Jeg bodde her 3 netter ifm besøk av byen. Rommet var passe stort, mens badet var lite, men godt utnyttet. Komforten var meget god og rommet var utstyrt med de nødvendige fasiliteter; TV (kun spanske kanaler)), WIFI og safe. Aircondition var ikke mulig å betjene, men det var det heller ikke behov for - vinduet kunne åpnes for frisk luft. Alt var meget godt vedlikeholdt og rengjort. 👍👍👍 Det serveres ikke frokost, men det ligger en liten Cafe og bar i ankomstområdet. Dagligvareforetning ligger i nabobygget. Hotellet ligger på vestsiden av byen og det er ca 1,5 km inn til gamlebyen som kan nås til fots eller med buss (linje 5 eller 25). Parkering skjer i samarbeid med et P hus ca 800 m unna hotellet, og koster 10 Euro / natt Oppholdet var en meget positiv opplevelse med god verdi for pengene og hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale

Clean and nice. Small room but comfortable. Parking is 1k away for 10 euro but you can park in front and leave bags so fairly easy by European standards. A little off beaten path but plenty of nearby shops and restaurants and close to concha beach. Great wine shop downstairs.

Warm welcome to the hotel, with a nice coffee shop and wine bar on the ground floor. The hotel was well maintained, and always smelt fresh. Room service was around everyday, would have like a door sign to indicate when we wanted room service or were happy without, and also the shower leaked under the door, but otherwise, we enjoyed the stay.

Hotel recent et confortable mais pas de petit dejeuner hormis au cafe de l hotel ou l on paye 5 euros pour un cafe et un croissant. Dommage. Emplacement bien proche de la concha. Parking sous terrain a environ dic minutes de marche a 10 euros.

Lovely hotel in a very nice location. Away from the old town but nice neighbourhood which js very close to the beach and only 10 minutes walk to the funicular which takes you to Mount Igueldo. Lots of shops and cafes around and also made me feel safe all the time. The hotel also has an on site coffee shop and bar-restaurant which is very convenient. Room was clean and nicely decorated though the bathroom was a little small. I was given one of the rooms with a balcony which I appreciated and it allowed me to get a wonderful view of the local neighbourhood celebrating the summer solstice with a bonfire and music. It was quite noisy but also a highlight of my trip! Staff were incredibly friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in San Sebastian, near the quieter Ondarretta beach. Easy walk to all the sights and sounds. Bar and coffeeshop downstairs both quality and well-priced. Noisy at night, but I have to imagine that's impossible to escape throughout the city.

Good place to stay for two adults for a long weekend in a nice neighbourhood, nice walk along the beach to and from old town and Centro. Room was clean, only had sheer curtains but surprisingly it was dark enough to sleep as room was facing the back! Staff were friendly and helpful, we had a pleasant stay.

Buen colchon y almohadas. Buena ubicacion. Fuimos a cenar a la rebotica y genial y esa zona para aparcar perfecto (un poco complicado el sistema de la ORA). Buena opcion de cambiar limpieza por consumicion en en el winer bar. Cuidado con quien compartes la habitacion porque el baño es poco privado.

We had 4 days in a standard room and 4 days in a deluxe so will review both. Review comments are made in the context of paying more than £2000 for 8 days. With that price comes an expectation level. The standard double room was awful, first impression stepping in was how dark it was (small and dark brown walls) then as we came to unpack we found there was basically no storage , one small hanging rails and one shelf, no drawers , cupboards or anything else . No tea or coffee making facilities , no mini bar, no bottled water, and a bathroom which was basically a toilet and shower behind a glass screen with close to zero privacy . Not worth half what we paid! We upgraded to a deluxe room after 4 nights , it was a little better. Still very little clothes storage , still not much privacy in the bathroom , but brighter and bigger. Tea and coffee facilities were there but only instant decaffeinated. The location is great, right close to the beach and plentiful buses . Walkable to the city centre too. Staff were generally friendly, the bar next door was great But at the price so so much disappointed.in the room , it's just priced at a level that it doesn't meet. I simply can't understand the high ratings .

A lovely hotel, close to the beach and a half an hour walk to the city (15 minute bike). There is a taxi rank and a bike rack a couple of minutes away. Lovely coffee shop within hotel plus a bakery opposite and a supermarket round the corner. Overall small but comfy rooms. Only nuisances were lack of space to dry towels, no dustbin in room (just bathroom) and the clear box that is the bathroom (minimal privacy when on the loo).

Pre-stay the hotel contacted me a few times to make sure I had all the information I needed to make arrival seamless. On arrival, check in was quick and friendly. The room was compact but very clean and well appointed. I was fortunate to have a huge balcony and on my second day the staff had left a little sweet treat in my room. Location was 5 minutes from the beach and it had everything I needed. I was very impressed and would highly recommend!

Great newly completed hotel. Room was great though there were some downsides (minor) bad smell when we checked into the room which cleared pretty quickly but returned on the last night. Secondly the bathrooms are not particularly private to the main bedroom, the hotel have tried to sort this with mirrored film on the door but not on the rest of the glass walls….like the design but not good if your a private bathroom user!!

