This was a very attractive hotel in a convenient location for walking to attractions and restaurants. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The pool was lovely to cool off in on a hot afternoon. The breakfast was decent. The staff were friendly but kept to themselves. There was a security guard outside at all times. We would stay here again.

Lovely, “serene” property, yet walking distance to all the action in town and multiple restaurants as well as the Sunday night market. Staff was very nice. The pool was fantastic. The bartender/barmaid made the best lemon daiquiri! Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel and staff were amazing. The pool was nice but the chairs at the pool were old and worn. Beds are very firm along with pillows. Breakfast was good with decent selection. The noise with the toads on the property was crazy loud so earplugs would be needed if you need quiet to fall asleep.

A delightful boutique hotel in Lanna style. Rooms fine with a good bed. No English TV channels. Free daily water and plenty of Tbags. Fridge to keep milk and water cool. Superb main pool. Water so clean and great poolside toilets. Plenty of sunloungers. Pool closes at 7pm which we found a little early. Breakfast fine with efficient egg ordering service. Reception staff very pleasant and efficient. Hotel has all eminities right on your doorstep from 7Eleven, money cashpoint laundry service, nailbar, bars and restaurants. All in a very subtle quiet atmosphere. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very quiet and peaceful property nice big room with an outside sitting area. Need maintenance in the bathroom. The cold water tap for the bath did not work. Water pressure was very bad with temperature constantly changing. Only 1 tv channel in English. Staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. Nice property in a nice location.

This was our second stay after a 6 year gap. It’s very central and convenient. We like the relaxed and friendly ambience. Our room was spacious and quiet. We were glad that they have padded the bed bases as they used to be terrible for hitting your shins. The pool area is lovely. Breakfast was fine although not the huge spread you would get from a big luxury hotel. Would highly recommend for a mid priced hotel in central Chiang Mai that is friendly and comfortable. Be aware the beds are quite hard.

Parti en famille nous avons pris deux chambre, une chambre deluxe, qui as été super et une one beddroom suite, qui la par contre a été un désastre. Toutes les chambres plus grande, du bulding 3, plus cher sont juste devant une rue ou il y a un bar qui ferme a 1h du matin, avec un billard, un vrai enfer le soir, et impossible de changer soidisant. Un petit déjeuner vraiment succinct. Comme on dit on en as pour ce que l´on paye, mais là vraiment pas super.

Mit 53€ das teuerste Hotel auf unserer Reise. Leider sind wir etwas enttäuscht von dem Hotel. Entgegen unserer Erwartung hatten wir keinen Balkon. Das Zimmer geht zum Gang, wie bei einem Motel. Auf dem Gang sind Sitzgelegenheiten. Es gibt daher kein Fenster bzw. wenn man den Vorhang zum Gang öffnet kann jeder reinschauen. Somit sitzt man in einem dunklen Loch. Das Zimmer war auch nicht besonders groß. Das Hotel hat auch Zimmer mit privatem Balkon, aber das würde 500 Baht pro Nacht extra kosten. Die Lage ist super, Restaurants, Cafés, Laundry, Rollerverleih, alles in direkter Laufnähe. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und hat zwei Pools. Chang Bier kostet nur 60B. Toilettenpapier und Duschgel/Shampoo wurden erst nachgefüllt, als sie komplett leer waren. Ich würde das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Todo muy bien menos en el momento del check out. Al irnos la recepcionista nos dijo que teníamos que pagar dos cervezas que supuestamente habíamos consumido, pero no habíamos cogido nada. Al decírselo, no nos creyó (pudo haber sido un error al escribir el número de habitación). Nos preguntó varias veces porque no confiaba en lo que decíamos. Al final accedió a no hacernos pagar esas cervezas pero llevábamos en la mano el agua que ellos mismos ponen en la habitación a modo de cortesía y nos dijo: no podéis llevaroslas, tenéis que dejarlas en el hotel. Obviamente lo hizo porque no confiaba en nuestra palabra.

The staff were super nice and very helpful! They gave us suggestions on where to go and helped us a lot with getting transport and booking tours. So sweet!!! The rooms are big and look great! The shower pressure is not super good and the breakfast is very minimal.

Friendly front desk staff- beautiful room with a comfortable bed. There was an issue with the AC the last night, which did get resolved. They ended up giving us a complimentary ride to the airport- which I was not expecting. Great spot!

El hotel se encuentra situado en el casco viejo de Chiang Mai. Buena ubicación. Lo que es una pena que tengan las zonas comunes descuidadas y tanto el desayuno como el personal es deficitaria.
