As recurrent issue in Slovenia, the hotel is not helping much with the parking and trying their best to make extra money on it. Very limited spots are available, the parking has a poor quality, people park here and there. If you have an electric car, don’t dare trying to charge, it is for some reasons not for hotels guests. Extra spots are available but you need to pay 15€ extra else you can park to the Bus and Staff parking “at your own risks” The accessibility is terrible, we had a stroller, no way to get away from our room floor without having to go down some stairs. The WiFi was of a poor quality, we couldn’t use it from our room. At the breakfast you cannot bring your toddler around to get to the buffet as there is robot driving around..

On the positive side the breakfast was good, but this is a very expensive barely 3* hotel where you will be asked to pay extra if you want to enjoy the amenities.

Some of the staff members were abrupt and unhelpful when asking for service, room cleaning - tea cup not cleaned, no breakfast tea supplied in rooms. Was very surprised to have to pay for the use of deck chairs and parasols on the Private beach, in a 4 star hotel? Breakfast was good but after spending 12 days staying in different tourist destinations in Slovenia all in 4 star hotels. I would not class this Hotel as 4 Star.

This property was absolutely stunning. We selected one of the waterfront rooms and we were wowed! Despite the rooms small size, they were comfortable, well appointed functional and the bathrooms were awesome. The breakfast was also quite inexperienced. Very typical European breakfast options that even more than you could ever possibly imagine. Getting to use the pool and spa center and jump into the Adriatic was a major plus. They walk to Piran was only 10 minutes along the sea. Would highly recommend this resort.
