Very beautiful property… very clean… nice environment and balcony view of the city.. friendly staff.. I love this hotel. Very affordable.

Gym is currently under construction. Toilet was not in great working condition. Water from shower gets onto floor easily. A little musty. But great location close to downtown Hollywood and a close enough Uber to the beach.

More like a 3 star hotel. They only cleaned once the room for free for the 7 days stay. However the ppl at the reception and the lady whom doubt the valley parking was really nice 10/10 for them! The pool and rooftop definitely need some renovation!
