Parked where receptionist told us to. Confirmed this was right. He insisted. Got towed and had to pay 500 euros. They refused to get management and contribute but wrote and confirmed they were at fault and said to park there. Breakfast not “huge”. Coffee in room - twin room and only 1 sachet, and couldn’t get into it. Good shower. Big room. Small gym. Not the nicest residential area. Quick 24hr check in No windows in room!

Lovely quiet room at the back was clean and suited our needs perfectly Property lacks elevator space and has lots of steps making it difficult for moving suitcases and for people with walking difficulties.

Obwohli ich bei der Reservation mitgeteilt habe, dass ich einen Parkplatz benötige, wusste der Mitarbeiter beim Checkin nichts davon. Als erstes war es gleich ein Problem, wie sich dann aber zeigte waren noch genügend Parkplätze frei. Von etwa 23.00 Uhr bis 01:00 Uhr hörte ich ein ununterbrochenes Klopfen in meinem Zimmer. Schlafen war nicht möglich. Konnte nicht heraushören was es war. Vieleicht eine Waschmaschine oder sowas. Hotel bietet Frühstück ab 06:30 Uhr an. Als ich um 07:00 Uhr eintraf, war noch nicht alles bereit.

Je déplore le fait que nous ignorions qu’il y avait un parking complet à notre arrivée. Obligés alors que nous étions chargés d’aller au parking public à 1 km . Même pas de place devant pour décharger les affaires. Le lendemain il pleuvait donc obligés d’aller sous la pluie récupérer la voiture. Eliminatoire !!! Hotel a 2 km a pied du centre ville. Chambres correctes. Petit déjeuner moyen

Bagno maleodorante, posizione terribile, e parcheggio troppo caro

Près du tramway et autobus, cependant aucun stationnement pour la voiture, nous devons stationner dans les rues avoisinantes

Cons: Main entrance with steps (approx. 10) which is very difficult when you have luggage. The bathtub is very high - Fall alert. I had some problems with the TV. PROS: Trams stop a block an a half away. The hotel has several small grocery shops and restaurant around it. Hotel personnel, the best, they came immediately to fix the TV when I called. Right next to the hotel there is an amazing restaurant "Trigal", don't miss it.

Hotel is in a good location, it's near to the bus and tram and is a 15 minute walk from the train station. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and has a nice little bar.

Basic hotel with limited facilities. A good distance from the main town centre and attractions. No dining options. Breakfast was not of very good quality and with limited voice. No toaster available. Communal areas seem very tired and in need of refurbishment

It was very noisy around and the gym isn’t amazing but everything else was great

This hotel is exactly what we needed in Geneva. Reasonably priced, quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel provides passes for the local bus and tram service, so you're able to get everywhere in Geneva for next extra cost. We would definitely stay here again and at other Fassbind properties.

I stayed here last year when it was owned by NH and it was great so I decided to book it again for my most recent trip this year. Unfortunately, now under new management with Fassbind, the quality of stay dropped quite significantly, which is too bad. It felt more like a budget hotel this time around - nespresso machines have been removed from the rooms and replaced with Nescafé, my room was not cleaned daily, no slippers or robe provided, mugs were dirty, mini fridge was empty, nice soaps and lotions removed from the wall and replaced with poor quality plastic bottles…even the nice lemon and mint water dispenser removed from the reception - all nice little inexpensive touches that would generally make a stay more comfortable. I don’t think I will stay again at Fassbind.

Very nice hotel in a nice central part of town, plus close to trams and buses. The room was kept perfectly clean. We had a very comfortable bed, there was a safe and a handy little fridge. Very nice contemporary art downstairs, silent corridors and overall very good. Don’t forget to hang the ”don’t disturb ” sign on the handle during the night, to avoid being awoken by mistake by the early bird cleaner. Some extra sachets of powder cream would have been nice for the coffee, but there is nothing more to say. Friendly staff, quiet street. I will come back.

My only concern was the shower. Nozzle point out and door leaked water to floor that became very slippery. Tub is situated high and this is a hazard

All was fine and perfect, except the sink smelled in the bathroom. Should not be, what do you think? Best;

Clean, quiet with an excellent staff. Great value.

We stayed in Room 205 which, despite being described as a 'Superior Room', was 'tired' and in need of renovation. The most obvious items were: 1 The wallpaper was scuffed and torn in places, particularly by the door and by the window. 2 All the paintwork in the room was grubby and in need of a re-paint. 3 The net curtains need to be washed or replaced (one curtain had a hole.) 4 The paintwork at the base of the sliding door to the wardrobe was worn, looked poor and was in need of repainting. 5 The bathroom had evidently suffered an overflow at some time as both the floor by the bathroom and the door and door frame showed evidence of water damage that had not been repaired. 6 The bathroom shower refused to stay in one position and instead slid down to bath level when in use! 7 Neither LED bedside reading light worked. One was completely missing. Room 205 could not be described as a 'Superior Room' We did however, appreciate the good choice of food available at breakfast and the excellent service provided by the lady responsible for the breakfast area.

