We have stayed here before, we liked it so we stayed again. This time there was hair in the bed, had to change the sheets ourselves. But other than that it was okay, the pool is probably the best part of the place.

This is an economy hotel, do not expect the Merriot. Walking down the hallway to our room we were questioning our hotel choice as the hallway needed paint and a carpet cleaning. We were happy with our room. It was clean and large and the patio was a nice feature. The room had a fridge and microwave. The pool is large and clean. The hotel is situated in a small industrial area so do not expect great views. We would stay here again.

Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with this hotel. Check-in was fantastic, the person greeted us with a nice smile, but the other employees were a disaster, including the manager. On June 15, Father's Day, we found a cockroach. On June 16, we found another one in the bathroom. I think that's too much to return and recommend. There are photos so you can see my experience there. A very disgusting place.

Staff were very nice, the beds comfortable and the room seemed large. Our balcony door wouldn’t open and it was a bit noisy. Enjoyed a bagel and coffee for breakfast.

The room was very spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. just so that you'll know, there is a deposit which you get back when you check out of you don't acquire damages to the room. i recommend this place.

Hotel is an older place so don't expect anything special. The staff were friendly and Ariana was wonderful and helped us tremendously. Neighborhood, is questionable and the hot water was interesting but overall the experience was good for us. No complaints that's for sure. We would stay here again. Good value for the money.

This is an older hotel and it appears to be in good shape. Looks like new carpeting has been laid recently paint and other improvements. As with anything you have good bones you have to work on the inside and keep making improvements on that. My only complaint is the traffic noise. I’m not used to a lot of traffic.

The room was acceptable for what it was. However, the coding in the bathroom was peeling and lifting, part of the bathroom sink counter was missing, and there seem to have been water damage in the ceiling at one point, but it now looks as though it may have just been painted over. Otherwise, everything else was very clean.

It's hard to raye this place. It wasn't top of line but it wasn't horrible. My biggest complaint is that the shower had no hot water and I did not like having to take a cold shower everyday. Also, the "breakfast included" was a bit misleading. Yes they had coffee, cereal and toast, but that's not breakfast to me. There were no eggs, no meat, no potatos, no fruit, etc... Now as for the staff, they were great! The location was not very convenient to the attractions in the area. Also, I did feel that I was in the safest part of town.

Unsafe place, especially for children. Marijuana smells throughout the facility. Several non-residents are coming and going. I never go back to this place again; at night, it seems terrifying. Very abusive treatment from the receptionist.

Hotel is located near busy area laundry/dry cleaning and minutes drive to area of beach bars restaurants shops anything you may need or want is located very close by. The lovely lady at front desk has all knowledge of surrounding area and if you ask she will direct you to a place. She was very helpful directing me to a diner walking distance and mechanic to fix my brakes for very reasonable price. She is the best thing there I wish I could say that about everything there but there’s some faults that could be fixed and staff do better.

This was a hidden gem. After searching all the known hotels and seeing how overpriced they were in this area, I came across this one that had great reviews and took a chance. Glad I did because it was clean, comfy, and safe. Was alittle on the older side and could use some basic updating but overall it was VERY clean and nice and definitely a better price than the well known places. Would most definitely stay here again when in the area. Staff were extremely helpful and nice.

I left my keys in my room and flew back home in a different state. The staff was very kind and helpful. I live out of state and they walked me thru how to get my keys mailed back to me. This place might be real old and need updated, but the staff is great and my room was clean. I have no complaints. I'm thankful they helped me.

1. Lady who checked me in talked on her cellphone the whole time, it took too long. She was not paying attention to what she was doing 2. She charged me a "deposit" in case I damaged the room, I'll see what the charges were when I get my credit card bill. 3. Place is very run down and noisy! Don't stay here!

The location is very convenient for travelers. If you take Lyft, airport to hotel costs about $10, from cruise port is about $20, about $10 to go to Hollywood beach. The people work there are very nice and friendly. Although the hotel looks aged, the guest room are well maintained and bathroom are clean. It allows her guests store their luggage in front office temporary if you come earlier or leave later. In conclusion, if you want to save several hundrads $ compare to downtown hotel, this is the choice.

We came in for a cruise a day early. We explored, and spent the day at Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, a short uber or lyft ride away. The hotel was quiet and clean. We will be back!

Michel's customer service at the front desk was phenomena.It's not the Hilton, but it was very nice for our 7-day mini-vacation. It needs a little more cleaning or a good renovation. The location is very convenient, just a few steps from the 95 that takes you everywhere. We found an Argentine restaurant, Kusifay, that you can walk to that was excellent. The casino and the beach are close by.

when we approached the hotel, was not in a good area. lady at desk asking everyone for ID, but a resident of the hotel came to the desk asked for a key to a room did not ask him for ID this resident was wearing a ankle police monitoring system, she guy him a room key. while she was checking in other customers, this man was on a do not rent to him(not sure how you get on that list). The pictures of hotel very deceiving, when we arrived my request to stay on ground floor but took the lady behind desk 20 mins to find us a room. they require $150 deposit, but i had already paid in full at time of booking. This hotel is definitely not a safe hotel most people seemed to live there. we did not feel safe. we did not stay there. i put in a complaint with expedia and despite a compliant they were unable to contact manager and therefore would not refund money. despite this, we did not stay at this hotel, nor should anyone else. would have been safer to sleep in car in walmart parking lot, at least my car would still be there in the morning. DO NOT stay here.

My only complain its that the woman working at the desk on march 26th, at close to 6:40 a.m, first said that I couldnt go into the lobby to get my coffee because the floor was wet and that I had to wait two minutes. She never came to me later to tell me it was ok to get in, denying my right for the breakfast, which was already set up. That also woman showed very little interest when I approached her seeking help to guide me to the correct meeting spot to get into the Uber car.

We liked the room very much, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had cereal, donuts and breads, and coffee and orange juice. The coffee was much better than what you usually get. I would stay here again. It was reasonably priced

Was once a Howard Johnson’s Motor Inn of the late 1960s. Nice bed. Great shower. Very nice breakfast. Room has had a hard life.
