Hotel is magnificent, but some areas need updates like pool landshark, paint is peeling some places and I was running after the maid to take trash out,some fees are ridiculous expensive. Overall love it. Food was good and bed also, Joey (staff pool) is awesome, kudos to him 👏

Nice property, the only complaint I have is that the pools and pool bar closes way too early. We like to drink and be in the pool until late and the pool closes at 8 and the pool bar at 6! That is crazy and not convenient for adults to hang out after dark.

The stay is absolutely not worth the price. In addition to the cost of the room, you pay a $45 a day resort fee in addition to $53 a day for parking. Price of everything includes a quiet pool, a crowded kids pool, a 21 and up pool, 1 hour of complimentary bike ride that closes at 4:30pm, 2 beach chairs and umbrella. The beach was GROSS, the sand area for the private beach was not cleaned or maintained and trash was just thrown on the ground. You have to swim through about 10 feet of THICK seaweed in order to get to clear water. The young man working the beach said the worst time to come to that beach is June through September. This is not a place I would ever recommend to anyone. All the workers we interacted with were extremely friendly, that was one plus for this establishment.

Definitely a great property, I do wish they would have advertised that their bar and grill was under construction. I also had to ask for a pool attendant to come out to the slide which we totally avoided the day before because we thought it was closed (I didn’t know I could ask for someone to come out which was disappointing considering you pay a resort fee no matter what’s up and running). The service desk attendant was amazing at check in when Expedia messed up my reservation (even tho the price difference would have been the same but they didn’t give me grief over that) so I will give them credit there. I just think the resort fee should have been discounted a bit since the whole facility wasn’t up and running per advised.

This resort is a fantastic getaway for both families and couples. The amenities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant. The pool area is beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of comfortable seating available no matter what time of day you go. The on-site restaurants are excellent the food and service is great. The resort’s location is perfect, with direct access to the beach and a scenic bike path right outside. Complimentary bikes are available at the activity center. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a mini fridge and a Keurig coffee machine. The staff was ok, could be better. Some of the staff were not very pleasant, they need to smile more.

I had high hopes for this property, but was pretty disappointed. Room was very run down and wasn’t very clean. Pool areas were okay, but they did not enforce the rule of “no outside speakers.” Had a couple next to our pool chairs blasting their own music, in direct competition with the resort’s already loud music. Everything was way overpriced for the actual quality of the hotel. Would not book again.

This was our second time at this hotel and overall a good experience! Whoever is taking care of their cleaning is really slacking! The bathrooms in lobby area were filthy and hair all over sinks and floors and walls looked very dirty! Our room was okay pretty small! And I felt like the rooms were also not very clean either! The pool was good except for a family that rented out a cabana blasting Spanish music which they were never asked to turn down! And it says no speakers but that obviously wasn’t enforced so that ruined the pool area for a while! The land shark bar food and drinks ware pretty good!

Over all our stay was great. The room service for food and drinks and beach service was awesome. We never heard the first emergency siren or saw the first issue, which made us feel safe. There are tons of places to eat and relax at the boardwalk. I rated cleanliness a 3 because the first room we got had a nasty bathroom. I called down and had them come reclean it, and they did that ASAP, unfortunately when we turned the sheets back to get in the bed, they was also dirty and we ended up changing rooms at 10pm. The manager on duty was very accommodating and refunded me the resort fee for the night and sent up complimentary drinks that evening. The elevator we got in the next morning someone had gotten sick in and had been cleaned but was still nasty. I went to the front desk and let them know. It was clean the next day when we got in it. I know these things happen and they did jump right on the complaints. Over all, it was an awesome stay and we would go back for sure.

Nice that room was ready before checkin. Cleaning staff came really late in day, so we only had them clean completely once. We need to get in and shower. Sink was not emptying, phone did not work, bathroom makeup light need battery change. We needed toilet paper. They came when called to do all those things but would think we should bot have to. Our balcony was very loud as the pool maintenance and bush/tree trimming started at 8am. Could not enjoy balcony like we had planned. Will not return nor will i recommend. Not for the price we paid per night!

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this Margaritaville. The property is showing some age. One of the sinks in our room didn't work, the water pressure is horrible and we were only on the 14th (of 18) floors. The room was clean but dated. And whoever puts a barndoor on a bathroom, really doesn't know what they are doing for a job. That is the dumbest thing ever. The staff is usually always friendly and helpful and this time did not disappoint. The lobby area is always clean, nice and smells of their signature smell. The rest of the property smells like pot. Open your balcony - pot. Go out by the pools - pot. Walk up and down the boardwalk - pot. The area seems to get getting worse as there is now more police presence and the some "interesting" people wandering around. The boardwalk area is nice to walk up and down as there are a few decent places to shop and eat. If you bring your own (or rental) car, know that it's $43/day to park there. It's a quick trip from FLL if you're flying in so if you don't need a car, it's easy to get a taxi (or rideshare). Overall - it's still a nice place to stay, but it's slowly becoming not worth the price.

