Bed was super comfortable, room was bigger than expected, the sofa was comfortable ,there was a big freezer. If you like ice bring your own ice trays . (There is possibly ice machines but I’m not sure) . It was nice to have our own kitchen . Bring your own pan to cook if you are planning to stay for a while .There is pods and cutlery. The water pressure in the shower was not as good but everything else was perfect ! AC worked properly. Hard Rock Cafe is only 30 mins drive from the hotel ! And you don’t have to pay extra for the parking . I look at different hotels in the area and this one checked all my boxes ! Amazing I would stay again !

Waited over an hour for airport shuttle, gave up and had to pay for uber. Hotel is only 2 miles from airport, not sure why it took so long. Room was very spacious and relatively clean, but smelled of marijuana. Tried to ventilate with a/c, but smell was intense. Staff was nice and accommodating otherwise.

Clean room. pretty decent choices with free breakfast, close to multiple other restaurants, also appreciated mini fridge. Only drawback: we waited a long time at airport for hotel shuttle. Not sure why as hotel was not far away.

Traveling with a group of 11 people. Arrived early from our cruise and asked for an early check-in and was told I would have to pay an additional fee. Then I was told that they would charge me for only mine but ened up changing me for all 4. I asko asked for a late check out and was charged for that as well. It was a very hot day and the pool area was open. Upon entering the pool area we realized that the water was very dirty and murky. I went inside to ask the staff and was told that it had rained in the morning and that's why the water looked that way. We cold not see the pool bottom however, the hotel next door had a same size pool and that one looked completely clear. We went in the pool and noticed the the filtration system was not working and the water seemed to be over chlorinated for compensation. Finally, the rooms were neat upon arrival but the entry floors and bathroom floors were sticky. The counter tops aslo contained a kind of stcky film. Perhaps the cleaning reagents or the are not rinsig the rags after each clean.

The property advertises an airport shuttle starting at 5:00 am. There is also a sign posted right on the check in desk that it starts at 5:00 am. I changed hotels to get this early shuttle for our flight. The staff informed me the shuttle never comes before 5:30 and has been that way for over a year!! False advertising!!! The staff did call the shuttle service and the earliest they could come for us was 5:15 which was not adequate. We had to pay for an Uber. I am not happy!!!

The room was tidy but don't worry, the carpet looked disgusting from the moment you entered, everywhere even the elevator was disgusting!! The bathroom looked bad!! The parking lot was dirty, there was even animal feces that unfortunately we stepped in and we had to throw away our shoes. I would never go back!! I do not recommend it.

First thing you see when walking to your room is the not vacuumed carpet. The room floors where also not vacuumed or sticky on the hard surfaces. Just not up to Hampton Inn standards as I have stayed at many thru the years and always been happy.

About an hour after I unsettled and unpacked my bags, I saw a roach crawling on the floor of the hotel room. I killed it and did not want to have to change rooms, but in the middle of the night I heard knocking on my door and when I turned on the lights to see who was at my door, I saw a lizard about 4 inches long on the floor of my hotel room, which caused extreme distress. I am super disappointed in the cleanliness of my hotel, which does not match ratings/reviews.

I selected this hotel because they had a free airport shuttle, free breakfast, spacious room and a low deposit. The convenience:proximity to handle my business was great but the facilities weren’t so great. The floor and table tops were dirty. I expected a different shower based on pics as well as some of the handles et al were broken. I also found a roach in the room so hoping none crawled in my luggage.

The "suite" was very overpriced for an old dingy set of rooms. The shade did not work in the living room area and the rooms themselves were very dark and dingy. Given that there was only one lite with a very dim bulb did not help. The TV was located in a little alcove so it was only able to be viewed from a small couch directly across from it. The table was against the wall with only two chairs we had 4 to the suite) as well as couch only able to have 3 thin people. No other area for seating for additional people. We had to go to the lobby to play cards. NOT WORTH THE $400.00 for one night.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel’s service is good but the hotel itself is in need of a refresh or renovation. We had a king suite, but we found there was not enough lighting, especially in the bedroom area. The room was huge and clean but could use an update.

Everything was ok. It was a normal Hampton. Not fancy but fine. Water pressure on floor five was nearly zero, and bathroom sink was clogged, but mostly good.

Check-in was a breeze thanks to Ryan and his coworker. They were welcoming, professional, and very helpful—even getting us into our rooms ahead of schedule. The hotel’s location is excellent with lots of restaurants nearby, which made our stay even more convenient.

Arriving at 2 am exhausted from a full day of travel. They messed up our reservation. Gave our room to another guest with the same first name and, gave us the keys to an occupied room. After a hour waiting at the front desk for a resolution they gave us a down graded room and woke us at 6am to ask for our ID again.

Front staff need lessons in customer service-we were coming in from a cruise and wanted to guarantee early checkin while we waited for later flight-we booked night before to guarantee -the lady at front kept saying she couldn’t put us in an occupied room-we kept explaining that room was ours from last night with early morning checkin-took forever to convince her-could have been nicer-Rooms were outdated-old furniture that we were afraid to sit on-elevator shakes when starting-We haves stayed at several Hampton Inns-they are generally nice-This one was not

This stay was completely different from our first and unfortunately we've decided we wont be returning. Its the simple things that make a difference. For example we got a suite for 6 days and couldn't even get 2 complimentary waters (which we did get on our last stay without even asking) , we watched another guest check in a day or two after us and he received it with a smile go figure. Some of the staff seemed passive aggressive during the few interactions we had. Overall we just didn't feel welcomed or valued! We tried not to let it ruin our anniversary trip but it was hard to bypass honestly!

I’ve been coming here for 20+ years and it’s always a pleasure to stay here. The receptionists are always so accommodating, namely, Virnesha (hoping I am spelling it correctly). The coffee and breakfast is always fantastic and clean rooms. Can’t wait to go again later in the year!

This Hampton Inn could use a bit of a refreshing. It is in a great location for dining options and shopping for forgotten items. It was a short, $16 Uber from the airport and we stayed here overnight before leaving for a cruise. The breakfast area is not big enough to accommodate the number of guests there like us, leaving on cruises. Hours were only until 9 and the grumpy host was shutting the doors just before 9 when clearly it was still a busy time. When I asked to extend checkout an hour (until noon) the exasperated sigh I got from the desk clerk was not appreciated. Iron in the room need to be replaced! A bit disappointed for the Hampton brand, but I’m willing to give them the chance for redemption in the future.

Exceptional service, the room was very clean the towels were very fresh smelling and looked fresh & clean, the breakfast was outstanding ! I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Ft Lauderdale area ! I will definitely stay here again without a doubt it was close to lots of restaurants ,shopping center a huge movie theater. Very close proximity the I 95 North & South Exit Ramps the pool was open for use and it was crystal clear

The shuttle service was pretty quick picking us up. Good breakfast to start out our day. The staff, especially the front desk staff, we very polite n quick to take care off any issues and shared info of things to do with inn walking distance and their humor was contagious. Duration again inn two weeks.
