The hotel feels luxurious and the room was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel is well equipped with access to a gym and dining options. The location is not far from the centre and Old Town in a taxi, under 10 mins. You can get a bus but we didn’t do this. Getting a taxi to the hotel from the train station was a bit of a nightmare when you haven't pre-booked a transfer, so would hughlt recommend arranging transfers in advance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and added to the experience, giving recommendations on where to see. The location doesn't have much going on, but is nice and quiet at night and there are a couple of nice restaurants directly opposite the hotel and a lovely beach nearby.

Hotel non centrico ma in una zona sufficientemente vicina alla Playa della Concha e molto tranquilla. Possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage dell hotel anche se a un costo non economico (27 € notte). Camera spaziosa e letto molto confortevole.colazione a 20 € per persona, buffet ma decisamente non a buon mercato. Assortimento del buffet buono, ma a questi prezzi non posso concepire un socco di arancio conservato....non in Spagna almeno. Reception efficiente e cirtese.

We extended our stay because the weather was great. The hotel was very comfortable, the most impressive thing, our room was immaculate everyday, especially considering most days we visited the beach, and had a young child with us. The house keeping team were absolutely brilliant.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were so kind and flexible. If room needed to be cleaned late they arranged it. Housekeepers very good and left room impeccably clean. It was quiet and we could not hear any noise from the street outside. Beds were large and comfortable.

Friendly staff. Modern rooms and comfortable beds. All amenities one could expect from a 4 star hotel. Located in a nice quiet area of San Sebastian. The location is a solid 35-40min walk to the old town. Wont give 5 stars as we like to have the ac very cold at night, the unit is pretty much “controlled” by the hotel as the fan speed and temp don’t really work as one would think. Additionally we are light sleepers. The noise of early morning housekeeping and the slamming of other guests’ doors throughout the night is quite annoying since the walls as very thin. We could even hear our neighbors doing the deed.

Loved the property, rooms were clean and spacious and very modern. The room has both European and usb and usbc connections so it is friendly to US occupants. It is walkable to the beach but 45 min walk to the Part vieja (city center) so a cab may be more convenient. Cab rides to city center are 11 euros or so. Would recommend property and hope to visit again!

Great location within walking distance from Ondarreta beach. Good (albeit pricey) parking. Rooms are excellent, but the bathroom lacks aeration and is quiet smelly. Staff isn’t particularly friendly, but not unpleasant either.

No airconditioner, fridge and coffee maker were not working. Poor safety features, the bath tub was very slippery, our friend slipped and required medical emergency attention and the hotel staff were poorly trained. They phones were not answered and response was very poor and slow. It took a long time to call an ambulance. They gave a 50% discount upon check out.

A friendly very efficient hotel. The porter stood out as a very helpful, kind and effective member of staff . The reception staff and room cleaners were also very good . The laundry was quickly done for us and we enjoyed the spaciousness of our room. The tap in the bathroom, however , often took ages to provide warm water. We enjoyed our evening suppers there although the first team were much better than the second due to a rather arrogant attitude by the older man and although charming the younger waiter made mistakes and tried to charm his way through.

El recibimiento del personal de recepción fue muy desagradable a nuestra llegada , contestan de un manera muy grosera a nosotros y observamos que igual con otras personas . Además el aire estuvo descompuesto por 2 noches y no había resolución. Nosotros estuvimos 4 noches , 4 cuartos . Al final una persona que nos hizo el checkout nos hizo un descuento por el incoveniente además de ser muy amable y entender con buenas formas nuestra inconformidad. Los cuartos están muy bien y en muy buenas condiciones . La ubicacion del hotel aún estando alejando del casco histórico es muy buena , ya que la zona es muy bonita y agradable.

Hotel is located in a quiet area with a few restaurants in the area. Not located in the main area but 10-15 walk to The Concha. Located a bit out of the way if you want to be close to central but not too far away. The hotel itself was vey nice with a very spacious room with Large comfortable bed and pillows, very nice bathroom and shower. Great closet and storage space if your staying for a few days. Great breakfast buffet if you decide to have breakfast with many options. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Nice hotel. Nice area. Not to be confused with the “cool” old town area. But convenient nevertheless. Just be prepared to walk a bit. Note, it was quite challenging to get a taxi in a timely fashion even though the staff called for me. It took 15 min one time and 30 the next, which became quite stressful since I was trying to make a flight. Otherwise, very nice. Bigger rooms than the typical Spanish hotel room. next,