Property was nice and the room was clean. I bothered by the check-in . I was there 12:30. Never checked in until 7:00 pm with a text my room was "Finally" ready 3:56. Gee thanks! Ocean Front. I went to front desk 3 times to check if it was ready had a meeting couldn't freshen up before it! Begged practically. For the amount of money spent it was ridiculous the room wasnt ready until 4. I live on the east coast only stayed one night so checkout 11:00 and boy they wanted to know when I was checking out! The woman btw at the front desk wasnt very or at all trying to accomodate me.15 hour stay 700$ I asked for a late checkout 3 times left a VM at front desk "no reply"

Overall, the hotel offered a pleasant stay with a variety of great food options and well-maintained amenities that made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. However, one drawback was an issue with housekeeping: on the day scheduled for sheet changes, the room was not serviced, and by 6 PM we had to call the concierge to request assistance. It ultimately took another call and about half an hour before housekeeping arrived, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise high standard of service. Despite this inconvenience, the rest of the stay was positive.

From the valet, to the pool/beach attendants to the housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly and accommodating. We had a great experience for the 3 nights we stayed. The boardwalk location is perfect, we didn’t need to leave the area the entire visit and walked everywhere. We would recommend it for families and couples. The 3 pools were a huge plus! The room service was always exceptional and so convenient.

No one clean my room my entire time or the bed sheets , I called 3 times to request towels and toilet papers, took over 2 hours to get them after several calls, over all my worse vacation, not returning for sure

Water pressure was lack luster. The staff was friendly but lacked consistent training. It’s sad that other staff members on property know not to send guests back to the front desk because they are not helpful. The ac was not great and our fan was spinning backwards. Property is well kept and has great amenities! Despite some of the negative feedback we would come back. It would just be nice to see staff who gave the same answers and didn’t leave guests walking in circles or looking for the same answer from multiple staff members! Shout out to Rosa and Norene! Both servers made our dining experience great fun! There was an older lady waitress at Landshark who was super helpful!

WOW!!!!! This was hands down our favorite hotel experience and cannot wait to get back! Everything was clean and Tony at the front desk was extremely patient and answered all of our questions as this was our first time staying at the resort. Everyone was amazing on the team but Tony went above and beyond and exemplified customer service at its best. He should be promoted to manager of the establishment! We stayed on the 14th floor, partial ocen view which was breath taking! We have a Margaritaville in our hometown but its NOTHING like this one! We will continue to drive 4 in a half hours to this specific location vs the 30 minute location nearest to us which says alot about this establishment! Kudos to the team!

Awesome place to stay. So much to see and do at the hotel or within walking distance. All staff is so friendly, checking in and out was super easy, and the amenities are fantastic. It is a resort so it can get a little pricey, but it’s well worth the money. Beach is directly across the street.

The room we had had a great view of both the ocean and the intercoastal.We ate a JWB steakhouse and the food was Great Both times. The pool was very clean and all of the bars we were at had very fast and great service.

Great room and pool area. Top floor, balcony, great view of pools and beach. Breakfast - Lady seating guests for seemed bothered by their presence. Lunch - Great bar food, drinks, and service. Pool Bar - Great drinks and service. Dinner (steakhouse) - Great service, but worst meal I’ve ever had for that price. Calamari was mediocre. Filet was good. KC strip was basically inedible. Sides were ok. Dessert was good.

Property is above average...location is horrible. Very ghetto once you step off of property onto broadwalk. Would never stay here again. Recommend ft lauderdale..about a 20 min drive. Totally different class of people of all ages. I thought it would be a young crowd and pleasantly surprised...do not stay here in hollywood. Food overpriced...no entertainment most of the week. Was told they cut back entertainment due to lack of guests. Somewhere restaurant food was the worst. Other restaurants, margaritaville and landshark was good. Drinks start off at $14 and they are very small.

Hi, I wanted to express my disappointment with our stay. I specifically chose Margaritaville over other nearby hotels, including The Diplomat, because I thought the kids would be able to enjoy the FlowRider and the full resort experience. Unfortunately, the FlowRider is not operating, and the beach conditions were so unpleasant that we actually had to leave the hotel, get back in the car, and drive to another beach. The whole reason I paid over $600 for the hotel was to be able to park the car and enjoy everything in one place without having to drive elsewhere. I completely understand that the hotel cannot control the condition of the ocean, but the FlowRider is one of the main amenities that influenced my decision to book here.

I loved the stay, place was clean and the room was great. I liked that the security did not let any interlopers in the pool. The lobby is beautiful, a little loud but beautiful. The pools were spectacular. The service by the pool was excellent. The food by the pool was fairly priced. Only thing I would change is the music. This is a Jimmy Buffet hotel, the least they should do is play 1 Jimmy Buffet song once an hour. I was hoping to chill with some boat cruising music ( Jimmy Buffet, Kenney Chesney, Bob Marly) but is was mostly modern rubbish.
