during our two week visit. The property charges $13/day for surface parking which seems unreasonable for guests who are the primary occupants for parking spaces onsite. This fee seems excessive when compared to other similar properties less than half mile away who do not charge guests for surface parking. Overall a solid experience and would book again.

The property has difficult parking due to fencing up as a result of nearby construction. At night it is difficult to see the remaining spots to park. Back entrance to hotel goes through construction site. Not the hotels fault but its a concern for guests new to area.

The area was quiet and I felt safe. They indicated that the pool was open from May to September, but when I was there on May 4, the pool was not open.

Main light in room above desk was out which made the room very dark. Found a black curly hair on desk near phone. Asked for extra pillows and was told they may not have any because the hotel was fully booked. Called a second time and finally got them. Charging $13 for parking when you are already paying a premium room price is unnecessary when you are not in a city location.

booked through hotels.com and even though I'm a Marriott member, Hotels.com had better rates. Instantly felt like I got treated differently at the desk because I booked through a third-party website than if I had booked as a Marriott member. My car was broken into as well as a couple of other cars, in the one night I stayed here. The management informed me that there are no cameras on the facility and that they have tried to get upper management to install them multiple times and they wont and that it was a "park at your own risk place. I was then told that I should just park in handicap spots after dark because "we don't enforce towing on those spots anyway." As a person with a disability that requires a handicap placard, this is absolutely the wrong answer and illegal! No wonder I couldn't find any parking in the handicap spots when I arrived! When I called the police to inform them of the break-in, they told me that it's not uncommon in this area and that I should rebook somewhere else! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Only one of the parking lots was well lit. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Our room was one queen with a sofa bed. The placement of the tv was odd because the person who slept on that side of the bed had to make sure they didn’t hit the corner of the cabinet when entering or leaving the bed.

Room was pretty small but overall we had good time. Outdoor pool was not opened.

This property was disgusting, halls smelled, rooms smelled, rooms were dirty and dusty, no utensils in the room, floors were filthy - just very very run down, we were missing a TV, our door did not fit the door jam.

Everything was white glove CLEANNNNN!!! Loved my stay here. Breakfast was yummy, staff was very friendly. One recommendation would be to fix the wheel on luggage cart. Not enough luggage carts for hotel. Bed was comfortable water pressure amazing.

The bathroom was dirty—the toilet, bathroom floor and shower. The sheets were stained and the air conditioning returns were rusted.

I stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was EXTREMELY dated with stains on the couch, floors and curtains. Th couch pull out mattress was very stained and no mattress topper was provided. There was no phone in the room. One bedroom did not have a TV and the bathroom was dated and dirty.

The service provided by Paris was great. The first room that I was assigned had not been cleaned, the bed sheets had not been changed and the bathroom was dirty too. The second room that I was assigned was cleaner however the bathroom floor had not been properly swept because there were what appeared to be crumbs on the floor.

This hotel is definitely not up to Marriott standards. Where do I start? First, the hotels.com listing says free parking but it is not free. It is $12.30/day. That was an unpleasant end to an awful stay. There was mold in the bathroom. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen, the maid only came once in a five night stay and then she didn't change any bed sheets or even make the bed nicely, just threw the covers on and called it a day. She left "clean" towels but the next morning the first one I grabbed had obvious blood stains ALL over it and never should have been deemed clean. The breakfast was okay the first day. The second day it was the same breakfast. The third day same except now no muffins, no eggs, only sausage and potatoes. Fourth day same as third and we got breakfast out. Finally the last morning there was eggs again and bacon and muffins. Lastly, there were so so so many people smoking marijuana right outside the entrance it seemed like every time we were leaving or coming. For a family friendly hotel it was not an ideal environment for sure.

Clean room and friendly staff Negative: (1) No fan in the bathroom (2) Only one mirror. A mirror outside the bathroom would be nice.

Rooms are nice especially for families with kids or dogs. Can tell older hotel. Toilet was a little tilted, furniture had stains & holes, could hear noise from rooms above ( kids running or heavy walking).

The room we stayed in was very quiet and spacious for 2. We had a queen with open couch and full kitchen. The check-in was disappointing since we unexpectedly had to pay $12.00 /day for parking in the hotel parking lot. The check-in staff was okay but extremely small/tight lobby area. Layout of hotel is odd with parking space limited and small. Our room was great. Bed and pillows were very comfy. No noise. Breakfast was much better than expected. I recommend this hotel but would suggest to somehow make it known up front that there is $12/day parking. I have never had to pay for parking at a hotel. I've stayed at NYC Hilton in a parking garage and did NOT get charged! I would expect a much better parking facility and space to be charged, so that was a big disappointment. But other than that, I would do it again.

