What a great hotel this if you want great service, friendly staff, good food and lots of swimming pools to cool off in the heat! We had a lovely time in our first experience of a Kempinski hotel....highly recommended for families. The only negative is the beach which is not really suitable for swimming but that did not deter us from enjoying our break here.

VARNING 🚨 It was not nice. We was 5 night. They want charge extra for so many things. Bad attityd in reception. Pool was super COLD. They want pay extra sunbed even low seson. One icecream they charge 19 euro. Controll your bill in reception we get wrong. Old hotell. Not fresh.

I based all my selections from people’s reviews, so here is mine. The hotel was amazing, great views, great breakfast and amenities. I wanted to be next to Marbella and for me this was the only downside, it was 20-25 minute cab ride each way and it was about $30 euros each way. If I knew that I would have tried to get a place closer. But that’s the only negative for me, my family had an amazing experience and enjoyed the pool and the ocean everyday, so overall a great experience!

I wanted to be next to Marbella and for me this was the only downside, it was 20-25 minute cab ride each way and it was about $30 euros each way. If I knew that I would have tried to get a place closer. But that’s the only negative for me, my family had an amazing experience and enjoyed the pool and the ocean everyday, so overall a great experience!

The employees at the Kempinksky property were great and they exceeded my expectations. I really really enjoyed the spa and I also enjoyed the breakfast options. Everything was really delicious. I also really enjoyed their wine offerings and their Skyler grill. Everything was really great overall even there made service was always really really nice and helpful. I would like to give a shout out to Noel. He was really nice to talk to every single morning when we went to go have breakfast. He is such a sweet guy and I really hope that he has a successful future. I also wanted to mention the front desk, clerks were all very, very nice. I think that this hotel hire some very good staff. I think my only complaint about the whole experience is that the rooms really are not soundproof. There is a lot of noise that enters the room especially when the doors open and close there’s a loud bang and if you are on the seventh floor, the upper floor is very noisy. It sounds like someone’s doing work upstairs and that really interrupted my sleep. I think the reason why that bothered me so much is because I paid quite a lot of money for the hotel And I just would not expect that the rooms would be quite so noisy. I almost wanted to ask for some kind of refund for that, but I did not because overall the hotel was pretty great, but I would really work on the soundproofing of your rooms. Maybe get some builders in to fix that issue. Thank you for everything.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are so helpful and truly a pleasure from booking to departure. My room was beautiful and I asked for a room with loungers and I received a wonderful room, so thank you. The gym is very good and the spiler beach club restaurant is a must. I found the room service menu very very limited and the Balthazar restaurant the only downside of the hotel, it has no ambiance and the food was not good at all very sad as the spiler was terrific but closed at 4.30. However the breakfast buffet was a hit with everyone,

Hotel was in a good location and room good size with a lovely sea view. However the air conditioning was not available which meant room was too hot. The breakfast was good but the standard of food in the restaurant serving evening meals was poor and could not recommend for vegetarians / vegans. Not a 5* hotel.

We had an infant with us, they were able to supply bottle sanitiser, milk bottle warmer. Gave us fresh milk for tea. Breakfast was excellent. We did encounter a few ants in the room, we requested a move and got another excellent sea front view room.

If you don't have any issues with your room you should have a nice time at this hotel. I stayed at the Kempinski Hotel Bahia for 4 nights. I notified reception after my first night that the air conditioning wasn't working in my room and that a reading light above the bed activated multiple times during the night by itself. The heat and the light were disturbing. I also notified the hotel manager and other hotel employees of the problems. The hotel never offered to change my room. Took two days for the a/c to be repaired and finally on the fourth night the light was disconnected. After repairing the a/c, no one followed up to ensure that the room was cleaned from fallen ceiling debris, dirt, and plaster. There was no follow up at the hotel to confirm that the issues were addressed until the last evening. Very disappointing. This is an expensive hotel and the Kempinski should have reduced the amount I paid given these conditions In my opinion, go to a different 5 star hotel which values their guests.

Hotel had a nice Spanish appearance, though rooms were dated and beds uncomfortable. Clean upon a quick glance but room was very dusty upon proper inspection. Staff friendly but pool boys were not very proactive to assist. Some areas of the hotel are smart, others are a bit staid and need a refresh.

What a great hotel this if you want great service, friendly staff, good food and lots of swimming pools to cool off in the heat! We had a lovely time in our first experience of a Kempinski hotel....highly recommended for families. The only negative is the beach which is not really suitable for swimming but that did not deter us from enjoying our break here.

We had an infant with us, they were able to supply bottle sanitiser, milk bottle warmer. Gave us fresh milk for tea. Breakfast was excellent. We did encounter a few ants in the room, we requested a move and got another excellent sea front view room.

If you don't have any issues with your room you should have a nice time at this hotel. I stayed at the Kempinski Hotel Bahia for 4 nights. I notified reception after my first night that the air conditioning wasn't working in my room and that a reading light above the bed activated multiple times during the night by itself. The heat and the light were disturbing. I also notified the hotel manager and other hotel employees of the problems. The hotel never offered to change my room. Took two days for the a/c to be repaired and finally on the fourth night the light was disconnected. After repairing the a/c, no one followed up to ensure that the room was cleaned from fallen ceiling debris, dirt, and plaster. There was no follow up at the hotel to confirm that the issues were addressed until the last evening. Very disappointing. This is an expensive hotel and the Kempinski should have reduced the amount I paid given these conditions In my opinion, go to a different 5 star hotel which values their guests.

The employees at the Kempinksky property were great and they exceeded my expectations. I really really enjoyed the spa and I also enjoyed the breakfast options. Everything was really delicious. I also really enjoyed their wine offerings and their Skyler grill. Everything was really great overall even there made service was always really really nice and helpful. I based all my selections from people’s reviews, so here is mine. The hotel was amazing, great views, great breakfast and amenities. I wanted to be next to Marbella and for me this was the only downside, it was 20-25 minute cab ride each way and it was about $30 euros each way. If I knew that I would have tried to get a place closer. But that’s the only negative for me, my family had an amazing experience and enjoyed the pool and the ocean everyday, so overall a great experience!

We enjoyed the hotel with reservations,Your description of the hotel was with three restaurants it turned out to be one only, a beach club.We were looking forward to getting a choice to match your 5* description.We accually paid more money for excess baggage as my wife likes to take dresses for different evenings,maybe for a dance to live music which there was none and is still being advertised on the billboard.I am dissapointed that you have wrongly described a holiday we were so much looking forward to.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are so helpful and truly a pleasure from booking to departure. My room was beautiful and I asked for a room with loungers and I received a wonderful room, so thank you. The gym is very good and the spiler beach club restaurant is a must. I found the room service menu very very limited and the Balthazar restaurant the only downside of the hotel, it has no ambiance and the food was not good at all very sad as the spiler was terrific but closed at 4.30. However the breakfast buffet was a hit with everyone,

Total relaxation in a beautiful setting. Half board option was well worth it, food was very good. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of sun loungers in landscaped gardens. Drinks were expensive but to be expected in a boutique style accommodation. Highly recommended.

It sounds like someone’s doing work upstairs and that really interrupted my sleep. I think the reason why that bothered me so much is because I paid quite a lot of money for the hotel And I just would not expect that the rooms would be quite so noisy. I almost wanted to ask for some kind of refund for that, but I did not because overall the hotel was pretty great, but I would really work on the soundproofing of your rooms. Maybe get some builders in to fix that issue. Thank you for everything.
