For 4 nights I enjoyed the excellent location, lovely breakfasts, spacious suite with the softest-ever linens and sleep-inducing pillows. Manager Diego and his staff were friendly and helpful. The roof-top terrace was under renovation so not usable (but it was almost too hot and humid to enjoy much time up there anyway.) However, we did go up and take a look at the expansive panorama.

The lifts were dated but if that’s the only thing noticed that could use a tune up….i think you done very well. Enjoyed my stay. Walked the neighborhood day and night always feeling comfortable and safe. Staff were great.

Staff at reception is excellent. Rest Good Staff, Clean big rooms, Breakfast variety is limited, Breakfast area is very small. Location the best, shops restaurant, shopping mall, hop on hop off bus starts from here. No lobby. Clean big beds, Rooftop bar was not impressive also not needs as so many restaurants available between 10 to 50 meters from Hotel

Very friendly staff. Accomodated our change of plans when we had to spend an extra night in BA due to a strike. Great view of the Recoleta Cemetery from the 10th floor terrace.

Great location! Great staff and service. Ok breakfast, overall good value. We checked into room after exhausting 8.5 hour flight and 3.5 hour taxi from airport. Usually 45 mins but it was celebration day after World cup win. 1st room toilet didn't work. They put us in different room. We repacked and moved. Aico wasn't too good. Room was warm. Bed was very soft but slept well due to exhaustion. Rooftop terrace was small, nothing up there except places to sit.

A great boutique hotel in an amazing location, near Recolata Cemetery and all the restaurants and bars you would want! The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a mini gym and steam room on the top floor as well as a lounge to take in the view. Top notch

Bom da. Local para turista que queira explorar o local a pé é excelente. Mas o hotel carece de espaço, por exemplo o local de tomar café muito pequeno, outra coisa café com pouca variedade (muito repetitivo). A recepção do hotel está bastante gasta (precisa de uma reforma geral). Profissionais excelentes (muito atenciosos).

We loved this hotel. Right in the city center with restaurants and attractions in walking distance. Very clean and comfortable room! Would definitely stay again!

The staff is absolutely amazing and super helpful, friendly and they do an outstanding job. There are two things I didn't like: super small and non functional trash cans in the room and bathroom, very old and stained towels. I usually don't take my towel with me because I stay in high rated hotels and this one the first hotel with not pleasant towels, you could see stain on almost gray towels ( originally supposed to be white)

All the staff was great!! My stay could not have been better. From the minute I arrived everybody was lovely and helpful. Room was excellent and the cleaning ladies were not only lovely, but kept my room spotless throughout my whole stay.

The property was in a very nice area. Close to restaurants and a beautiful park. The noise level was very high with a school next door and a club right under our balcony. I wish the installation was done better to avoid the outside noise. The room itself was nice, it could have been cleaner in the bathroom and the small kitchen area. There was not enough towels and they were very old (sand paper like). The toilet paper was also very rough and there was no tissue paper and when asked for some a single tissue paper was give wrapped in plastic. There was also a faucet about foot and a half sticking out of the wall and it was in a horrible location. If not careful u could bang ur leg or butt against it. The shower was a waterfall faucet and the pressure was nice. I suggest u take ur own shampoo, the shampoo there didn’t smell nice.

This hotel is centrally located in the Recoleta area, across from a mall and cinema and historic cemetary. Great restaurants are steps away. The rooms are spacious - really huge compared to European hotels. They are in the process of changing out mattresses, so be sure to request a room with a new mattress. The first time we checked in, we got a firm, very comfortable mattress. The second time (we couldn't get on our flights due to standby status), we returned and got a saggy one - upon request, received a room with a better mattress! (first room change, still did not get a firm mattress; so asked again nicely and got a good mattress). Ask for a room on a higher floor so you won't hear the loud music from the bar on street level. Breakfasts were fabulous - hot scrambled eggs, bacon, assortment of pastries, granola, fresh fruit. Best part was the custom-made coffee: double expresso cafe con leche (looked like a cappuccino but stronger).

The hotel was in an ideal location with a balcony overlooking the Recoleta. The hotel is next to bars and restaurants which were busy at night but the room was very well sound-proofed so we were never bothered by any noise. The room was very spacious and the beds was very large and the bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. The bathroom was modern and spacious with a good shower. The breakfast menu offered much the same as other hotels we stayed in in Latin America but the quality was better. The reception staff were really pleasant and helpful and assisted us with copying and printing documents on a couple of occasions. The reception was manned 24 hours a day and the front door was locked and needed to be opened by the reception staff which gave a good sense of security. I feel that the hotel offered very good value for money and I would definitely recommend it to other travellers.

