The front desk staff especially during day time Esha & the other guy are very helpful & welcoming…they are great which really makes a big difference! Location is really good- easily walkable to the heart of the town. I just noticed that the shower area needs to be re- caulk with black stain in between tile grout that it does not look clean & the bathroom door need to be re- painted/ refreshed but still overall we had a wonderful stay & will highly recommend this hotel.

The location was really convenient - outside of the town center which is actually a plus because the roads are easier to navigate with luggage. But also super close to the town center so you can literally get anywhere you want in Aix by foot within 5-15 minutes depending on where you want to go. Staffs were awesome and the entire hotel is very charming and had a friendly vibe. The only thing I would suggest the hotel improve are some missing points on the amenities. It would be really helpful to have a mini fridge in room. That strikes me as a very easy thing to add especially given how hot it gets in the summer in the area. There also were no tissue papers in the room which again is a very easy thing to fix but would make guests' life much much easier.

Street is torn up and you need special instructions to be able to drive there which they did not give in advance causing us to drive around multiple times and ask elsewhere for assistance. We had a coffee from their machine in their lounge and then we're told we had to pay for it. The only thing really good about it were the beds and wonderful duvets.
