Totel is very smoky. Other guests were smoking in nearby rooms and nothing was done. The smell of cigarette smoke was very bad. Unfortunately, I have severe asthma and was told nothing could be done. If I could have found another hotel I would have left for health reasons. Sadly, I won't stay again. We were here last minute to see a family member who plays for the Sabres. I wish I could get a refund.

Beds were super comfy and the shower was amazing. Phone didnt work and staff seemed to be inconvenienced when we asked for the coffee to be filled in the lobby.