Hotel is nice with a good breakfast. Air conditioning in the room leaves a lot to be desired. It was running constantly and barely did anything. It was in the low 90's outside and we couldn't get the room temp below 85.

The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. We found the bed too hard the the lounge was not very comfortable either. Breakfast was included. It was basic but good. The staff were excellent and very helpful, and spoke English. The position was excellent with a shopping mall close by, a currency converter around the corner, a supermarket about 100m away and a good choice of restaurants around. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located and right across the street from the Recoleta Cemetary. My only complaint is the air conditioning in my room. You must put your room key in a slot for power to the room, during the hot summer, the room really never cooled down to my liking. Go in the spring, fall or winter and it will be fine. Staff were great and very helpful

This hotel is conveniently located and adjacent to the cemetery, making walking the Recoleta neighborhood very easy. The common area is minimal and small, but the rooms are very adequate and clean. I had a suite that had a street view and it was a bit noisy at night from the restaurants and bars below. Everything in the room worked and was updated. The breakfast offered a nice variety. I would stay here again.

We had a really good stay! Especially the personal was so nice and helpful to us. They made our arrival in Argentina for the first time, really good. Helped out with tips for restaurants. And when we arrived early in the morning they guarded the luggage and let us relax on the top floor where we could use the toilet and have a relaxed seat.

As a solo traveller, I try to pick a clean hotel in a safe area that is centrally located. This was perfect. Located in the heart of Recoleta (safe and upmarket neighbourhood). There are restaurants and bars on your doorstep as well as a number of tourist attractions including the Recoleta Cemetery. My room very big, spacious and clean. There was a fridge in the room as well as other amenities and complimentary toiletries. I couldn't complain. I have Expedia VIP access (Platinum account) as I travel a lot. I am unsure if all rooms were like this or if I was upgraded. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping was done well each day. Breakfast was included which was adequate for this sort of boutique hotel. Basic but there was enough variety to get you going for the day. The breakfast area was a little dated and depressing (a small room with no windows). This would be my only negative. WIFI per most of Argentina works fine but can be sporadic. Would recommend otherwise.

The location is very good. The hotel is ok. The breakfast is acceptable, and its on a basement. They asked for the credit card for incidentals, which is typically a deposit that you get back on exit. Instead they wrote the whole card number with cvv on a paper. I asked to do a cash deposit instead. Not very secure method to say the least.

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location with a wonderful staff (Pablo, thank you for all your help!). We travel often and I can honestly say this was one of my favorite stays! Recoleta is our preferred location in Buenos Aires and this particular hotel is terrific….just opposite the cemetery with an abundance of great restaurants right outside your door. Rooms are large, well appointed and immaculate. If we’re back in Buenos Aires, we will most definitely stay here!

As a solo traveller, I try to pick a clean hotel in a safe area that is centrally located. This was perfect. Located in the heart of Recoleta (safe and upmarket neighbourhood). There are restaurants and bars on your doorstep as well as a number of tourist attractions including the Recoleta Cemetery. My room very big, spacious and clean. There was a fridge in the room as well as other amenities and complimentary toiletries. I couldn't complain. I have Expedia VIP access (Platinum account) as I travel a lot. I am unsure if all rooms were like this or if I was upgraded. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping was done well each day. Breakfast was included which was adequate for this sort of boutique hotel. Basic but there was enough variety to get you going for the day. Great location. Very nice and large rooms. Staff was great especially Pablo who welcomed me and sorted out couple of my requirements. Rooms can be very noisy until 1am though because of the bars and clubs around. Breakfast room should be rebuilt on the top floor and not in the basement. It will allow clients to enjoy the amazing view.

Location the best, shops restaurant, shopping mall, hop on hop off bus starts from here. No lobby. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. We found the bed too hard the the lounge was not very comfortable either. Breakfast was included. It was basic but good. The staff were excellent and very helpful, and spoke English. The position was excellent with a shopping mall close by, a currency converter around the corner, a supermarket about 100m away and a good choice of restaurants around. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a suite that had a street view and it was a bit noisy at night from the restaurants and bars below. Everything in the room worked and was updated. The breakfast offered a nice variety. I would stay here again.
