Een heel fijn hotel ligging is aan de rand van de stad dat maakt dat het daar wat rustiger is .Een fijne tuin en 8 min lopen van de metro.De kamers zijn ruim en netjes . Het personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk . Na een dag in de stad ben je blij met dit hotel in een oase van rust .

Location is great, wonderful garden, nice breakfast view. But my room was downstairs in the catacombs and a bit depressing. Staff was helpful but a bit snobby. So the stay was ok, not great.

Già stato in questa struttura, sempre alla camera 106. L'hotel è un bellissimo palazzo storico. Il soggiorno complessivamente è stato piacevole, anche se ci sono alcuni aspetti che reputo inaccettabili in una struttura di questo livello: manopola dell'acqua calda del rubinetto del bagno rotta, già segnalata mesi fa e mai riparata. Ciambella del WC molto rovinata, da mesi. Terrazzino in totale abbandono, con vasconi pieni di erbacce ed ortiche.

The property has some very nice features such as private grounds which offer a tranquil space and which are really lovely in the evening. However the annex suites are in need a a serious spruce u (damaged walls, broken decking and furniture, lights not working) Overall this property is a nice option in Rome but it is not what you would normally consider a 4* hotel. There is no restaurant on site for afternoon/evening meals and breakfast was extremely limited and basic. No food was allowed to be taken from the breakfast so if you turned up with only 15 mins to spare you couldn't even take an apple or yogurt to the room as two really bizarre examplessome noise problems caused by building work being carried out in the adjoining suite. Staff at reception are lovely and the cleaning staff do a great job. Overall a 3* hotel with a lack of amenities and in need of a facelift but saved by great staff at reception

The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet & being treated so well by most of the staff - that's everyone from the cleaner who helped us load our luggage into our Uber when we checked out to the bartender & nice lady who managed the front desk during the day. This includes Marco (the evening/night shift front desk manager), who checked us in when we arrived, one of the friendliest people we\xa0met during our\xa0stay. He provided great recommendations for good\xa0restaurants.\xa0 However, our stay was not entirely enjoyable - we were assigned to a room on the ground floor near the front desk which\xa0didn't allow\xa0for peace & quiet. We could hear every conversation at the front desk. Found\xa0out after I booked this room that families that don't book a suite stay on the ground floor. I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel if this was in the room description. Since this was a non-refundable\xa0room, I couldn't cancel without losing\xa0my money.\xa0To make matters worse, the room had a strong cigarette odor even though I selected\xa0a non-smoking room. The bathroom was in rough shape - the shower door was broken allowing water to spill all over the floor after showering & there\xa0was mold on the grout. The behavior of the waiter was inappropriate. At breakfast, he commanded the guests and did not allow us to sit next to our family. Waiter deliberately banging plates on the table to draw attention to himself. The breakfast was of poor quality, there was mold on the tomatoes and the tomatoes were there again the next day. In the shower there was mold on all the walls and on the sink.

Personale in reception gentilissimo e accogliente, ma, a parte il bel palazzo, non rispetta standard da 4 stelle per l’assenza di comfort (grucce rotte nell’armadio, camera minuscola senza scrivania e assenza di postazioni per lavorare anche nei luoghi comuni) e la colazione poco assortita e con alcuni prodotti non freschi. Per un prezzo così elevato come minimo queste caratteristiche devono essere scontate e i dettagli più curati.

Simple, clean & quiet boutique hotel with high quality comfortable large bed & pillows in a decent sized room. Staff were excellent & helpful prior & during the stay - we paid extra for a pre-arranged early check in. We planned to get the Metro (10 mins walk) however this was closed for weekend work which meant $$$ on taxis. Restaurant options are limited - this is a local neighbourhood away from the centre of Rome but found amazing deli & coffee en route. In typical Rome style, the plumbing was evident, the electrics not modern & amenities like an iron need to be borrowed from reception when available. We stayed in a Superior Double Room on the second floor (only the Economy rooms are in the basement & this is clear when booking). Would recommend to couples looking for a peaceful & safe neighbourhood away from the hectic Rome crowds.

Perfect hotel for our first night in Rome after a very long flight from the United States. All we wanted was a comfortable place to sleep and this room was perfect - excellent air conditioning (super important because it's 100 degrees outside!), comfortable beds, including bunk beds which are fun for my teenagers, suite with two adjoining rooms (great since we all have jet lag and are awake at different times), large bathroom. I also want to compliment the very welcoming and helpful woman who greeted us at the reception area. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and even called the train company for me to help me figure out a problem I was having with my tickets. Molto Grazie!

Good hotel, reasonable location and small friendly atmosphere. Good size room with a sofa bunk bed for kids which I really liked. Modern rooms, reasonable breakfast, helpful staff. Overall we enjoyed it, felt nicer and more welcoming than the large hotels we stay in. Rome as a whole we love, good transport options especially when your old enough to use the E scooters etc ( not great for kids though) tonnes of history and reasonable weather, we would stay again in the hotel and 100% coming back to Rome

The property itself was beautiful. We felt as though we were staying in the penthouse with the gorgeous balcony. Staff was wonderful morning and evening. Walkable to Metro and Bus stops. Breakfast options were adequate. The only issue we had was the drain in the shower. Other than that I would have rated it 5 stars.