No hot water for shower two days in a row!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast should be included at this price. The room had some minor issues but they were addressed quickly. The air conditioning was not working very well. A bit too warm in the room.

I came for a 48 hour business trip and basic ammenities were not available such as an iron. I understand all rooms in Europe often don’t have irons, but when I called to inquire front desk said they would send one and simply never did. The room was very hot and could not shut off heater and there were lights in the room that weren’t working and stayed on all night.

Excellent staff on reception. Very pleasant & welcoming. Air con system in bedroom needs upgrading. It was not strong enough to cope with the high temperature outside.

Ponto negativo para o ar condicionado do quarto. Somente na ventilacao e um calor insuportável no quarto.

Bon séjour, chambre propre. Seul inconvénient de l’hôtel l’isolation n’est pas top on entendait les discussions des chambres à côté (mais pas les voitures).

It's August, and the air conditioner in the room and lobby is not cool. Other guests in the room also complain about the air conditioner. Bathroom water doesn't drain well

Bonne location a sevette, espaces salons assez grands et chambres spacieuses avec tres grand lit, cetait propre et bien insonorise entres voisins. Le probleme pour moi c'est l'equipe de nettoyage commence trop tot ils font du bruit, ils frappent a 8hr aux portes, ils parlent fort iks balancent donc il y a des efforts a faire. Il faudrait aussi ralentir le bruit des portes ds le couloir cest pt etre la raison aussi du boucan

We arrived at noon and told to come back at 2 for check in. But probably not available to perhaps regular check in at 3 pm. Came back at 2:15. They said … not ready. But 3 pm for sure. We didn’t get into room until 4:30. I was done with not getting in at 2 , but 4:30 was not appropriate

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff, in particular, displayed a lack of friendliness and seemed more focused on additional charges than guest satisfaction. One notable incident involved being charged an exorbitant fee of 20 Francs to borrow an adapter for my computer. To add insult to injury, I later discovered the same adapter available for purchase at a mere 7 Francs. This kind of pricing policy left me feeling taken advantage of. Moreover, the room I was allocated had a surprising and unhygienic surprise inside the safe—an opened and used bottle of nut oil. Not only was this unsightly, but it also resulted in me getting my hands dirty as I had to remove the item myself. The breakfast experience didn't fare any better. The staff doubted my inclusion of breakfast and insisted on proof, forcing me to seek assistance from the receptionist to verify my entitlement. Such skepticism from the breakfast staff only added to the overall unpleasantness of my stay. Regrettably, my time at NH Hotel was marred by these incidents, making it highly unlikely that I would choose to stay there again in the future. I hope this feedback prompts improvements for the benefit of future guests.

昨年11月末に利用した際と経営が変わったのか、今回の5月利用ではフロントスタッフの応対が総じて冷たかった。また客室清掃のスタッフのサービスがバラバラであったり、設備のメンテナンスが行き届いていなかった。特にトイレの水が一旦流すとタンクにたまらず、次に流す水が全くでないことがしばしばあった。（フロントに申し入れたが）また、洗面所へのステップのネジが外れていて浮き上がっていた。（足をケガする可能性もある）こういった点は日常のチェックが行き届いていないためと思う。せっかくきれいなホテルなのにとても残念に思う。

Excelente custo benefício! Não está localizado muito próximo dos principais pontos a pé, mas o hotel fornece de graça um passe livre para uso em todo transporte público de Genebra. Pelo que o hotel oferece, cumpriu a risca o que foi entregue, não ganhou nota 5, pois os quartos (4° andar no meu caso) não são tão bem isolados acusticamente internamente, escutando o abrir e fechar porta com frequência dos quartos ao lado.

Easy to access to the city central area even to the UN. You can find supermarkets and liquor shops near here. Also restaurants. A refrigerator is available in the room.

Es un oasis de tranquilidad … tiene su jardin para desayunar … una sala de juntas con un estilo moderno pero elegante

Camera piccola, ma pulita e confortevole. Ottima la colazione. Uniche pecche: manca una luce sul tavolo, ed il bagno ha un odore sgradevole, forse un problema di tubazioni. Ottima la posizione, a pochi passi è disponibile il bus per andare in centro ed aeroporto.
