This was a terrible trip. My car was parked near the highway parking lot near the hotel. On the last night of leaving, the car was stolen. Two nights before the car was stolen, I heard the anti-theft alarm of a car. Then I went to the window and looked at the horn of a car. The emergency light of the car was flashing, but I didn't see anything abnormality. Please don't put anything in the car when you drive to the hotel.

The entire hotel is in pretty rough shape. Room was dirty. My room stunk like greasy food. A bunch of the gym equipment was broken/ missing. The restaurant is no longer open after breakfast. This was the worst crown plaza I’ve ever been in.

Everything was great, very clean, staff was attentive. Great location. Really nice pool area. Two things were lacking-a microwave in the room and electric vehicle charging stations. On our last morning, the maids knocked even though we had the Do not Disturb sign out still. A little annoying.

Quick check in, amazing check in staff, clean room. THE ELEVATOR STOPPED WORKING AND MY ROOM WAS IN THE 5TH FLOOR. When I complained at the counter at 3am, they offered to switch my room but I was already checking out in the morning.

Not safe doors aren’t locked to the outside. Ice machine broken curtains torn, no room service or dining options during the day microwave is in the lobby and it is too small. Room service come way too early and wakes up the guests

Everything was great! Tried calling ahead 3 xs no answer had to drive down. Once down staff was easy awesome! The back door by our room 135 needs to be fixed. I did go to the staff and tell them, but it still wasn’t done. It’s a safety hazard because we couldn’t park by our door other than that it’s one of the awesome hotels in the Bay Area.

I checked in around 5pm and went to a business function. After arriving back to my hotel room, I unpacked and changed into pajamas only to discover the bed smelled like bad body order and sheets looked used since there was hair which was not mine. I did not want to change rooms since it close to midnight. I ended up sleeping on the sofa. The next day when I ironed my blouse, the steam in the iron came out “brown” staining my blouse. I had to keep my jacket on all day in the business meeting at your hotel. So disappointed in my stay considering I paid more to stay at Crowne Plaza, since my business meeting was held there.

The property seems to be on the decline. The doors had to be man handled to get inside. The state of the room was ok till you started to look deeper into it. The carpet was dingy looking an filthy. The bathroom had grime in the corners and the tub had a ring. Overall the place needs to be remodeled and fixed up.

It was a nice place but very run down for what they try to advertise. Rust in the shower, dirty bathroom tiles, sink had a fowl odor too. The carpets didn’t even look vacuumed and there were stains on curtains and lamp shades. Even the fixtures around the elevator and the buttons themselves were fixed with tape. Our scan key card reader was taped on to the door. There was also a lot of glass in the parking lot showing that lots of cars get broken into. When we left three cop cars were surrounding a car which looked like someone was sleeping in the parking lot. Very outdated and not very clean. Motel vibes.

Rooms have a damp smell, lack of circulation. Bathroom did not have a vent, the ceiling was moist from the moisture. We called for more towels and they mentioned they ran out. There is also a dumpster on the side of the hotel and it looks like the trash hasn’t been picked up in months..

The first night was okay! The second night there were lots of children in the hallway. They screamed and slammed doors until 1am. I called the front desk, however, the noise didn’t stop. I was also near the ice machine which kept running all night.

Good Location comfortable bed and good A/C unit . This Hotel needs a remodel, old carpet and paint fading or missing . Around the Bath tub it had a ton of caulking . Toilet flushed super slow like it was plugged .

Had a late check in, 630pm during the long holiday weekend (Labor Day). Got into the room and found the iron defective. Called the front desk to advise of the issue and asking for a replacement to iron my dinner shirt. Front desk tells me there is no one working in housekeeping during a long, holiday weekend. Decided to extend one more day given the issue since it was convenient to my relatives’ home. Let the front desk know of the situation but still cleaned my room and left no towels for me to use. Improve your CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The sink and the tub were clogged but no one was available to fix. The cleaner opened the door around 9:30am just to ask if we are checking out. She didnt wait for us to open the door. She just opened the door by herself invading our privacy. Not a good experience. Not going back anymore and will tell family and friends.

This property is clean, quiet and fairly priced. There is a great little Mexican restaurant down the street (Mexico Tipico) and the location is close to the freeway without the freeway noise. The breakfast selection was poor and cold. A traveler would do better to skip the hotel breakfast and put their breakfast dollars elsewhere.

The property was clean and tidy, the breakfast is limited and fixed with minimal service available. The breakfast service can do with an upgrade with a little bit quality and choice. The restaurant as a limited choice of mainly burgers and the bar was often closed before 08.30 pm. The location is the main problem as it is has very limited shops or restaurants within walking distance so without transport this could be an issue.

We did not know at the time we booked the cafe was not open @ night and the bar was only open a few hours on some days and other days it was not open at all. It was hard to find a place to eat when we did know. Most likely we would not have booked the hotel if we had known that. Everything else was fine-

The strongest feature of this establishment was undoubtedly the beds; they were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. However, the bathroom left much to be desired. It was quite run-down, with a tub that struggled to drain properly. Additionally, the shower curtain was ill-fitted, allowing water to spill out onto the floor, which was an accident waiting to happen. There was a noticeable unevenness to the tub's edge, creating a dramatic drop when stepping out that could easily throw someone off balance. The window curtains were also in poor condition, riddled with holes that diminished any sense of privacy. As for breakfast, it was merely passable. I was served powdered scrambled eggs, lukewarm potatoes, and sausage patties that didn't justify the $18.99 price tag. For that amount, I could have opted for a much more satisfying meal at Denny's or IHOP, where the service is typically friendlier. Speaking of service, the cashier's professionalism was lacking. The atmosphere was further marred by the staff, who were more focused on gossiping amongst themselves than attending to guests. I noted they raised their voices across the dining area, making for a distracting and unwelcoming experience. Overall, while I could manage another stay there if necessary, I would certainly not make it my first choice.

This was my second time staying at the Crown Plaza. The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed and great pillows. Bathroom clean and well appointed. All positives. Now…let’s talk about the one negative. The Cafe! I did not have dinner at the hotel the first night. I decided to have breakfast at the cafe in a Sunday morning. Big disappointment. I basically paid $18 for a small coffee and some scrambled eggs. The bacon was cold, the sausage was cold and the potatoes were cold. There were no napkins. Believe me, I will NOT be eating there again.
