This motel is clean, comfortable and we'll maintained. One improvement thay I would appreciate would be to have a microwave in each room. One "community" microwave is less than desireable.

The office is across the street at The Lodge parking lot. That threw me off but another guest told us where to go. The person that checked us in was great. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were CLEAN! We had the 2 queen suite, it was a good size, we were only there for one night. It’s not in the description that I read but there was a microwave in the room. It’s perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants, check out the poop museum nearby!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The room was comfortable and clean and the beds were absolutely comfortable! Very lush bedding and lots of plush towels for us to use. We don't have any complaints on the room and it was quiet and at the East end of town which was great because there wasn't as much traffic and foot traffic as closer to the gift shops and restaurants at the other end. The property is on both sides of the street and we stayed on the north side which has a nice patio with chairs and tables and we were able to sit and enjoy an evening drink and people watch and it was fun and relaxing. Now to one of the best parts. The free breakfast! This was no continental breakfast the usual fair you find at most places. It had two waffle makers and they had delicious sausage and yogurt and fruit and toast and English muffins,cereal,bananas, orange juice all in a nice clean cute space to eat. The girl in the office/ restaurant / gift shop was very pleasant and was very accommodating to anything we asked her. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay there again next time we come to Williams

This is an older hotel however the property is in really good shape. It's easy to park. You have to check in across the street from the hotel at its sister property. However the office is a cute little gift shop too and it's also where you eat the free breakfast. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. I can’t remember the last time someone serviced our room, perhaps before Covid. We went to Bearizona and returned to fresh towels, trash was taken out and new cups and coffee greeted us. 👍😉 Thank you!

We have stayed at the Rodeway Inn numerous times; this time, our room was in the new section. The room was tiny, but cozy and comfortable. The only problem we experienced was a dirty bathroom. There was hair in the shower and on the floor, and the baseboard behind the toilet was furry. But the staff members were very nice and we did enjoy our stay.

Everything was good except the bathroom floor in one corner was dirty with dust from a long time. Also, the bathroom baseboard top was thick with dust and dirt from probably months. Otherwise a great stay for a modest price.

The lady at the check-in counter when we arrived was very nice, and breakfast the next morning was good, but no staff were around from the time we got to breakfast till the time we left to ask any questions, which seemed odd. Just beware, if you stay here, be prepared to hear the trains going by, and the heater was just a tad noisy. So not a great nights sleep, but still a decent place to stay.

Blankets on the bed had stains, what looked like, blood stains, and food stains. carpet was not vacuumed, crumbs and wrappers on the carpet. Tv Remote kept showing it had low battery so you had to bang on the remote for it to wk most of the time.

Rented 3 rooms all were really cute but very disappointed when we got ready to get in bed. In one room we found a pair of dirty socks and hair in a made bed and the other bed had little pieces of hair on the sheets which was also once again a made bed. The bathroom had hair in the tub and floor. Second room that bed too had little hairs in the bed. The third room also had hair in one of the beds. I did check mattress which seemed pretty new. So right away we were like bed bugs!! I did not find any bugs. Not sure if this is a washing machine issue or housekeeping is not changing bedding. We did call front desk about the dirty sock room but did not complain about the other rooms because I didn’t want to seem like we were trying to get discounts or something. Front desk brought clean linens to the sock room and we changed the sheets. Needless to say only a couple of us got sleep too freaked out with the hair and dirty socks. Again the property is really cute but definitely need to recheck the housekeepers when they are done cleaning the rooms. I do want to say that we were offer an upgrade to a new room but was already for bed and was not moving my stuff to another room. Too tired from a day at the Grand Canyon. If beds were clean and bathroom clean I would give this place a 10. Was really cute place.

For the price of $66/$77 a night this was an overall great stay! The only cons would be that since it’s an older inn the TV didn’t work too well, the hot water would randomly change and turn super cold (which we stayed in winter & after a long hike day a hot shower is what we were looking forward to), the walls are thin so we could hear our neighbors laughing & talking which again we went to hike around the area so we were trying to go to bed early to wake up early and that was a tiny bit inconvenient and lastly the room key stopped working for us the night before our checkout date. Other than that again like I said for the price it was a great experience, staff were friendly and helpful (John) and the breakfast was yummy! Would definitely stay here again!

