Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, breakfast was good and was convenient near freeway. The only thing was the parking wasn’t too great, we had to park clear across on the other side in a different hotel parking lot. But overall our experience was great and I would definitely recommend.

Breakfast is hit or miss. Some days it's great, others (usually) meh. I would suggest putting out smaller amounts of the hot foods more often. Four times out of five food is lukewarm at best but pretty good when hot. The selection and variety is really good but quality is not always up to par. Parking can be a nightmare! Come in later in the evening and there may be no parking spaces. Bed and bedding are good, not great. TV, HVAC, bathroom - all good. The room is comfortable but no in room safe. I have stayed twice and would again but a better breakfast experience would be much appreciated.

My stay was wonderful. My only complaint is that the glass shower doors were difficult to open and close in Room 313. Plus one of the elevators was inoperable and the remaining elevator was very slow. I stayed 3 nights and was surprised the other elevator hadn't been repaired. I work for a casino/resort in southern California and an inoperable elevator would have been fixed immediately. The front desk staff were so very nice and professional. I would stay here again.

The hotel and staff are very nice, however the amount of chlorine they use to clean the pool exceeds the limits, my wife 34-year-old, myself and our 6-year-old son suffered an eye crisis after using the pool on Saturday night, good thing there was a Walmart around the corner and we bought eye drops. Please Hampton Inn we have stayed with you so many times but this could makes us reconsider and use Holiday inn or a different property for future times, we have used this hotel endless times, please dounle check the maintenance chemicals to make sure Guest's stay is more comfortable.

Room was perfect for the four of us. Beds a bit firm. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was very good with alot of options available. Staff was amazing at check in. Parking lot was very full but staff reassured us that we could park on adjacent hotel lot during construction- so even that was not a problem. Great stay over all.

A nice Hotel but there was a few things that I thought they could have changed. A chair in the room was full of stains. The carpet didn’t look so clean either. The staff was accommodating, and very professional.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I’m totally disappointed that the issue still exists. There’s a smell of the sewer coming from the bathroom. Although the smell is not as strong this time, the smell was still there and enough that I have to hold my breath every time

I stayed here for five days. The service was great. Room was clean, and housekeeping did an excellent mid stay cleaning. The actual room was older, and that included the mattress. It was very lumpy and uncomfortable. I woke up sore a few times. Overall great hotel, just really in need of updates.

The room was comfortable. The bed was good if you like a fairly firm feel. The room smelled fresh but not scented. The included breakfast was very good. A person can make his/her own waffles. I really liked their coffee, even the coffee in the room. The staff was helpful. Parking wasn't a problem. When a person drives near they should look for a small sign that says Hampton Inn. I would like a bigger sign. There is a shopping center within walking distance or 2 minutes by car.

On Saturday Morning the lady that was there assisting the food area was very rude.. the accident happened as where we serve my mom a waffle took her the syrup so she can put some on her waffle the assistant came out reached overy mother while still eatting and told her in a loud voice she couldnt take the syrup.. i told her we had just grabbed it and i yook it to her really quick as que was walking away she turned arround and started talking back in a vert rude way.. it was awful she could of been nice about it and explain to her she could take the syrup but instead she talked loud enough where other guest heard which made it very awkword around people.

First night was good and without incident. Second night we were tired from a long day. We settled into bed, and a few moments later the headboard became detached from the wall and fell onto our heads. We did not seem injured only shocked that such a thing would happen. Upon inspection we could tell that the wall had been repaired improperly before. Looking at the bracket I could tell this had happened before. Mounting screws were way too short. The front desk attendant quickly offered to change our room. The new room was not as nice as the original. It was along the road and a bit noisy. The next day the manager, Shuja Mumtaz, was extremely apologetic and sincere. He took a detailed report as I wanted to be sure no one else suffers this problem, The manager did offer us another room but at that point I did not want to move again. The rest of the stay was without incident. Kudos to the staff for excellent service. However I did notice that I had a bump on my head for a few days. By the time I reached home the bump was going away so I did not seek medical attention. Overall, this is a great place to stay. I would definitely stay again. Stuff happens, we deal with it and we move on. Shuja and his staff took great care of us under the aformentioned conditions. I hope that someone at Hilton reads this and reaches out to me. We stay at this hotel all the time, everyone is wonderful, and make us feel like we are home, and safe, always greeting us with a smile, and I love how they decorated for the holiday, thank you so much for making our holiday stay so nice. Kids were so happy.

The toilet got "backed up." Tried to use the hotel phone. No dial tone. Called using my personal mobile phone to call the front desk. Person that answered the call didn\'t understand the phrase "backed up." Was advised that will bring up plunger. Individual didn\'t show up until 30-45 minutes later. When showed up, no plunger (couldn\'t locate one). Had to change rooms. This was after midnight!!!

I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn Union City. Booked through Expedia but the system didn’t have my reservation. The general manager went all his way and solved the problem. We were able to check in right away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect location whether you drive or take transit. Highly recommended!

The hotel let us checked in early without charging a fee and gave us complementary food and waters which we loved after a long drive. The host was super friendly and even came up to our room for the tv remote wasn’t work fixed right away. The rooms smelled so clean and beds were comfortable the only thing was the bedding was bit thin we got cold at night but it our fault for blasting the Ac. The breakfast was yum and fully stocked. We will definitely be back at this location.

Such a great hotel, family friendly. Free bottle water in the lobby was nice! So clean, nice pool for the kids. Great Laundry room. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay again. The breakfast buffet was so delicious! The variety of food was amazing for the price of the hotel and to top it off they had pumpkin spice waffle and coffee! No need for Starbucks! Thanks You for the amazing service.
