We rented a van from Florence to Rome but we were not allowed to just drop off our luggage in the hotel because it is in the ZTL area so we were instructed to park in a public parking area. The hotel called us when we arrived in the parking area and offered more than a 100 Euros van to pick us up except we already searched UBER which showed a 20 Euros fare so we used the van. We really found it weird because we also stayed in a ZTL area in Florence and our hotel even had a valet service. At any rate, the UBER driver also said that a driver of a rented car is allowed to drop off the passengers in the ZTL area. So, were no longer sure what was going on. At any rate, it was such a hassle for us to transfer our luggages in the parking garage to an UBER van.

Beautifully decorated. Clean. Proximity to most sites. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel provides toiletries in large bottles. Blow dryer was great! The bar downstairs was good! Ali was social. The breakfast was great!

We had a family room. We found that the lack of privacy was a bit of a concern as the shower and toilet were open plan. So we had to make sure we stayed around the corner to let everyone have time to do their ablutions and not get caught naked! The hairdryer needs replacing as the nozzle was too big to stay on and obviously wasn’t the one that went with the dryer, also it had no power. No dressing table so had to put stuff on the floor and use the mirror on the back of the front door. Someone had been sick in the lift and when the doors opened that is what we were faced with, so we used the stairs. Delightful day receptionist miserable evening receptionist! Breakfast room was cramped and badly laid out, the toaster was squeezed in a corner with everything around it which caused a bit of chaos. Food was adequate. We had a complimentary glass of wine in the bar which was lovely and the barman was excellent. The hotel was well placed so we could walk to most of the touristy attractions which was very nice… we enjoyed our time in Rome

Great location, but dark room and very small. More a 3* hotel. Access to the hotel by car is restricted - they gave us the wrong information, which will result in a fine. Small breakfast area - and undrinkable coffee. Rome is wonderful, the hotel is overpriced for what it is - but the location is good.

The location is very good, you can walk easily to the Colosseum and the Forum. The property is nice, the breakfast is very good. The room was not neat and clean. I used the laundry service and it was bad. Some clothes were delayed and a piece was lost. I did not receive any compensation for that missing piece.

We stayed for 6 night. We got a family room which was pretty big for European properties. Location is excellent just 2 minutes walking to Fontana di treví, staff was friendly and breakfast was good and there ir a local bakery just next door that’s excellent. We had a couple of issues. 1. Windows were not sound proof, since we were on the first floor we heard all of the street noise Including garbage trucks in the middle of the night. 2. They didn’t have laundry service. They told us we had to do it by ourselves. This was terrible because we organized our trip to wash clothes there. 3. The light in the room is super dim. We needed our cel phone lanterns to look for things in our bags.

This was my 4th stay at the Style. We will not stay at any other Hotel in Rome. It’s close to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, as well as the best designer shops in the world. The coliseum is less than a direct 2 mile walk. There are many great restaurants in the area to chose from. The Syle is spotless and the A/C works great.

The location was perfect for walking to all the sights and metro was about 5 minutes away. The hotel is a cute little boutique hotel. It is clean and the rooms are spacious. We would have preferred a room on a higher floor as right outside the window of our 1st floor room were many people all day and night and businesses in full swing. It was pretty loud. The bed is extra firm/hard so not comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and staff was warm and friendly, and kept the foods replenished. They clean the room only after 3 nights, so our trash was overflowing. Plus the bathroom doesn’t have sufficient towel bars to hang bath towels and the floor mat, so they were damp. They should either add tower racks or give you more towels to last the whole stay. They gave us one large and 1 hand towel each, and one shower cap for the 3 nights we spent there. No comp water, which is customary. Overall, the location, great breakfast and room size as well as kind helpful staff would be reasons we would return. I would just want a higher floor and we could deal with the other minor flaws.

Usamos um quarto para dois adultos e uma criança de 6 anos e o cômodo tinha uma tamanho super confortável. O hotel é novo, com cama de casal e solteiro excelentes, toalhas ótimas. Rua silenciosa, apesar de super próxima aos melhores pontos turísticos. Instalação segura, hiper bem localizada. Voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Nice boutique hotel in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. The A/C had issues one of the days but they fixed it promptly. The only negative was that some of the rooms were very dark in the entry way and bathroom which made it very difficult to see your way around.

