I expected more. I actually had to call the hotel's main number to have the 1 employee to come out of the next room to check me in. There was no "do not disturb" sign & when I asked about it, I was told rooms were only cleaned every 14 days! There were no dishes, glasses or utensils in the room and but I could request them. There was no ice machine. There was 1 empty ice tray in the freezer. There was no hair dryer. The towels were shredded. The toilet paper was on the back of the toilet & the holder was empty (what if I needed more TP, they don't come to the room for 14 days?) There was a great deal of noise transfer from the heavy footed upstairs neighbor. I could only sleep when they slept as it was SO loud. Oh, and the breakfast, what a joke. Packets of instant oatmeal and pre packaged muffins. And all of this for ~$120 a night. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again.

When we checked in, at Check in time (4pm) our room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait an additional hour because they had to clean the room. The room still had trash in it and dirt all over the floor when they allowed us to check in. The bathroom was filthy and I had to get my own cleaning supplies to clean it. There was some sort of animal scratching behind the walls the entire stay I asked the front desk multiple times for multiple days to move us, they kept promising they would and never did. The entire hotel smelled like mold and cigarettes. Do not recommend by any means.

The hotel is very outdated, the carpet is stained, the rooms smell like smoke because guest smoke not only cigarettes but marihuana as well. Some guests stand outside in groups, they seemed like local working men but it’s intimidating as a woman arriving at a hotel and seeing these groups of men standing and sitting on the pavement outside smoking and talking. It made the place looked bad.

It was decent. We didn’t stay long, but for what we needed it worked.

The staff was courteous and it was clean,, but the hotel was run down. Large chips in the furniture, chair footrest that sagged noticeably. Halls with scuff marks everywhere...ones that it was obvious that walls hadn't been painted in a while. Strange smell. I wouldn't have stayed even the one night except for I had purchased it through Hotels.com and would not have gotten a refund.
