Central but older hotel - pool was closed without any information .

Parking is very difficult

Fantastic room and lovely staff in both reception and during breakfast. However, the pool is a weak area with too few loungers, a barely-working shower, and no drinking water. No separate pool towels either. The gym, which is very hard to find, is tiny, poorly stocked, both yoga mats are gross, there's no water available and there's no ventilation besides opening windows.

The location and condition of the hotel is good. The rooms are a good size with a useful kitchenette, although we had to ask for items of crockery that were missing. The roof-top pool and sunbathing area was a bit disappointing. No shade or coverings to protect you from the sun. No roof-top bar or option to have drinks brought to you.

Wirklich alles sehr schön und praktisch. Frühstück sehr gut. Das Fitnessstudio, Pool und Dachterrasse ist noch ausbaufähig.

The apartment was absolutely lovely. It was very convenient to either walk, bus or taxi to the seafront and all the main areas. Staff were very helpful. The pool on the 12th floor was a welcome break from site seeing and getting ready to go out for the evening. Stunning views across Lisbon as we went in September and the afternoon sun was very warm and pleasant. I did have to work on one of the days and the internet in the room ensured that I could. A strap line from us: The Apartment that keeps on giving! we'll definitely be back.

Well located, clean and comfortable hotel with good sized room. The pool is tiny with very little room to manoeuvre around it safely and parking comes at an extra cost. The parking is a good asset, but note it’s a v tight underground car park and stair access to the hotel is poorly signed. Go to level -2 or -3 to take the lift to the lobby. Go for a B&B rate unless you want to pay €18/head for breakfast!

Daily room cleaning and fresh towels were a nice touch. The hallways had scent pumped into them and the gym was minimal. Pool was open but not heated. The rooftop lounge chairs were lovely for taking in the view and sun. Only two elevators and limited stairwell access made rush times difficult - it took 20 minutes to get to the lobby one morning.

The only issue was the gym. The equipment consisted of a universal machine that has not been serviced for a long time. Everything else was fantastic.

Lovely hotel BUT the dishes in the kitchenette hadn't been washed properly before our arrival, even though they were loaded in the cupboards. Also, would have appreciated a kettle along with the coffeemaker. Other than that, the bed was very comfy, great shower, liked that the windows opened for fresh area.

Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruits, lot of choices. i didn't have to look for lunch. Breakfast was so filling. I cant talk enough about this meal. you just have to go there and experience for yourself Staff well dressed and friendly. The rooms are clean. If i visit Lisbon again I would for sure book this hotel

Een heerlijk bed, de kamer was schoon, het personeel supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een defect aan een douchedeur was binnen een dag gerepareerd. De kamer was heel ruim.

Bathroom not working with just a note on door that says broken. No one could help us get in because of language barrier. Walls in apartment dirty. No free bottle of water

Pontos positivos: Hotel bem localizado. Colchão confortável. Chuveiro potente. Roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. Pontos negativos: Apesar de ser proibido fumar, o quarto tinha um cheiro bem forte de cigarro. Como dito nos comentários anteriores, o estacionamento com um portão para entrar e sair é muito ruim. A vagas do hotel ficam no 3º subsolo, então a chance de encontrar alguém entrando e saindo é grande. Nas duas vezes que saímos tinha alguém entrando e foi um perrengue para manobrar e deixar o outro carro passar. Isso sem contar que para abrirem o portão ou você precisar ligar ou ir até a recepção. Quando nos hospedamos a diária do estacionamento foi de 12 euros.

Very clean, comfortable beds, and a good breakfast

The hotel is immaculately clean and smells lovely. It has some great seating areas throughout. The rooms are more like apartments than rooms. Well equipped for short stays. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Overall highly recommend. Will return for certain.

Quarto muito confortável, limpo e a cama nos garantiu o descanso necessário após o dia de passeio. Os funcionários atenciosos. Próximo ao hotel tem mercados, farmácia e muitos restaurantes.

The room was very modern. The bed and pillows very comfortable.

O jogo de cama (lençóis e travesseiros) é de alta qualidade. O quarto tem um tamanho generoso (é um flat). O banheiro poderia ser um pouco maior (privada fica atrás da porta e chuveiro tem um espaço que pessoas com mais de 1,80 podem achar limitado)

Try to get a room facing the back as it can be noisy for those facing the street. Location is a bit far from main attractions so mainly need to take metro or Uber. If walk, around 30 to 40 mins. Overall room is huge, modern and clean. I need not have breakfast so cannot comment on that.

Great rooms with living area,sofa & large tv, small kitchenette & separate bedroom with another large tv. very adequate breakfast served near reception.would definitely recommend.

Best room I’ve had in a while It’s like your own apt.

Nice clean big rooms. Modern bathroom but with limited space. Shower as tight in width. Looks like they removed the tub and replaced it with shower. Bathroom could have used more space. A good walk to shopping and restaurants. Safe neighborhood.

