Reception were fantastic - really helpful and accommodated an early check in. Pool area is very small and very well used to literally no space to sit when we arrived. Bar on rooftop was a great addition and exceptionally helpful staff serving drinks etc. Hotel is located in a built up area of Rome and wasn't very aesthetically pleasing when walking around. The property is modern and clean. Rooms are a decent size. But the main reason I stayed there was for the pool so I was really disappointed that there were no beds at the pool (as pictured). Instead there were chairs which weren’t particularly comfortable and you couldn’t lie in them.

Es war im Restaurant und an der Rezeption viel Personal eingesetzt, sodass alles sehr schnell ging und im Restaurant immer aufgeräumt und sauber war. Der Dachpool war sehr schön, allerdings wurde rund um den Pool herum geraucht, obwohl es gemäß Hinweisen nicht erlaubt war. Es hat niemand etwas gesagt. Aber als wir uns Essen mir auf das Dach genommen haben, wurden wir wie Schwerverbrecher gemaßregelt, dass essen nicht erlaubt wäre. Es wird mit zweierlei Maß gemessen, was uns sehr geärgert hat. Das Zimmer hatte eine Menge Macken und Schrammen, aber ist trotzdem angenehm gewesen. Ein Fenster konnte man in der Nacht nicht öffnen, da unterhalb unseres Fensters die Anlieferung war und direkt neben dem Gebäude ein großer Spielplatz mit Ballspielplatz, wo es lange bis spät abends sehr laut war.

Overall it was an excellent stay the staff made it and were superb throughout, very helpful and always friendly. A couple of things it would have been nice if we could have eaten outside as one evening it was lovely. The pool and roof terrace is a USP however shame it is only open 2 months of the years, seems wasted. I would recommend staying there

Lovely hotel, very clean, and very modern. Staff were wonderful, could not fault any of them, made us feel very welcome, and really enjoyed our stay there. Taxi into central Rome 10 Euro, or a 3k walk down the path next to River Tiber, which is enjoyable. Will definitely stay there again, next time we visit Rome, 10 out of 10, and thank you to all the staff :)

Okay stay here, but definitely would not say this qualifies as a 5 star hotel. Reception desk staff are very friendly and taxi booking service to airport is good but that’s about as far as good comments go. The rooms are okay and look modern but the beds are very hard and you only get a thin sheet for a duvet. All fine for us, but worth mentioning. Be aware the rooms are not sound proof at all, walking through the corridor you can hear everyone’s conversations in all the hotel rooms! The ‘rooftop pool and bar’ was the most disappointing part. The sun chairs around the pool are massively uncomfortable and the bar is completely derelict. So if you wanted a drink by the pool, you had to go all the way down (in very slow lifts) to the bar in the lobby. They said the bar opens on Saturday nights but we checked and it wasn’t open. They also advertise a jacuzzi but we couldn’t find it anywhere! The hotel is in a very run down and almost scary area, with a lot of homeless people outside on mattresses on the grass. They often approach to ask for money. I think the worst part was the location from the city centre. Be prepared to take a 40 min bus journey into central Rome or it’s an hour walk. The staff were fantastic, but overall the hotel was just not our cup of tea. We booked this hotel as a place to chill out but that just wasn’t possible on the rooftop with uncomfortable lounge chairs and a freezing cold pool. I felt unsafe walking back to the hotel given the area it’s in.

Ho soggiornato all'Hotel H10 Roma Città e ne sono rimasto davvero entusiasta. La reception è stata super accogliente fin dal mio arrivo, con un sorriso e un servizio impeccabile. L'hotel è molto bello, moderno e curato nei dettagli. Le camere sono comode, spaziose e pulitissime, con tutto il necessario per un riposo perfetto.Al ristorante si mangia molto bene: piatti gustosi e servizio rapido. Vi bodde her 2 netter, Valgte hotellet grunnet takterasse med basseng og solsenger, taket virket litt større på bildene, kun solstoler, ikke solsenger som på bildene, veldig god service fra bartenderen i takbaren, god drikke ok toast. Betalte 60eur ekstra for oppgradert rom, kunne desverre ikke se noe forskjell ut i fra bildene på det rommet vi opprinnelig bestilte, rommet var også ekstra slitt grunnet noe som lignet en tidligere vannskade som ikke var utbedret, det var tydelig skader på taket og alt interiør, "byutsikten" var rett i bakgården og i søppeldunkene, på nettsiden så inkluderer oppgradering fri minibar, ved utsjekk ville de ha betalt for minibar men trakk dette tilbake når vi påpekte vi hadde betalt 60eur for oppgradering, oppgradering anbefales ikke. Frokost var bra, hyggelig personale og god service, selvbetjente kaffemaskiner i lokalet men om du spurte kelneren ordnet de bedre kaffe på bakrommet og serverte på bordet. Parkering koster 15 eur i garasjen, litt dyrt. Beliggenhet var ok i forhold til å kjøre bil i roma, det var flere lokale "festivaler" i området, samt kort vei til buss. De reklamerer med samarbeid på fastpris taxi til f.eks. colosseum for 12 eur, vi ba om dette men vi fikk en vanlig taxi uten fastpris som kostet 30 eur. Resepsjonen var ellers behjelpelig med å sjekke biletter til attraksjoner fra leverandører de samarbeidet med. Vi var sikkert uheldig med "oppgraderingen" for ellers var Hotellet ok.

