Enjoyed our brief stay at the Comfort Hotel Hakodate. Stafff was friendly and professional. Rooms and property were clean and safe. Location very convenient. Prices reasonable.

This hotel is a short walk from Hakodate station. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had good variety. The downside is that we found the mattress to be on the hard side which made for a less comfortable night's sleep. Would also be great if an extra pillow was provided. The pillow that was provided did not provide much cushion/support. The room itself was spacious.
