True 4 star hotel in prime location at La Concha. We had three adjacent rooms facing the back (not the beach) but with generously sized patios which we loved. The beds are huge (seemed bigger than a King) and we loved the large marble bathrooms with large showers. Hotel has a nice bar and restaurant facing La Concha and you’re right in the action. While the hotel offers offsite parking note that you need to book it with them in advance and get a confirmation back. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Room was nice with great view of the bay. Only issues were the hard beds and the room smelled like cigarette smoke when the bathroom and bedroom door were open. Solved it by keeping those interior doors closed and cranking the Air Conditioning on cold/high. Just a bit dated on quite a few fronts. Staff were helpful but the checkin and what to do if your driving a car there and need to park was a bit confusing. There is no valet. Your park the car yourself. Make sure your alert them and reserve the parking in advance of your stay. The parking garage is next door underneath and they provide you instructions on how/where to park when you arrive. Nice safe underground garage with nearby access to hotel. Food in the hotel restaurant and room service were delicious.

This property is under construction with no access to parking. The entire front entrance is closed to traffic. The hotel should have notified us that parking would be offsite in a public space. They weren’t particularly empathetic to us dragging our luggage from a public park. Property was a great location

Great location, rooms, lobby, lounge area need to be refreshed at this price range. Our bathrooms was updated nicely. There is no valet, figuring out parking was a hassle. Amazing staff, and location!

Great location on La Concha beach and promenade! Very nice room and views. Service excellent, and free access to gym down the promenade was fantastic. Prices a bit high in the lounge but we ate out so not affecting us. A++ would stay again for sure.

A lovely Belle Epoch hotel right next to a lovely promenade and beach at San Sebastián. Highly recommended in ALL respects. Parking is only in a nearby underground facility and is €28 a day, and the main lift was broken, You can park through the hotel slightly cheaper and that allows multiple exits per day. Overall highly recommended but do allow for parking costs

Fantastic location right near La Concha beach. Beautiful hotel and very clean. Rooms were small but comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant/bar located within hotel for convenience. My only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn't very powerful so we were hot sleeping at night and this was mid- Oct. We do like a cooler sleeping temp so may be pocky but I wonder how the room temperature would be during the hot summers. Woukd definitely stay there again.

A lovely property in an incredible location. Be sure to request an ocean view room as he view of Playa La Concha from our 6th story room was likely one of the best in the world! The hotel was clean and the service was good. The two other stand outs are the marvelous, extremely large bed with an incredible mattress and the recently renovated bathrooms. Love this place and will definitely return!

兎に角、スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしいです。ホテルは古いですが、歴史観がある古さなので綺麗です。部屋もしっかりと掃除されています。海が毎日見る事が出来、レストラン街にも近く、スーパー等も近くにあり、本当に便利です。観光としては、これくらいのホテルに泊まる事が出来れば、十二分だと思います。妻が気に入ったので、サンセバスチャンに来た際には、また泊まりたいと思います。

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It's right on the beach, walkable to everything and unbelievable views of the Atlantic. However, for the price, there was a lot left to be desired. From the get go, our check-in process was extremely slow, the computers wouldn't read our passports, then wouldn't print our key cards, etc. Nothing at the front desk seemed to work. Then once in our room, we found out late at night that the air-conditioning did not work and got up to 26 degrees in the room. After complaining, the staff said they would call maintenance, however, it was still not working the next evening. After complaining again, other patrons overheard and also voiced their concern that they have been complaining about the air-conditioning not working in their rooms for 3 days but no-one has done anything about it. The front desk told us they can escalate it again but if they can't fix it, then basically too bad. This didn't sit well with us so they finally actually sent someone to fix it. Although it wasn't ideal, they managed to get it down to 21.5 so we could at least sleep the last few nights. As well, the phones at the front desk didn't work, there was a hole in floor in both rooms we booked (double rooms ocean view with terrace). Overall, for the price this hotel cost, it was very disappointing and seemed like nothing worked properly. We would not stay here again as they rely only on their location to charge a premium.

Cool hotel right on the bay. Super noisy from the boardwalk below. We had the misfortune of being in a penthouse room that was next to their novelty elevator and we needed a sound machine so we could sleep.

Perfect location, lovely public areas. First room we were given was a 1st floor accessible room (and neither of us need such a room); the AC seemed to not work well here either. When we asked for a new room the lady on front desk seemed quite dismissive and said our room wasn’t accessible (room 120, it certainly is…), but did let us see a room on the 6th floor. Much nicer room, working AC, and the room finishing looked better / more recently painted too. Plus there was construction outside which we could hear from the 6th, suspect much louder on the 1st… overall much better and a nice stay just unsure why we were even given this inferior room at first at all.

This is the place to stay in San Sebastián. Our rooms faced the Bay and the promenade. Beautiful scenery all day and night. Lots of activity on the promenade including live music and dancing on the weekend. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is convenient to everything. Our first time here and would definitely come again.

We booked a terrace king, top floor, and it was amazing! Large room, comfortable, large modern bathroom, fabulous view from terrace and the room. Friendly helpful staff, nice bar, the restaurant is not fabulous but we would not have spent much time there anyway. Great location, walkable city, would absolutely stay again!!

Het is een heerlijk hotel, met mooie kamers! Het klopt gewoon. Wel jammer dat het restaurant in de verbouwing was, was goed geweest omdat dat bij boeking te vermelden. Ze hadden overigens op een andere plaats in het hotel een restaurant en bar gemaakt.

First stay after the remodeling of the bar area. Looks great but it is very loud in there now. Service outstanding as always. Concierge was so helpful and got me a Doctor’s appointment right away when I told her I wasn’t feeling well. Coordinated everything flawlessly!