Sofa bed uncomfortable... impossible to sleep

The room had everything we needed dishes, silverware 1 pot and 1 pan. we were able to do everything we needed except open a bottle of wine. there are many good options for food within easy walking distance. the room was comfortable and had a good size tv for football. staff was friendly and breakfast was available every morning. coffee available 24/7.

Room was extremely comfortable. We had the 2 bedroom and it had plenty of space for our family of 4. Breakfast was good. Mall is very close and easy access to the interstate. Staff were wonderful

This hotel doesn't come close to the levels of quality and detail that we have come to expect from a Marriott property. Parking is very limited. Rooms are small and terribly configured. Our huge TV was on top of a cabinet and couldn't be aligned to our bed so that we had a compromised view. Although we booked (and paid)for a queen room our bed was probably a double bed at best. Never again.

Liked the bigger hotel room w/ the kitchen. The breakfast bar did not have any fruit. The road noise and AC was loud.

There were issues with rooms being available by the 3pm check in. Myself and the two patrons in front of me were informed that our rooms were not available, and there seemed to be some confusion between the front desk personnel and housekeeping. It just appeared unprofessional and embarrassing for Marriott.

I love staying here staff is so wonderful and helps with anything you need. Quite love them cookies 🍪 too.

This property is a true jewel. The representative, Cody, is a stalwart of professionalism and customer-care. I hope he is recognized by his leadership and the great Marriott headquarters.

My recent stay at (TOWNEPLACE SUITE) was an absolute nightmare due to the shocking lack of room service for a staggering five days. I am appalled by the level of negligence and disregard for basic guest needs that I encountered during my time at this establishment. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that something was amiss. After three day, I realized that my room had not been attended to—no fresh towels, no made bed, and no replenished amenities. Assuming it was an oversight, I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, hoping for a swift resolution. However, day after day went by, and my room remained untouched and unserviced. On my second week staying again my room has been refreshment or clean for 5 days and I brought this attention of the hotel staff and I was told by stuff that the hotel doesn't provide any room service for 5 day. I was very shocked and disappointed to hear that from the front desk stuff. The lack of room service resulted in an unacceptable living environment. The trash began to pile up, the bathroom turned into an unsanitary mess, and the overall cleanliness of the room deteriorated rapidly. It was not only uncomfortable but also unhygienic to endure these conditions for five consecutive days. When I voiced my concerns to the front desk, the response was disheartening. The staff offered vague apologies and excuses, but failed to provide any real solutions or actions to rectify the situation. It was evident that my concerns were not

We were very happy with our choice. Helpful front desk people. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Easy access to the events we were attending. A few very minor things that were immediately attended to.

Good service with most staff. Except for one lady who seemed to busy or inconvenienced with customers. I asked another staff member who she was and was told Asst. GM. My room was semi- cleaned when I arrived. Very apparent the floors were barely vacuumed.

Good stay. Quiet. Pet friendly. Near shops and restaurants.

We stayed 2 and 1/2 for a DC trip and the location was perfect! Many things near by and qw had a comfortable stay.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Showers are hot and water pressure is great. Parking fee seems petty. Breakfast was great, eggs, waffles, sausage, fruit, etc. Bed is cozy. I loved the smell of the hallways - it smells like roses, super pleasant and not overpowering. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location walking distance to many restaurants

Stayed for 9 days and it was a fare rate for a two bedroom suite, parking and early check-in. The suite was good and clean, exactly what my family needed. The location was good for us with nearby markets and restaurants.

Nice Neighborhood, few grocery stores that is within 7 minutes walking distance, daily hot breakfast, friendly staff and ample parking

The room was dirty the breakfast was not good

Overall, the hotel room was spacious and included everything we needed for our extended trip, plus it was quiet. However, the hotel is a bit rundown, the room had a weird smell, and the bathroom sink needed to be grouted. The breakfast was okay, but they served the same hot food everyday...no variety.

PROPERTY IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, TINY POOL IS A JOKE! BREAKFAST... NO PLATES ONE DAY, NO MILK AT ALL 2 DAYS, NO CHOCOLATE MILK 4 DAYS, BACON ONE DAY , LASTED 2 HOURS, I NEVER GOT ANY, CEREAL WAS OUT 2 DAYS, COFFEE POTS WERE ALWAYS EMPTY, THEY WOULD RUN TO FILL THEM, BUT REALLY, HIRE SOME HELP, ELEVATOR KEEPS BREAKING DOWN, TRAPPING PEOPLE INSIDE, I JUST TOOK THE STAIRS MOSTLY TO PLAY IT SAFE! HANDICAPPED SPACES OUT FRONT OFTEN HAD NON HANDICAP PEOPLE IN THEM!
