The hotel is conveniently located however the place needs a bit of work. Our room had carpet pulling up to the main room. There was no tea towel to dry dishes and no air conditioning or fan for the room so we couldn’t change the rooms temperature. Also don’t bring a large car to the carpark. It’s a horribly designed carpark and very hard to get in and out of.

Positives: location, friendly staff. Unfortunately small things made our stay less pleasant: room key didn't work initially, no tea towels or dish liquid, no lift from carpark (multiple sets of steep stairs to lug luggage & medical equipment up), car patk is very tight to exit if you have a large car, no easy place to park for check-in (can only access carpark after check-in), restaraunt wasn't open to guests for dinner just private functions.

Vi havde en terrasse tilkoblet værelset, men den hørte ikke med til værelset. Gårdhaven var fuld af ragelse og snuspakker over alt. Virkelig sødt personale og dejlig beliggenhed, men gården skal lige fikses.

Good location, walking distance to Victoria market and shops. Family of 5 and stayed 2 nights. Check in and out was a breeze, counter staffs friendly. Downside is the parking is expensive at AUD35/ night and the exit from carpark is very narrow so when we were exiting the car park in our 7 seater car, 1 of us need to get down to direct the driver when turning out from carpark.

Es hat allen Komfort, den man sich von einem Ibis wünscht: 24 Std Rezeption mit sehr nettem Personal, dass immer hilft. Gepäckaufbewahrung, Parkhaus (35 AUS die Nacht günstig bei der Lage), Safe, Waschmaschine und Trocknet auf 3 Etagen. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und praktisch. Und die direkte Lage am Victoria-Market ist perfekt (auch für ein schnelles Frühstück).

Poor quality apartment. The photos are deceptive. The 1-bedroom apartment is very small. Parking is terrible and very cramped; if you have a big car, good luck fitting it. No wonder it was cheaper than other properties in Melbourne CBD. The only positive aspect is its location near Queen Victoria Market.

Booked for 3 did not have bedding or towels for 3 unfortunately poor girl on reception was on her own made very slow process to check in. Advertised as a bar and restaurant this is incorrect as it to only open for breakfast

２泊したがベッドメイキングが来なかった。全体に清潔感がない。フランスでも空港などでibis hotelは利用するが、そのスタンダードでは無いように思える。もちろん、まともで親切なスタッフもいるが、不愉快なスタッフ、ダラダラしたスタッフの割合が高い。メルボルンに再訪しても、このホテルには泊まらないだろう。朝食付きだったが、２泊目は外で食べた。

All the corridors were were quite filthy as was the motel in general, rooms were like being in a cave due to being surrounded by high rises to the point that window blinds had to be kept shut for privacy. There breakfast was just okay with food all being cold. Staff were friendly

The staff were all very friendly. However, the hotel needs some work and service improvements. The breakfast was average and found the coffee really bad. Melbourne is famous for its coffee culture and the hotel didn’t live for the standards of the city. The coffee machine in the breakfast room doesn’t make god coffee. The rooms are not clean daily but every other day. They do the bare minimum when cleaning the rooms (only do the beds!) - I found the floor in my room and the toilet still dirty during the 5 days I was in the hotel. Also, they didn’t collect the dirty cups and top up the coffee amenities. The cleaning was very poor! The room was ok - a bit dated furniture but the bed was comfortable.

We were located on a floor with the laundry facilities which worked out perfect for us with young children. The beds on the rooms were awesome, very soft and much needed after a day of exploring. The hotel is older and would benefit from a few updates to the blinds, and railing in the shower as it was quite slippery. Being an appartment having a knife to cut fruit etc and a few condiments such as jams would encourage the use of the kitchette more also. One comment from another was the wish that house keeping vaccummed the floors whist servicing as they were not done during our extended stay. Overall our stay was met with accomodation and super friendly staff. Would highly recommend for the location and customer service.

Multiple times the reception area was filled with rubbish from people leaving it at the tables. not cleaned up throughout the day. cleaners came ever second day to rooms which was no issue, but felt they didnt really clean, only replaced towels and made beds. left bag of rubbish behind.

The bad thing is when I need the conference call with HQ, the hotel Wifi out of order. I am forced to use my international roaming on my own expenses for 2 hours, it's really too bad.

Whilst the hotel was conviently located in the city, the hotel lacked those extra hotel experiences for the price. Only had one pillow per person, the sofa bed not made up (I had to make this up myself) and very uncomfortable with no mattress topper or donna, view into a shaft and into an office building, noisy (overnight construction nearby), bathroom was dirty, minimal extras (no shampoo/cond, min tea and coffee and cheap brands).

Our booking was initially cancelled without our knowledge. Then when the booking was processed, we had the wrong room for 2 instead of what we had booked which was a room for 3. We were given another room, the only option left which had no AC. It was a hot night even with the supplied fans we couldn't sleep well and the pillows were horrible.

Great location..close to QV markets, restaurants etc... little outdated and in need of an upgrade. Pillows are terrible and our room was hot. Thermostat was not working as we could not get the room cool. Service was reaĺly good though.

This is probably the best hotel if you need something central to just about everything. Everything is within walking distance which is great for those days when you plan to go out and do things. The hotel itself has maintained cleanliness, but does seem rather dull and gloomy in colour. There's very little to no natural light in rooms at all and the garage is very narrow with no lift access unfortunately. The biggest standout overall was probably the convenience of how close everything is; markets, cafes, shopping centre, maccas, metro store and more

The Ibis hotel had the most caring people behind the desk.Everyone was patient and helpful. One evening I had an issue with a wallet that was dropped in an Uber and I was having difficulty communicating with the driver. She made it work and I got my wallet. I will never forget her kindness.

One of the staff worked at the front desk kinda of racist. We ask if they have an electric outlet converter, he said they dont have it, people borrowed and dont returned it. However other tenants asked from a different staff, they were given and available!!!

The property was unappealing and lacked customer service. The staff was unhelpful and disorganised. Upon check out we were asked to pay for one of the rooms already paid for at the time of check in. Water and basic amenities were lacking. No shampoo even in the bathrooms.

The reception staff were amazing and attentive to our individual needs. There were days when the room refresh was done later than ideal. I understand this isn't the norm and was probably a staffing issue, but we were in the room and didn't want to leave.

Great service - we had an issue with the power in our room and it was fixed within 15 minutes. Very quiet rooms with block out curtains so we got a good night's sleep. Great buffet breakfast available until 10am. Good value for money. Friendly reception staff. The rooms were not huge but fine for a couple of nights. The bathroom was a little tired but it was clean and everything else in the room was fine. Handy to walk everywhere and close to PT and Victoria Markets.

Convenient location within the city. Hotel is very dated and old. Gross feeling once past the lobby and inside the levels of the hotel. I’d recommend skipping the breakfast and going across to the vic market to get some instead. No good.
