We totally love this hotel. Secure on-site parking (bit tight, but seems to work), fantastic location literally a few minutes from the seafront, and VERY dog friendly (our little guy had his own bed, and welcome pack, with a toy he really loves, clearly thought out by someone who knows dogs), also spacious room, very comfortable. No restaurant, but not a problem for us - we actually had Glovo deliver to the room. Have stayed here 3x now and love it.

Fiz a reserva pela localização mas fiquei apreensiva com algumas criticas lidas antes da viagem mas fiquei super satisfeita com meu quarto amplo,confortável e com todas as comodidades importantes. A localização nao poderia ser melhor a uma quadra da linda praia da conchaxe a 6 min a pé da cidade velha e seus inúmeros atrativos. O café da manha excelente com variedade de pães embutidos,queijos,frios e tudo de um cafe da manha 5 estrelas. A unica coisa que achei caro foi o estacionamento 22,00 por dia o que poderia ter um preço melhor por estar dentro do próprio hotel. É bem comodo apenas subir no elevador e estar no lobby do hotel mas carooo. Enfim o hotel me surpreendeu positivamente.

This hotel was ideal for our San Sebastián vacation. We were only 1 minute from the beach, and about 15 minutes from all of the famous pintxo places. Staff were nice and they left out free soda and water for guests when they returned to the building. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but the cafes nearby are good.

I was very surprised that the hotel had no lounge, pool, spa or restaurant. My fault for not checking the site thoroughly, but for a so called 4 Star I was expecting some amenities. The staff is kind and the rooms are clean. But overall, I would not recommend it. Also, there is major construction going on and you are on a busy road. For the price I would have expected more.

Photos did not reflect the property conditions, in my opinion photos published are missleading. Towels were scratchy, steam iron was not working, courtains were ddirty and in bad shape. Elevators were too old. Number of starts (4), do not reflect the property reallity. Do not recommend this hotel at all

Incredibly overpriced and uncomfortable. Furniture was out of the 70s and scratched. Towels and sheets were stained. There is a strange damp smell throughout the hotel. The service was good, and the location is great, but that’s about it.

高級じゃないけど、普通に快適でした。部屋が少ししけった匂いがしたけど、まー窓開ければOKってことで。ダブルベットひとつのシングルユースでしたが、バスタブがあったのは嬉しかった。ただし、アメニティー関係は、ボディソープとシャンプーだけだったような😅 朝ごはんも普通に美味しかった。スパークリングワイン？もあったと思う。飲まなかったけど。

Horrible. Lo cogí casi sin mirar por ser del grupo Meliá y tener buena localización y me defraudó completamente. La localización está bien, pero tampoco es primera línea con vistas al mar. El desayuno es pequeño pero completo, otra cosa positiva. La habitación viejísima. Muebles enormes antiguos, camas incómodas, miniventana, oscura. El baño sin renovar de hace años. Incómoda, bañera pequeña y de difícil acceso, no hay amenities. Lejos de la calidad de un 4 estrellas en España. En los alrededores no se puede aparcar, así que cogimos el parking. Caro, al igual que la habitación. La habitación nos salió carísima pero al menos esperaba que estuviera a la altura del precio. No lo estuvo. Coged otro hotel, cualquier otro.

Nice modern hotel less than 5 minutes walk from wonderful beach and 10 minutes from old town. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and comfortably furnished. The balcony afforded a view over the town and to the sea. Bed was comfortable. We were able to sleep with window open. Rea and coffee making facilities in room. Continental breakfast was good. Staff friendly and efficient.

We had a junior suite on the top floor on the corner - room 504 - and the views were amazing. Check in staff were friendly and it was nice to have cans of free soft drinks available upon our return in the afternoon.

Hotel I booked this hotel after reading all the good reviews. The hotel is old, and crazy expensive, $ 450-$800 per night. They don't provide any bottled water except one tiny bottle on the first day. The rooms are super tiny, with one tiny window. Only one person can fit in the tiny bathroom at a time. Hotel needs renovations desperately. It's obvious, they just want your money and could really care less about the quality of the services they provide. Definitely do not recommend.

No AC regardless of the heat, was told it was not time to turn AC on, the bathtub floor is extremely slippery and right out dangerous, very limited channels available, no water bottles, way less coffee available in the rooms, although the room is spacious, the bujía old and trash cans line the front, very disappointing

Loved the views over the rooftops out to the bay. It was amazing to watch the colors of the bay change right from the room. The bed and bath are very comfortable and the design of the room is very nice. The staff is very friendly. Nothing beat the short walk to the beach, promenade and old town. At night the neighborhood was quiet even though it was very central.

Natürlich ist die Lage des Hotels perfekt. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Die Zimmerausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr negativ fanden wir das wenig kulante Verhalten als ich mich mit der Buchung beim Datum geirrt hatte und eine Umbuchung vornahm (Aufenthalt 1 Tag später und umbuchung 1Woche vor Reiseantritt) . Ich musste 2 Nächte zahlen obwohl ich nur 1 Nacht vor Ort war. Das unfreundliche und iinkzeptable Verhalten in diesem Zusammenhang hat zur Folge dass ich dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen würde.
