We really enjoyed our stay here and liked the layout of the room being a loft style with a bathroom on each level. The balcony was nice and had 3 chairs and a great view. The breakfast wasn't great. The coffee machine tastes like nescafe instant coffee. The breakfast options never change and while you can make a sandwich for breakfast there is no mayo. The pools looked nice and it's right by a beach.

Just got back after a week stay with my family and we would recommend this hotel. It was clean and had lots of parking nearby. The breakfast included was great (when we made it on time thanks to jet leg), but the bar lounge was awesome and I’ll be missing their “galao”. Indoor and outdoor pools were both great, and our suite was perfect for what we needed.

L'albergo è carino e il personale molto gentile. Il buffet della colazione è ben fornito (anche se niente di speciale). Dispone di piscina interna con idromassaggio nel seminterrato, le cui dimensioni non sono male, ma forse è un po' freddina.... Il parcheggio è molto comodo, la struttura dispone di alcuni posti direttamente di fronte all'hotel e di un parcheggio coperto gratuito a cui si può accedere utilizzando la chiave della camera. Il ristorante dell'hotel presenta un menù che varia ogni sera ed è a buffet. Il prezzo varia a seconda della serata. Il cibo è ottimo, ma purtroppo abbiamo cenato lì solamente una volta perché le altre due sere del nostro soggiorno il ristorante era chiuso.

I must say we had an unfortunate check-in experience. We were only staying for 1 night. We arrived at 10am and were leaving around 5:30am the next morning. We had 1 free breakfast included with our stay, and because we were leaving the following day before the breakfast would even open, we asked if we could have breakfast on the day we arrived. We were told that that's "against the rules". After much arguing back and forth, they eventually let us have our breakfast. We had to insist to speak with a manager over what was clearly common sense. There was plenty of food left and the dining hall was not full of people. It was an unnecessary way to start off the stay. The hotel room itself was lovely, beautiful view, very comfortable beds, the sheets smelled amazing, clean & spacious bathroom, gorgeous pool. All of the other staff were incredibly friendly and they helped us call a taxi to the airport the next morning. They are able to store your luggage if you arrive before check-in, which we appreciated. Easy walking distance from town and a small grocery store right across the street. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, but I don't understand why they made such a fuss about the breakfast day.

The rooms could use some updating and the facade is rusting a badly needs painting. Breakfast was good and the dinner buffet was average (although there seemed to be no end to the waiters refilling our wine glasses). The swimming was very good, both the pool and the ocean. Free parking, which was good since it is a long walk to the down town. The staff at the desk were exceptional in every way.

15 minute walk to town. Decent breakfast buffet, same every morning. Nice pool area and a spot to swim in the ocean too. We had a garden view room. Room was pleasant but the beds were very uncomfortable ( could be personal preference I suppose) Staff friendly and everyone spoke English

A pleasant hotel with helpful and responsive staff. Some things, like balcony furniture and aspects of the bathroom are showing signs of their age! Breakfast was good but not exceptional. Overall very satisfactory and good value.

We stayed in 3 different properties during our trip, and while the property needs tic, the staff was amazing. We had a mishap with our inter island flight we were able to get in the night before, our room had the loft with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a great view. To top it off, bfast was included but we would miss it the day of our departure, but the arranged for us a lunch box which was a special gesture that most hotels don’t do! The property is a perfect location and has amazing potential with some renovations.

AC in the room does not reach the top floor, makes it much hotter than it is downstairs. This wouldn’t be an issue if we were on the first floor because the ambient heating from the sun wouldn’t be so bad. The view was amazing though.

All of the other staff were incredibly friendly and they helped us call a taxi to the airport the next morning. They are able to store your luggage if you arrive before check-in, which we appreciated. Easy walking distance from town and a small grocery store right across the street. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, but I don't understand why they made such a fuss about the breakfast day.

We stayed in 3 different properties during our trip, and while the property needs tic, the staff was amazing. We had a mishap with our inter island flight we were able to get in the night before, our room had the loft with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a great view. To top it off, bfast was included but we would miss it the day of our departure, but the arranged for us a lunch box which was a special gesture that most hotels don’t do! The property is a perfect location and has amazing potential with some renovations.

The rooms could use some updating and the facade is rusting a badly needs painting. Breakfast was good and the dinner buffet was average (although there seemed to be no end to the waiters refilling our wine glasses). The swimming was very good, both the pool and the ocean. Free parking, which was good since it is a long walk to the down town. The staff at the desk were exceptional in every way.

15 minute walk to town. Decent breakfast buffet, same every morning. Nice pool area and a spot to swim in the ocean too. We had a garden view room. Room was pleasant but the beds were very uncomfortable ( could be personal preference I suppose) Staff friendly and everyone spoke English

We really enjoyed our stay here and liked the layout of the room being a loft style with a bathroom on each level. The balcony was nice and had 3 chairs and a great view. The breakfast wasn't great. The coffee machine tastes like nescafe instant coffee. The breakfast options never change and while you can make a sandwich for breakfast there is no mayo. The pools looked nice and it's right by a beach.

Just got back after a week stay with my family and we would recommend this hotel. It was clean and had lots of parking nearby. The breakfast included was great (when we made it on time thanks to jet leg), but the bar lounge was awesome and I’ll be missing their “galao”. Indoor and outdoor pools were both great, and our suite was perfect for what we needed.

L'albergo è carino e il personale molto gentile. Il buffet della colazione è ben fornito (anche se niente di speciale). Dispone di piscina interna con idromassaggio nel seminterrato, le cui dimensioni non sono male, ma forse è un po' freddina.... Il parcheggio è molto comodo, la struttura dispone di alcuni posti direttamente di fronte all'hotel e di un parcheggio coperto gratuito a cui si può accedere utilizzando la chiave della camera. Il ristorante dell'hotel presenta un menù che varia ogni sera ed è a buffet. Il prezzo varia a seconda della serata. Il cibo è ottimo, ma purtroppo abbiamo cenato lì solamente una volta perché le altre due sere del nostro soggiorno il ristorante era chiuso.

The room was clean but the varanda was full of pigeon droppings and not cleaned every day. We had a room facing the garden and we could not sit outside of our room because the chairs and floor were covered in pigeon dropping. Also we could not use the safe in the room because we were told that if we forgot the code, it would be impossible for a hotel member to open it...really? We have travelled to numerous places and were never told that once you forget your code, it cannot be opened.
