Fint hotell med trevlig personal. Rummet var traditionellt och välstädat. Vi fick checka in före ordinarie tid vilket var mycket uppskattat. Förutom bar fanns en cateteria med både kakor och tapas om man var sugen sent på eftermiddagen. Frukostbuffén var välsorterad och innehöll det mesta man behöver inkl bra kaffemaskiner. Ett mindre gym kom väl till pass.

Hotel is a 25 minute walk to the old town & beach but its flat. It was extremely busy but has many bars & restaurants. Buzzing. There is a beautiful sunset to be seen down at the beach. We have a motorbike and there is secure parking at the hotel.

A very comfortable hotel with friendly staff, pleasant rooms and good facilities. Excellent art display in communal areas, decent gym and great breakfast. It has it's own parking, which is very useful in high season, though it does cost 21 Euros a day... The heat in August 2025 put a strain on an ageing air conditioning system and it would be good if the hotel could upgrade TVs at some point, to include apps and some English speaking channels.

We needed a parking space. Underground garage (21euro/night) has a direct elevator access to the hotel. The entrance to the garage was a bit narrow, but no problem with our mid size SUV. 15-20 minutes easy walking (flat) to the old city center. Room was very clean and enough space for two of us. Quiet even it faced to a busy road. Good choice if you need a parking space.

The hotel is in a great location, close enough to the center and with many bus stops available. The structure is great, with spacious rooms (especially the bathroom). The staff is friendly and always available. Cleaning ok, excellent buffet breakfast. The view from my room was awesome.

Wir blieben 10 Tage, da ein Sprachkurs besucht wurde. Wir waren im 9. Stock. Es war leider im Gang etwas laut, nachts gab’s es einmal ein sehr lautes Paar, so dass ich kurz davor war aufzustehen, aber es dauerte nicht mehr als 3 Minuten. Ansonsten morgens wenn die Zimmerreinigung vorbei ging war es auch laut. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte in der ersten Woche gut, aber in der zweiten Woche war es nicht so gründlich. Die Dusche ist gut, nur der Schimmel a den Ecken sollte entfernt werden. Man konnte die Fenster öffnen was sehr gut war früh morgens und abends. Mir haben ein Wasserkocher und Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen gefehlt, vielleicht Standard in Deutschland und hier nicht. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ausreichend vielfältig und das frische Obst war sehr gut. Kaffee nicht besonders leider. Es gab kein Filterkaffee. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Gym ist klein. In 21 Minuten zu Fuß waren wir am Strand. Das Hotel ist im groß und ganzen ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast. All the staff in the restaurant and bar, as well as the front desk very kind and thoughtful. Jose Luis and Alberto were both extremely kind, helpful and professional. Everybody was very patient with our group that included many teenage boy soccer players, parents and coaches. Few who speak Spanish. So thank you staff for your accommodation and patience!! All was fantastic.

Very hot at night, after calling the front desk they did accommodate us with a fan. The town is ok, I really was not impressed with what "MY EXPERIENCE" was the ppl seem a bit annoyed by tourist, not friendly at all!

The description of the hotel was exactly as it was. The location was great, out of the city centre but so walkable which made it very quiet. The reception staff were always very helpful and friendly. It was great if you were coming on business and also if you were on holiday having a few days in Donostia, it seemed to tick all the right boxes.

Tres bon accueil, les hôtes ont fait l'effort de parler le français ce qui nous a fortement rassures. La chambre etait propre et correspondait à la description de l'annonce. Pour le parking, il s'agit du parking public situé de l autre cote de la route, le niveau R-2 est destine a l' hotel et il coute 20€ la journee. Lacked coffee making facilities in the room and there was no facility for coffees in the general areas. Other than that an excellent stay but honestly, the option of coffee as and when would have made a big difference. Breakfast absolutely spot on.