Nous sommes arrivés avec les enfants très tard à l’hôtel ( 1h du matin) suite à un retard de l’avion. Super hôtel accueil , entrée , chambre tout est vraiment super. It’s a beautiful property, I will definitely stay there again if I come to Rome, front Desk were absolutely phenomenal, omg, they went above and beyond when I forgot my wallet in the taxi, I am mad I can’t remember her name, the bar tender at the roof top was amazing too, breakfast was delicious, the gym even though very small was very effective, the only minor problem I notice was the surrounding areas, it’s definitely very sketchy at night, you definitely have to be careful.

La posizione dell'hotel ha reso l'esplorazione della città poco confortevole, ho partecipato al concerto di David Gilmour è ho trovato una città assolutamente disorganizzata . È inammissibile trovare metropolitane chiuse Taxi introvabili nessuna possibilità di poterti spostare con i mezzi pubblici . Sarebbe stato utilissimo che L’hotel aderisse a mettere a disposizione navettaggio a pagamento per raggiungere il Circo Massimo.

Staff was very argumentative when I pointed out that they are asking me to pay for the stay even though it showed that Expedia already charged me. Hotel area is very far from central Rome and in an isolated location with nothing but residential buildings around.

The hotel is comfortable. But only stay here if you are doing something in Portuense. It is not an attractive area, and not convenient for the main areas of the city. Public transport is poor, and Uber is very expensive and unreliable.

We chose this as our second hotel spot in Rome for the pool and it's closer proximity to the airport, but you definitely aren't very close to the main tourist areas if that's your goal. They do have a partnership with the taxi service to get you to the city centre (but not to return), which was nice. Be prepared to use transportation. This hotel would be much more expensive if it was in a better area so you definitely get some value there. Room was in good condition and nicely updated. Pool area was very nice. Our best meal of our 19-day trip was at the restaurant beside the hotel called Gazo. Would absolutely recommend.

Everything about the hotel was excellent, comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Once we had worked out the train and bus (the staff explained which ones we needed for town) its situation which seemed far from town, did not seem so far! Breakfast was disappointing. The hot parts were not hot. The scrambled egg was excellent (though not hot) We would stay there again

If you are an American tourist who doesn't speak fluent Italian, this is the hotel for you. All of the staff spoke very good English. The hotel is on the periphery of the city, so walking to the historic attractions is not a given, but the hotel will get a taxi to pick you up within five minutes of requesting one. The on-site restaurant has a varied menu, but staffing seemed to be a bit of an afterthought. There is a major road three blocks to the west if you want to catch a bus, but the shopping on that road is more for residents than tourists. Restaurant options are abundant, especially if you don't want to eat dinner until 7:00 or later. The rooftop pool is another plus.

Ho soggiornato all'Hotel H10 Roma Città e ne sono rimasto davvero entusiasta. La reception è stata super accogliente fin dal mio arrivo, con un sorriso e un servizio impeccabile. L'hotel è molto bello, moderno e curato nei dettagli. Le camere sono comode, spaziose e pulitissime, con tutto il necessario per un riposo perfetto.Al ristorante si mangia molto bene: piatti gustosi e servizio rapido. Tutto il personale dell'hotel è accogliente, professionale e sempre disponibile. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio interno, che ha reso il mio soggiorno stress-free.Consigliatissimo, tornerò!

This was a lovely hotel and it was great having the outdoor pool and sunbeds. The food was really nice but one of our party’s meals came out after we had finished. This was however due to it being cooked from fresh. We had a great stay.