I was pleasantly surprised that it was a Suite. It had a proper bedroom with a great bed with very nice bedding, lots of shelves and closet and big screen tv. A living area with a comfy couch, a dining table and small kitchenette with microwave, dishes, glasses, cutlery and fridge. The bath was very nice and clean. Overall is a great hotel. I'd definitely stay there again.

Suite was spacious and had sufficient amenities

Very nice hotel, very clean, smelled nice and the bedroom had a tv. Only con was it I could hear the people above me talking and every time they would move kitchen chairs. Normally this wouldn’t be a huge problem but it was ongoing past 11pm and I had to be up for a 2am flight. Wish the rooms were a bit more soundproof but overall beautiful hotel.

Room is spacious. Check-in process was easy, front desk is super nice to offer us early check-in around noon as we arrived early. Lobby has fruit water, everyday is different. Inside the room, there's a kitchen with sink, dishwash supplies provided. Mini fridge with freezer available. Location is convenient, there's food options around the area, and laundry very near hotel.

Hotel was conveniently located and walkable to shopping restaurants attractions. Rooms were excellent layout new clean. Staff were helpful Afonso at desk w great suggestions and Angela housekeeper kept room immaculate.

Airline cancelled the flight. Hotel would not issue a refund OR offer a credit for future date.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Es bietet ein hervorragendes Frühstück, es ist super sauber.. Der Pool ist wunderbar und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nicht so toll. Unsere Koffer gingen auf dem Flug verloren und wurden von der Fluggesellschaft nachgeschickt. Trotz wiederholter Bitte umgehend Bescheid zu sagen, wenn die Koffer eintreffen, wurden wir nicht informiert. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen, von der Metrostation ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß den Hügel hinauf. Die Bar wird nicht so nachgefragt.

I have been traveling across the globe for the past 10 years. I’ve never seen such a bad service in my whole life. The team who is working there doesn’t know what Customer Service means. They don’t know that their job is to support their client not the exact opposite.

I didn't like the room service. They explained to us that service is limited to 10:30 p.m. We arrived one day very tired, placed our order before 10:00 p.m., and they refused to serve us. I went down to speak to the front desk manager, and he didn't care about this delay; he did nothing to resolve the issue. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff at the reception desk are friendly and are very helpful. We were greeted warmly after a long trip to Lisbon, and the check in went smoothly. We had also kept our bags for a week with them as we were in another destination before arriving, and they were kept safely. Our room was really cold, and after we complained, they didn't hesitate to find us another room quickly, we didn't end up needing it as the heater started working shortly after. My wife asked for a kettle as there wasn't one in our room to make a hot beverage, and they kindly found us one. Overall we would have recommended this hotel to all our family and friends if they are going to visit Lisbon in the future but what will hold us back is theft. We read a few reviews before booking here that mentioned housekeeping thefts and we thought it would not affect us, and therefore we took precautions and locked all our money, cameras and passports in the safe to avoid any issues. However I didn't think I would have to secure a perfume bottle. We looked everywhere the last night we packed to go back to Canada but couldn't find it. The only logical explanation was the housekeeping that came had stolen it. It was in the cupboard until they had come. Housekeeping didn't even change any towels or clean. The beds were only made and the perfume was stolen. For that reason I won't be letting anyone know about this hotel, I urge the administration to review who you have hired lately that is causing these thefts.

As instalações são novas e muito bem cuidadas. A localização é central (próximo a Av. Liberdade) e permite deslocamentos por inúmeros meios (metro, ônibus e uber). A suíte superior é de tamanho grande e com ambientes de sala e quarto separados. A equipe foi muito atenciosa durante toda a estadia de 10 dias. O café da manhã é otimo e muito bem servido. Um excelente custo x benefício em Lisboa.

Close to sightseeing attractions, good connection to public transportation, big rooms and nice breakfast offer

The property is very clean and centrally located near stores and restaurants. It is about a 9 minute walk from the metro blue line. There are quite a few Asian restaurants specifically in this area. The rooms are quite large and very clean. The staff knows the area very well and can give good recommendations.

Awesome place huge rooms with separate bedroom. Perfectly clean OK modern facilities. Microwave and fridge with some kitchen utensils overall Very good value. Location is fairly good. You can walk to Avenue Liberdade in about five or 10 minutes. Several restaurants and coffee bars are close by as well as a grocery store All in all a really good place to stay.

Hotel location is a little far away from the core city, but still within walking distance. Restaurant options are not as many. However, we really like the big room. Spacious & clean. Staffs are also friendly & helpful.

Property is well-maintained. Our suite was clean, functional, and spacious. A bit of a walk to the metro station. Many dining options around the hotel. There seems to be an abundance of ramen shops in this area.

Nice hotel in a good location around numerous small restaurants, short walk to the hop on hop off bus centre.

Hotel stay was excellent. Room sizes and beds comfortable. Breakfast not worth the price though. Burnt bacons and croissants two different occasions hopefully chef will improve on this for other customers.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. WE PAID FOR THE BREAKFAST AND WAS OUTSTANDING. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KIND.

Very nice hotel with amazing breakfast.

Good choice at breakfast. Although they didn't have oat milk. Also the cooked items were cold.
