Lakeside Luxury - 2 Level Penthouse Apartment with Expansive Rooftop Terrace

This stay was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised.The lounge air conditioning, which was clearly listed as an amenity, was not working. This significantly affected comfort in the main living area where we spent most of our time. Despite this, the hosts downplayed the issue and initially dismissed it as insignificant, which felt unprofessional and dismissive.On top of that, the kitchen was not clean upon arrival. Plates, utensils, and surfaces were dirty to the point that we did not feel comfortable using them. We were forced to buy plastic plates and cutlery just to be able to eat, which is unacceptable for any accommodation — let alone one marketed as “luxury.”Although a small goodwill adjustment was eventually offered, it did not reflect the level of inconvenience experienced. More concerning was the lack of accountability and empathy in the communication.For a property promoted as a luxury penthouse, basic cleanliness and functioning amenities should be guaranteed. This listing is misleading, poorly managed, and not worth the price. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to others.

Host was very accommodating. The apartment was very clean, amazing views and overall very good stay.

Everything was amazing and spacious. Felt very welcomed. Hosts did a great job with the layout of the apartment and supplying us with towels, washing machine, all kitchen equipment and much more. Definitely would book a stay here again!

We loved our stay at the lakeside luxury, The Entrance.The penthouse was spotless, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The views over the lake were absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, just a short walk to cafés, restaurants, and the waterfront. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly.

Perfect location however property was very dirty.Balcony and roof top were very dirty, had spider webs everywhere.Inside the property was not clean, and very dusty. Inside the kitchen cabinets were scraps of dirt. The mop was worn down and bits of the mop would fall apart when we tried to clean the floors. Beds were comfortable however overall cleanliness of entire property was very very poor.
