The room smelled a little and every night the room and hallway smelled like marijuana. There were limited elevators. The Lobby was a mike away unless you took the stairs, which we couldn’t due to an injury.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but they take good care of it. Food is awful and ridiculously expensive. I was short on time each day and had to eat their food back in my room, most times I ended up throwing it out. The only saving grace food wise is they serve Starbucks, a huge plus. Every staff person I came across was extremely pleasant - they were the best part of the stay. I travel with my dog a lot and they have the highest pet fee I have EVER paid $100 - be aware of that. The grounds are beautiful, very green and very well cared for. Overall the stay was fine, but next time I’m in the area I might try somewhere else, I was really hoping this would be my go to!

Overall a pretty nice property but ONE mirror over face bowl sink outside of bathroom. No counter space - bummer. Closet mirror behind face bowl totally useless if someone is at the sink RIGHT behind you. Why not put it on a wall in the room so it can be used? Pillows that completely flatten out when used- No support. Front desk check in - meh. Lady wasn’t in a good mood. Elevators at both ends of LOOOONG hallways in the building. Be prepared to walk if your room is not close. And ASK for a room close to elevators if you have mobility issues. Room was clean and it was quiet during sleep hours.

This place is amazing..never imagined a courtyard marriott could be this nice. Bar, restaurant little outdoor area in back to sit out. Starbucks coffee..amazing. room was clean, mattress comfortable and they had a little outdoor patio for each of the rooms. All for around 225 a night. Nicer then many places charging double! If you are in the windsor area, its a must stay

Don't order their breakfast. They heat the bread and croissant in the microwave. The bread is very very hard, and the croissant is very soft. The room is not very clean, and the toilet seat and glasses are not fully clean. The garden is beautiful. The front desk are very helpful.

Pro - outdoor patio area was pleasant for dining Al fresco. Con - 1) walls very thin so TV /voice from neighboring room easily heard. 2) Unlike the photos there is no indoor pool. Lobby staff said the pool has been removed from operation since 2016 and Expedia doesn’t update their website.

If you’re considering a room with a pullout bed - they’re horrible at this hotel. Old, doesn’t sit flat, and you can feel the bars through the mattress. The pillow that was in the closet with the extra sheets and blanket smelled.

Pros: staff very attentive, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast at The Bistro pretty good. Bedding quite comfortable. Couch pretty cozy for lounging. Nice, cozy outdoor sitting area. Close to shopping and restaurants. Areas of improvement needed: bathroom floor and tub grout needs deep cleaning. Can tell the linen was washed by still had hair on blanket, towel and washcloth. Carpet must've been damp previously because the room smelled musty. Popped the balcony door open for a few hours and that took care of that. Stained drapery.

The lower level room was terrible. Poor lighting, musty, moldy smell. It felt damp and poorly kept. Staff was very borderline. One woman Brigit at the front desk was great. The rest were more like unsmiling automatons. Staff at the cafe was terrible, like we were somehow a nuisance. Will never return to this Courtyard. Other Courtyards have been outstanding.

smelled like s cat hfs urinated in the room. the smell was overwhelming. we then found a roach next to one of the lights. would not go back here in the future

The staff was great, the facilities were clean but the bed was awful. If you ever wanted to sleep on a box spring here's your chance. the mattress is barely 6 inches thick and extremely flimsy. The pull out sofa was even worse. you can feel the metal and springs through the mattess.

The staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful and accommodating. They provided assistance with printing. The cafe staff was again very friendly. Only issue was short hours of operation. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The small refrigerator stopped working but the hotel compensated with a free breakfast.

Cleaning service opened our door while sleeping at 8:15am. Front desk called 3 times to ask for credit card on file after we gave our card while we checked in. Very busy weekend, utilizes the hotel for what is what meant for. To sleep. Unacceptable for the money we spent.

Stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The add can make it seem as though this Hotel is IN or very near the Airport, but its a few short miles away. Older but very clean. The Staff are great. We enjoyed our short stay!

Older hotel , definitely not fancy but adequate for a short stay Only Starbucks for coffee and dinner ( very weird hamburger maybe microwaved?). Not what I’d consider a real restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful.