Nice Hotel , Everything was within walking distance. The rooms were a little bit on the small side and a bit dark, washroom was upstairs from where the bed was which makes it a little bit tough in the middle of the night. Otherwise 5 stars.

I was so happily surprised with this hotel. This was my second time in Rome and my biggest concern was finding a hotel that had a large enough room to accommodate 3 adults. We had the largest room available with 2 Queen beds yes Queen not Full. The room was huge, bathroom great and location fantastic! The continental breakfast that was included was amazing and we throughly enjoyed it each morning before we started our day. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Somente o banheiro que é muito esquisito para quem viaja com família... NÃO TEM PORTA!!! É completamente aberto e ligado ao quarto.

Overall the hotel is nice - convenient to walk to most attractions. It is somewhat strange though, not having a door to the shower area. Or would be quite difficult if kids were in the room or even non family members sharing a room and there’s not privacy for the one taking or preparing to take a shower. It would be very easy and economical to put simple bifold doors or something similar up to offer some cover.
Overall the hotel is nice - convenient to walk to most attractions. It is somewhat strange though, not having a door to the shower area. Or would be quite difficult if kids were in the room or even non family members sharing a room and there’s not privacy for the one taking or preparing to take a shower. The location was perfect for walking to all the sights and metro was about 5 minutes away. The hotel is a cute little boutique hotel. It is clean and the rooms are spacious. We would have preferred a room on a higher floor as right outside the window of our 1st floor room were many people all day and night and businesses in full swing. It was pretty loud. The bed is extra firm/hard so not comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and staff was warm and friendly, and kept the foods replenished. They clean the room only after 3 nights, so our trash was overflowing. Plus the bathroom doesn’t have sufficient towel bars to hang bath towels and the floor mat, so they were damp. They should either add tower racks or give you more towels to last the whole stay. They gave us one large and 1 hand towel each, and one shower cap for the 3 nights we spent there. No comp water, which is customary. Overall, the location, great breakfast and room size as well as kind helpful staff would be reasons we would return. I would just want a higher floor and we could deal with the other minor flaws.

The staff was so accommodating, helpful and friendly! We didn’t get in until 2am and they were so wonderful about checking us in quickly. They helped us get transportation to wherever we wanted to go and they gave advice about all of the sights and how best to see them. Such an amazing staff and such a great hotel.

The hotel has a great location near the Spanish Steps. The bathroom is not acceptable for seniors, There is a tub only. No walk in shower. The tub has a very high step into. The water tap faucet was broken in the bathtub. Only a trickle of cold water would flow. Tried to call down to reception…..no none there to answer the phone. Went down to the grand floor and told a bellman…..he can up to our room 101 to see the broke water tap faucet. He said that it would be repaired tomorrow. No one ever came. The faucet was still not working properly when we check out. The hotel room is very dark. Opening the curtains helps. The breakfast has a wide variety of foods. There is a grocery stop nearby for snacks and extra water. I felt safe staying in this hotel.

Our stay here was amazing, 5 min walk to the Spanish Steps or to the Trevi Fountain. Lots of food and shopping options within minutes of the hotel. Very clean rooms and the customer service here was amazing. Will definitely stay here again

A Lovely Hotel - It's a real shame about the sub-standard breakfast. The price I paid for the room a night does not equate to the poor breakfast, it was terrible. I would expect to be served that at a 2 Star hotel. Sub-Standard in every way. But they did offer extra items at a price. Please see below. I did complain and was not charged the city tax. That was 60 euros. The receptionist did say that they had lots of complaints about the breakfast. If that is the case why had they not been acted upon these? Seriously read the comments on various websites and book somewhere else.

Upon my arrival for the first room, I had asked reception to provide change for 20 euros, I gave 10 Euros to the bell boy and went to buy cigarettes with the other 10 Euros. When I arrived at the tobacconist, he said the 10 euros was fake. Wow, I went back to the hotel and mentioned to the guy at the front desk, he response was "how do I know it came from us". Seriously, I spent 500 Euros a night at this hotel and you think I am scamming you for 10 euros? What added insult to injury, they have a currency checker. Something does not make sense here. The following day the rest of my family came for the 2 other rooms I booked. The room was not ready because they were "fixing something" and had to relocate one of the rooms. when they finally got into the room, it was dirty and the ceiling was leaking water. One problem after another, needless to say, I will not be booking here again. Get your act together and learn some customer service.