Cortina quebrada, pedi pra arrumarem, nao fizeram! Ralo do box estava entupido, nao arrumaram! Frigobar nao estava gelando, pedi pra arrumar ou trocar, nao fizeram! Meu voo trocou o horario, pedi 1 hora a mais pra ficar no quarto, nao concederam! Quarto muito perto da recepcao, escuta todo barulho!

The behavior of the waiter was inappropriate. At breakfast, he commanded the guests and did not allow us to sit next to our family. Waiter deliberately banging plates on the table to draw attention to himself. The breakfast was of poor quality, there was mold on the tomatoes and the tomatoes were there again the next day. In the shower there was mold on all the walls and on the sink.

Perfect hotel for our first night in Rome after a very long flight from the United States. All we wanted was a comfortable place to sleep and this room was perfect - excellent air conditioning (super important because it's 100 degrees outside!), comfortable beds, including bunk beds which are fun for my teenagers, suite with two adjoining rooms (great since we all have jet lag and are awake at different times), large bathroom. I also want to compliment the very welcoming and helpful woman who greeted us at the reception area. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and even called the train company for me to help me figure out a problem I was having with my tickets. Molto Grazie!

De início, reclamou que minha esposa estava manuseando o próprio pão com as mãos. Entenda: ela não pegou o pão da cesta com as mãos. Para isso ela obviamente usou o pegador. Mas, no SEU PRATO, utilizou as mãos para colocá-lo na borda, o suficiente para ele alertar para o uso do pegador. Overall the experience at this hotel was great. The rooms were kept up daily and we never had to ask for replacement towels or any special requests in order for our stay to be great and comfortable. Unfortunately, there were a couple issues, regarding their daily breakfast. The spread was decent, but if you were not attending soon after it started, you missed out on essentials like scrambled eggs and bacon. They never replenished the heating tray once they were gone, that was it. But, that was not the worst of it. On the morning of 12/27 the man attending to the breakfast was extremely rude to us. When my mom asked for a Cappuchino, he rudely told her, "5 minutes". Then my partner attempted to serve himself fresh juice and the man told him he had placed his glass in the wrong place. It was self serve, that made no sense. Then when breakfast was over at 10am, we were talking amongst ourselves when he came to us and told us we needed to leave the area. That perhaps would not have been bad, but there was another table and he never told them to leave. Perhaps he did not like Americans, because the other table were Italians. He was obviously courteous to them. There is only one person attending the breakfast on each day, so those in charge at the hotel should not have issue knowing who I am talking about...If they need further details I will be happy to discuss it with them further.

Este hotel é bem afastado dos pontos turísticos. Um bairro de embaixadas.O quarto que ficamos era pequeno para uma família, mas aconchegante. O café da manhã é bom mas o atendimento dos funcionarios que servem o café é horrível: eles são muito grossos. Atendimento da recepção é muito gentil. Staff were excellent & helpful prior & during the stay - we paid extra for a pre-arranged early check in. We planned to get the Metro (10 mins walk) however this was closed for weekend work which meant $$$ on taxis. Restaurant options are limited - this is a local neighbourhood away from the centre of Rome but found amazing deli & coffee en route. In typical Rome style, the plumbing was evident, the electrics not modern & amenities like an iron need to be borrowed from reception when available. We stayed in a Superior Double Room on the second floor (only the Economy rooms are in the basement & this is clear when booking). Would recommend to couples looking for a peaceful & safe neighbourhood away from the hectic Rome crowds.

Great stay! Our balcony was amazing, free breakfast every morning was nice. Could’ve been more selection but can’t complain. It’s a bit far from the city centre but there’s a bus stop nearby that takes you there. Wish there was more shower gels/shampoo. I would say for a 4 star hotel, it deserves every star.

Personale in reception gentilissimo e accogliente, ma, a parte il bel palazzo, non rispetta standard da 4 stelle per l’assenza di comfort (grucce rotte nell’armadio, camera minuscola senza scrivania e assenza di postazioni per lavorare anche nei luoghi comuni) e la colazione poco assortita e con alcuni prodotti non freschi. Per un prezzo così elevato come minimo queste caratteristiche devono essere scontate e i dettagli più curati.

No food was allowed to be taken from the breakfast so if you turned up with only 15 mins to spare you couldn't even take an apple or yogurt to the room as two really bizarre examplessome noise problems caused by building work being carried out in the adjoining suite. Staff at reception are lovely and the cleaning staff do a great job. Overall a 3* hotel with a lack of amenities and in need of a facelift but saved by great staff at reception

Overall the experience at this hotel was great. The rooms were kept up daily and we never had to ask for replacement towels or any special requests in order for our stay to be great and comfortable. Unfortunately, there were a couple issues, regarding their daily breakfast. The spread was decent, but if you were not attending soon after it started, you missed out on essentials like scrambled eggs and bacon. They never replenished the heating tray once they were gone, that was it. But, that was not the worst of it. On the morning of 12/27 the man attending to the breakfast was extremely rude to us. When my mom asked for a Cappuchino, he rudely told her, "5 minutes". Then my partner attempted to serve himself fresh juice and the man told him he had placed his glass in the wrong place. It was self serve, that made no sense. Then when breakfast was over at 10am, we were talking amongst ourselves when he came to us and told us we needed to leave the area. That perhaps would not have been bad, but there was another table and he never told them to leave. Perhaps he did not like Americans, because the other table were Italians. He was obviously courteous to them. There is only one person attending the breakfast on each day, so those in charge at the hotel should not have issue knowing who I am talking about...If they need further details I will be happy to discuss it with them further.