Heat was turned off during winter month. The room was cold soaked, took forever to warm up, NO heat in bathroom. Bathroom sink stopper did not work, USB plug ins are worn out, did not work. The room was small with a king bed, The bed was very comfortable, but took up a lot of room, only one chair in the room, NOT a room for two.

This is a realy cute, cool place in Williams. The room is small-ish but clean and quiet (the train does go by every once in a while, but it was not bothersome). The bed was pretty comfortable, too! And there is a smal fridge. On the slightly con side, the cooling/heating unit fan was like a turbine when it kicked in! Other than that, we would very likely stay there again.

To check in you must walk across the street to a whole different motel. The staff was very rude especially while trying to check in to the room. Parking was very tight and difficult to get out of. The bathroom door was broken and did not close all the way.

This property was old. It was in an older area. Out of our 16 different stays along Rt 66 it was the most disappointing. I almost decided to go somewhere else and was higher than my other bookings. The clerk that checked me in was rude too.

I've never been to a property that has not at least consider letting me check in a little early, when I got there a little early and asked if we could check in the young man at the desk just flat out said no check in is at 4. He was a little rude. He could have at least said we don't have rooms available yet, or something like that. I left pissed. Customer service IS important.

I called ahead because I was checking in super late. The lady at the front desk was totally understanding.She help me check in and left me a key in a safe location. The room was already warm up for me and my sister. It was a cold night so I appreciate it. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room had some damaged but nothing horrible. The shower was leaking on the floor in the corner. I have that they had two luggage rack which is rare these days. Overall great room and great staff. The area overrall was very cool and had some historic routes 66 photo opportunities. They had a great coffee shop that was open by 6 am. The only negative is the train running at 3am. Blowing the horn. A few extra points Free parking Free breakfast Easy check in and out Friendly town to all types of people Easy to get around Fun Activate for kids Local National Park

We had to check in at the property across the street ... no biggie. My hubby is dealing with a kidney stone, in alot of pain and needed to pee. We stayed just one night and will definitely stay there again. Room was small but just enough for the two of us. Clean, great bed. Remodeled but still has the original 50’s feel. Located easy walking distance to downtown Williams. Really appreciated being able to park our motorcycle right in front of our room. Place was full, but quiet at night. Air conditioning was terrific!!!

The office is across the street at The Lodge parking lot. That threw me off but another guest told us where to go. The person that checked us in was great. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were CLEAN! We had the 2 queen suite, it was a good size, we were only there for one night. It’s not in the description that I read but there was a microwave in the room. It’s perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants, check out the poop museum nearby!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The room was comfortable and clean and the beds were absolutely comfortable! Very lush bedding and lots of plush towels for us to use. We don't have any complaints on the room and it was quiet and at the East end of town which was great because there wasn't as much traffic and foot traffic as closer to the gift shops and restaurants at the other end. The property is on both sides of the street and we stayed on the north side which has a nice patio with chairs and tables and we were able to sit and enjoy an evening drink and people watch and it was fun and relaxing. Now to one of the best parts. The free breakfast! This was no continental breakfast the usual fair you find at most places. It had two waffle makers and they had delicious sausage and yogurt and fruit and toast and English muffins,cereal,bananas, orange juice all in a nice clean cute space to eat. The girl in the office/ restaurant / gift shop was very pleasant and was very accommodating to anything we asked her. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay there again next time we come to Williams

Quaint little motel with very clean, comfortable rooms/bed with affordable pricing. The breakfast which is included is also good. My husband and I have stayed here several times, when we want to have a little get-a-way to Williams. Staff is very helpful as well.

Our stay was amazing.Except for the fact that the wifi would not work in our room. It worked if you went out close to the street. Breakfast was excellent. They even offer real eggs.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is very good for a "budget" hotel. The breakfast was adequate, but on this trip it seemed the breakfast setup was behind schedule. They were trying but not keeping up and there were not many people eating when we went at 7:30am. It starts breakfast at 7:00am and the hot items were nowhere to be found as they were still cooking them. But for the 20 minutes we were there there was no sausage or eggs. Room was clean and well maintained. With two positive experiences here, it will be on our shortlist for future stays.
