Everything was nice and clean, nice spacious soft bed. Only thing I didn’t like was the rooftop pool. It was full of birds. There was birds in the water with feathers everywhere and the bar was closed. It looked a little abandoned.

I would 100% stay again the main entrance was

No microwave and had to pay 30 for parking daily way to extensive parking

I enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean and spacious, very nice shower, AC was refreshing, bed was very comfortable. The check in/out process was easy and efficient. My only complaint is that the rooftop pool area was not great. There were a lot of pigeons and bird poop everywhere. Overall, it was a great place to stay and conveniently located.

Extremely Disappointing Stay and Serious Property Concerns I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property. The hotel appeared to suffer from significant deferred maintenance throughout the facility, from the pool area to the front desk. There was a noticeable lack of upkeep and attention to cleanliness. The outdoor furniture was covered in bird droppings and urine, giving the impression that it had not been properly cleaned or sanitized in a very long time. This created an unsanitary and unwelcoming environment for guests. The guest rooms were equally concerning. Several areas appeared only partially cleaned, with housekeeping performing the bare minimum. From the windows to the bathrooms, many surfaces were left dirty or unfinished. This points to either a lack of effort, inadequate training, or poor quality-control standards. In addition, there were broken electrical outlets in the room, making it difficult to charge electronic devices and use basic amenities expected during a hotel stay. I was also surprised to find that there were no dining options available on the property. This seems like a significant missed opportunity to provide additional value to guests while generating more revenue for the hotel.
