We returned to the hotel late at night and there was no parking slots for our car anymore. A staff member noticed our car’s entry to the parking lot, and offered us his parking space. We really appreciate this act of kindness. It also shows the security of this hotel is top-notch! Very good breakfast as well! The procedures for checking in and checking out are also efficient! Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Ljubljana :)

We stayed 8 days. Perfect for us. Breakfast is only meal on offer, but this meal presentation includes delicious fresh fruits, a nice selection of breads, always scrambled eggs, and a bowl of hard cooked eggs. Our room was quiet spacious, the shower included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Premises are well kept, and there seemed to be plenty of parking for cars, and even a bus. There is bar/coffee available for purchase 24/7. This is a hotel based on efficiency. So, no onsite gym, laundry, business center. There are lots of plugins for your laptop or phone, and spaces to sit and work on your own devices. There is good reliable Wi-Fi too. Suggest even if you drove your own car, take Uber or taxi, or the public bus which you can catch just 50m up the street. Parking is TERRIBLE in City Center. This hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. Perfect location for us. I highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

This hotel is not really in a pretty part of town. Hence the cheaper price. Free parking is available. You can walk to the city center in 40mins or a quick cab ride. There's nothing special about the hotel. It's very familiar in that I'm American and these are riddled throughout the U.S. It's new and clean.

This hotel was a disappointment. We were in room 313 and the carpet was completely filthy. It looked like someone had really dirty wheels on their suitcase and rolled it around on the carpet and then the hotel couldn’t get it clean. The hotel was somewhat new and the new designs are minimalistic which doesn’t necessarily mean practical. There was only one small table in the room ~12” round to place items on. They had a couple of cubby holes where they had stuck an ironing board and iron, so we pulled out the ironing board and used it to put our toiletries on. The bathroom sink was shallow and probably 2” long and only left about 4-6” of counter space to use. It was warm while we were there and turned on the A/C. The A/C was extremely loud and it sounded like something was very wrong, we left it on for a bit but it didn’t put out any air. We opened the windows for awhile, but the hotel is on a busy road so we had to close it when we went to sleep. We were there on vacation and not business, but there wasn’t a desk to work if you were there for business. The room also didn’t have a mini-fridge as all the other rooms we stayed in did. Having stayed in a number of Holiday Inn Expresses, I just had higher expectations. The breakfast was very good, good choices and good quality food.

With three beds, the room felt tight with very little wiggle room. The carpet looked worn. Otherwise, the room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice. The beds were comfortable. A microwave in the room would have been helpful. Breakfast was very good. This is included in the room rent. Center city Ljubljana was easily accessible by taxi. We avoided driving into Center City

No check in me foi dado um quarto no subsolo do hotel em que o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Solicitei então a troca do quarto e pedi para ser colocado num andar superior, porém o atendente disse que a tarifa que eu paguei só me dava direito de ficar no subsolo. Quando fiz a reserva pelo app da hotéis.com não tinha nenhuma observação a respeito disso. O quarto tinha apenas uma pequena janela sem vista alguma e era muito escuro.

We hadden een kamer in het souterrain toewezen gekregen, terwijl onze boeking dat niet vermeldde. De kamer had een onfrisse (chemische) geur en er zaten vlekken in de vloerbedekking. Het bed en de badkamer waren prima. Het geluid van passerende voertuigen op de langs het hotel lopende doorgaande weg komt heel sterk de kamer binnen.

This hotel is top notch. The staff is professional yet friendly and accommodating. Matej, Alperen, and the rest of the reception staff were great. They'll go above and beyond to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and offered good choices, we especially liked that all the food was halal. We liked the patio seating area. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Ljubljana again.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr gut und das Personal grundsätzlich bemüht. Ich habe aber fristgerecht (17.45 Uhr) 2 Tage vor der Ankunft versucht zu stornieren und das Hotel war für Hotels.com nicht erreichbar. Das sollte nicht mein Problem sein, denn es bestehen Screenshots der fristgerechten Anfrage. Dennoch hat man sich danach geweigert unsere Stornierung durchzuführen (Hotels.com hat nach eigener Aussage mehrfach um Kulanz beim Hotel gebeten) und wir mussten anreisen, denn die Stornogebühr betrug 100%. Ich frage mich, ob da System dahinter steht, dass man vor Ablauf der Stornofrist nicht erreichbar ist. Aufgrund von Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten haben wir Marmelade, Butter und Brot mit zum Frühstück gebracht. Im Umkehrschluss haben wir uns etwas für die Fahrt gerichtet. Wir wurden daraufhin vom Personal getadelt, man hätte uns mit der Kamera beobachtet und wir dürfen kein Essen mit aus dem Restaurant nehmen. Somit haben wir die vorbereiteten Lebensmittel auf dem Tisch liegen lassen, die sicherlich vernichtet wurden. Ich kann verstehen, dass das nicht gerne gesehen wird, aber da wir Essen mitgebracht haben, haben wir uns eben auch etwas einpacken wollen. Ausserdem halte ich es für bedenklich die Gäste mit Kameras zu beobachten, ohne deren Wissen.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und ruhig gelegen. Der Kaffee zum nicht sehr überzeugendem Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich schlecht. Trotzdem Daumen hoch wg der Sauberkeit und gutem Preis. Ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen, ist das kostenlose Parken am Hotel.