However, I found the room to be less than desirable. Firstly, the absence of a refrigerator and microwave was inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of a kettle or coffee maker was a missed opportunity for enhancing guest comfort. The bathroom setup was particularly problematic. It was not fully enclosed, featuring only a glass separator, which led to a distinct lack of privacy. I could see and hear everything, making it uncomfortable for toileting. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the TV was excellent. The sink was located in the bedroom and not separated by glass, which was an unusual design choice but did provide ample counter space for our amenities. The room itself was spacious enough to accommodate various types of luggage. Considering these factors, I would likely choose not to stay here again during my next visit to the area. While the staff were outstanding, the room's layout and amenities did not meet my expectations.

Séjour très agréable au Letoh Letoh Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les jeunes de la réception sont particulièrement aimables, accueillants et toujours disponibles pour aider ou donner des conseils sur la ville. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques pas de la plage et du centre-ville, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Les installations sont modernes, propres et bien entretenues, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus confortable. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour un séjour à Saint-Sébastien !

We booked by incident a Single room in place of a double room. This over Expedia. We payed 350,00€ for a night. The only what the reception said :THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM FIGUERE IT OUT. We slept for work a lot of nights in Letoh Letoh not only San Sebastián. But this is the last time private and work.

Great hotel, boutique vibe without silly bar prices(1 beer & a good glass of red for less than 4 euro) fab location, everything is totally walkable in San Sebastián, bars/eatery’s on your doorstep. Biggest shout out is to the amazing helpful staff, particularly Ibai and Sandra, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. when we realised we’d left our passports at previous hotel 🙈these guys went above & beyond to help us out. They were absolute stars! And I watched as they made everyone feel welcome. Bravo! 👏👏💕

Pre-stay the hotel contacted me a few times to make sure I had all the information I needed to make arrival seamless. On arrival, check in was quick and friendly. The room was compact but very clean and well appointed. I was fortunate to have a huge balcony and on my second day the staff had left a little sweet treat in my room. Location was 5 minutes from the beach and it had everything I needed. I was very impressed and would highly recommend!

Good place to stay for two adults for a long weekend in a nice neighbourhood, nice walk along the beach to and from old town and Centro. Room was clean, only had sheer curtains but surprisingly it was dark enough to sleep as room was facing the back! Staff were friendly and helpful, we had a pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel in a very nice location. Away from the old town but nice neighbourhood which js very close to the beach and only 10 minutes walk to the funicular which takes you to Mount Igueldo. Lots of shops and cafes around and also made me feel safe all the time. The hotel also has an on site coffee shop and bar-restaurant which is very convenient. Room was clean and nicely decorated though the bathroom was a little small. I was given one of the rooms with a balcony which I appreciated and it allowed me to get a wonderful view of the local neighbourhood celebrating the summer solstice with a bonfire and music. It was quite noisy but also a highlight of my trip! Staff were incredibly friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

Jeg bodde her 3 netter ifm besøk av byen. Rommet var passe stort, mens badet var lite, men godt utnyttet. Komforten var meget god og rommet var utstyrt med de nødvendige fasiliteter; TV (kun spanske kanaler)), WIFI og safe. Aircondition var ikke mulig å betjene, men det var det heller ikke behov for - vinduet kunne åpnes for frisk luft. Alt var meget godt vedlikeholdt og rengjort. 👍👍👍 Det serveres ikke frokost, men det ligger en liten Cafe og bar i ankomstområdet. Dagligvareforetning ligger i nabobygget. Hotellet ligger på vestsiden av byen og det er ca 1,5 km inn til gamlebyen som kan nås til fots eller med buss (linje 5 eller 25). Parkering skjer i samarbeid med et P hus ca 800 m unna hotellet, og koster 10 Euro / natt Oppholdet var en meget positiv opplevelse med god verdi for pengene og hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale

A lovely hotel, close to the beach and a half an hour walk to the city (15 minute bike). There is a taxi rank and a bike rack a couple of minutes away. Lovely coffee shop within hotel plus a bakery opposite and a supermarket round the corner. Overall small but comfy rooms. Only nuisances were lack of space to dry towels, no dustbin in room (just bathroom) and the clear box that is the bathroom (minimal privacy when on the loo).

Warm welcome to the hotel, with a nice coffee shop and wine bar on the ground floor. The hotel was well maintained, and always smelt fresh. Room service was around everyday, would have like a door sign to indicate when we wanted room service or were happy without, and also the shower leaked under the door, but otherwise, we enjoyed the stay.

Great place to stay in San Sebastian, near the quieter Ondarretta beach. Easy walk to all the sights and sounds. Bar and coffeeshop downstairs both quality and well-priced. Noisy at night, but I have to imagine that's impossible to escape throughout the city.

The location was superb.Housekeeping daily , staff lovely and welcoming. Discounted parking available 700m away from hotel. Beach so close walking. We paid for one of their best rooms ( queen balcony room 601) it was only 17m2, perfect maybe for a very close couple but felt a little clostrophic , good job the balcony was nearly as big as the room.
