It’s a very nice hotel very nice staff The buffet wasn’t the best it could be better but the service was on top. The rooftop was amazing. I recommend to visit this hotel. Thank you guys for such a good service. This is a place where I conning back to😊

Clean and a good location. Ok breakfast, though the eating area got pretty loud. The beds are very stiff. The walls are also very thin. The bathroom just had a glass door that did not close properly.

Great location but really need some upgrades. We booked with half board, but could not get any water at the dinner. Water and also towels for the pool was extra costs.

Overall a good stay. We stayed in the 16th floor and the room was basic but met all our needs with a nice view of the harbour , comfortable beds and a decent bathroom. The room was cleaned daily and the maids were extremely helpful. Some things in the hotel are slightly dated with plaster missing on some of the balcony's. We also had a small issue with the shower on two days where it just stopped mid shower for around 5 minutes (not sure if this was due to the water pressure) The pool does not open to 11am and is locked behind a gate although this didn't bother us as we went a walk in the morning for a late breakfast and some coffee. Pools is decent with a nice view , staff go round and ensure the sunbeds are taken by guest staying at the hotel and not non staying guests - this is due to the pool having a skybar that is open to the public. The location is great with the beach across the street and bars/restaurants all within a small walking distance. The train station is also only 10 minutes away. Overall we would return

Central location on the front.All the staff extremely helpful room cleaners excellent. Lovely roof top pool with good table service. Only negative was the lifts.Very slow but that’s all good stay
