Wellnessberejxg ist nicht besonders gross, bietet aber alles, was man braucht. Pool, whirlpool und Sauna. Praktisch ist, dass es Garderoben gibt, die man mit der Zimmerkarte öffnen und abschliessen kann. Das Zimmer was angenehm gross, sehr saube und schön modern eingerichtet. Auch das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist zentral, und dennoch ruhig. Insgesamt ein sehr positives Erlebnis. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Bell boys were amazing but everyone else wasn’t massively attentive and although this is shown as pet friendly, your pets are not allowed in the bar or restaurant. They only tell you this after you paid.

Fantastic, Hundred percent stay at this location. Restaurant was superb, as was the amenities, Spa and in room options with English channels to choose from if you want a quite night after a day of sight seeing. Walkable to the centre and close to the train station.

Het hotel is fantastisch, zwembad en wellness op het 18de en lekker restaurant op het 20ste met geweldig zicht op de stad. Zeer vriendelijk, mooi ingericht, kortom alles in orde. Enkel 33€ parking/dag was aan de hoge kant, voor de rest alles zeer correct. Aanrader!

Excellent attention to details. Everything from the room, the view from our 14th floor, the breakfast to the staff were top quality. The spa area with pool and jacuzzi has a gorgeous view of the castle and is open 6:30am to 11:00pm. I'd definitely stay here again!

We had a really nice stay at the property. The location was perfect for us: 15 min walk to the town center and about ten min to walk to the Sixt Car rental ( Hertz is even closer if you prefer) . The gym was large and well outfitted with equipment but the lap pool and two saunas and a steam room were the star. The indoor lap pool and area overlook the castle and at night it’s very atmospheric. We didn’t have time to try a spa treatment. My only negative would be the hot tub was more like a warm tub, but it didn’t matter with all the other options. Beds were comfy and room are spacious and I appreciated the nice deep soaking tub!

Gorgeous hotel, excellent facilities in the room. Disappointed that the pool / spa facilities were unavailable which we were not informed of until arrival. Cleanliness was mostly good but some areas of room were dusty which was a little disappointing. Staff were friendly and helpful and the view from the rooftop bar was great. Pillows were way too soft, and could not find out how to access the pillow menu.

設備が整っており快適であったがテレビやトイレなどに少し埃が溜まっていたのが気になった。スタッフはフレンドリーであったが以前シンガポールの同ホテルでは誕生日にサプライズのお祝い（ケーキとメッセージカード）がホテルからあったが今回は無かったのが少し残念だった。プールやサウナは高層階にあり眺望が良く、設備も整っていた。朝食のブッフェは美味しく、スタッフのサービスもとても良かった。

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our room was large very large, which was much needed after a week of visiting other cities and staying in tiny rooms. It was comfortable - especially the temperature control. It seems that in most Euro hotels, the mode is controlled centrally, which is rough for cold sleepers in the fall/winter. We were able to have light air conditioning at night with a fan only during the day, which really aided our sleep! The room had a ton of windows, but the curtains kept it quite dark for when we wanted rest. The hotel itself was very quiet. Only two minor complaints: our first night, our television turned on and started playing the welcome screen around 2:30 in the morning. That was jarring and made our first night of sleep rough! Second, the photos here and on the website made it seem as though there might be a sitting area/couch/chaise in the room. None of the regular "twin" (two twins/one double) rooms have this. You have to upgrade to a suite if you want that. But we did have two chairs and a bench we sort of made into a couch/chaise. Otherwise, we'd absolutely return here. Also do yourself a favor and go downstairs across the street for a Burek.

This is a great hotel in a great location. The rooms and bathrooms are huge. The beds very comfortable. The staff can’t do enough for you. Only thing for us was the temperature in the room, it was way too HOT! We ask for it to be adjusted which the staff were willing to do, but it was renamed the same for 5 days.

Hotel location is great, receptionists are friendly and helpful. Room is very big but no sitting area, only 1 arm chair and a working desk. HDMI by the working desk was not functioning. Hair dryer was not working consistently even after exchanged. Coffee machine container was cracked.

Hotel is large modern high-rise. We had a very large and comfortable room on 12'th floor on corner with good views. Turning on/off lighting very confusing. Likewise how to flush toilet - fully automatic, and sometimes needs to be persuaded. Dinner in hotel dining room - food very good. Valet parking. 10 min walk to center of town. Breakfast was good, dining staff good. Front staff also good. Dining room on 20'th (top) floor. Recommended.

From the moment we arrived at the property, welcomed by Tia at reception with a full itinerary for the following five days created within the first 30 minutes, to the excellent bellboy service and the lovely discussion with Maja, guest relations manager, everything was slick and well thought through. Personally, we didn’t like the pillows but they are very hard to get right. That is nothing against the hotel, that is purely personal preference.

Hotel was nice but not for the price. We came back to room and the room service had charged us for everything in the mini bar. The crazy part is we had not touched mini bar and it even said the mini fridge had to be unlocked by the front desk. We complained and thankfully they did not go through with charging us but when we checked out they had on our bill for the rooftop restaurant so we had to tell them to take it off which they did. So just be aware of your bill in general as they try to add things to it. They even tried upselling us when we first arrived. You could also tell they weren't cleaning the rooms very thorough as our trash can was overflowing from not being taken out and you could see areas that hadn't been touched in probably months.

We enjoyed our stay with Intercontinental. The staff was great . The location is fantastic as it is near the bus station , walkable going to city centre which we love . Rooms are clean and the amazing . The highlight was the breakfast that they prepare for us when we had to check out early was something we won’t forget - intercontinental went far and beyond than we expect even the smallest detail of providing us water was exceptional and thought for . Well Done to the team. We would go back to IHG Slovenia for sure.

The reception staff is sub par, I asked Stefan at the front desk to put in my IHG number to my reservation and he was annoyed, not knowing I understood slovenian he complained to his colleague about me. At check out they forgot to book my taxi and was late to the airport.

Shout out to Timothej, the hotel concierge, he is passionate on his job, great recommendations on all the places to visit in Slovenia. Hotellet saknade inget, bra spa med fantastisk utsikt, pool, bubbelpool samt tre olika bastun. Sky bar med både inomhus och utomhus del med bra drinkar. Rummen är stora och moderna och har vattenkokare samt Nespresso maskin. Kan ej säga något om frukosten då vi ej tycker det är värt ca 300 kr per skalle för frukost så vi lade ej till det när vi bokade. Blev erbjudna frukost när vi checkade in för 27 euro var. Skulle jag säga något som kanske inte är topp så är det läget, ligger lite avsides om man jämför med många andra hotell. Men det är verkligen inte långt att gå ner till kanalen där alla restauranger och barer ligger, tar ca 8-10 minuter. Ljubljana är ganska litet så man har nära till allt. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell om du vill bo lite finare och bättre under ditt besök i Ljubljana.

The hotel is walkable to shopping, old town, and central train station. There are convenient store and grocery near by. The breakfast options were great and the room was comfortable. There are 3 minor feedback: (i) the pillows are way too soft (should have 1 or 2 mid - firm pillows), (ii) there’s only one option to turn on/off lights (should have different switches for certain areas), (iii) the rooftop bar is lovely but the plants are blocking the view of the beautiful city / old town (unless you’re standing close to the windows). Overall, it was a great stay and I would come back. Highly recommended.

The room was very spacious and bathroom was very modern. Particularly enjoyed the breakfast which was large. Staff extremely attentive. It was a 15 minute to Old Town. Parking was very expensive at 35 Euros/nite. Two suggestions to hotel, rethink the parking rates, and offer fragrance free bathroom products.

Five star hotel, amazing staff great rooms with Florida ceiling windows, dining and breakfast are on the 20th floor. Great concierge that helps you with all the details if this is your first visit to the city. Every time I’ve come in the area I always spend five days at this hotel with the great spot on the top floor. Also, it’s a great place to rejuvenate yourself if you’ve been traveling.

What a shocker ! The hotel was amazing ! And the food was out of control fantastic! And I grew up in Manhattan so I know food. And I don't write hotel reviews but this time I just had to.. amazing hotel
