We have been to Riosol previously and knew what to expect in terms of rooms, facilities and location. However, since our last stay they have renovated one of the pool areas which is now restriced for "vip"s (=at the cost of €25 per person per day for hotel guests!!) which means that almost all guests use the one free pool area so it is extremely crowded at peek times. Also you are not allowed any balls, floats etc. in the pool, so it can be quite boring. The hotel is very worn down and gym facilities are a joke (littery a hazzard to use). In our room the shower head was broken and despite asking at the reception to get it fixed it never was. Same as the tv in our room which didn't work either (wanted to watch the Euro football final) - however there is free wifi in the rooms so we could just use our phones. The hotel is located very close the the Europa center, but that is also very worn down. Several empty stores and quite dodgy at night (lots of drugs offered when you go in/out).

We went half board the hotel was very busy, meals were buffet, food was of great choice but not so hot, christmas dinner was the best of all and served hot, staff i cannot fault they were very efficient both dining and cleaning staff, we did complain about no lighting outside on the stairway 4 times it was very dark and dangerous, the apartment was in need of renovation it was very worn out and old where some areas had bad repairs done with mould also in areas, the smell from the sewage drain was sickening we had to deal with that ourselves, only 1 elevator was in use the whole time we were there.

Lovely hotel and staff, entertainment each night which was good The 3 doing all the activities and entertainment where very good and engaging Wide selection of food and snacks Only downside was the lift which was very warm during day Hotel could do with a bit of an update but apart from that we enjoyed it, great views We was in premium rooms and they are very spacious and clean so would suggest upgrading to these All in all we really enjoyed this hotel

Three star hotel, so we did not expect much The apartments are in a bad shape, shower drain blocked , which I discovered while taking a cold shower due to heating problems. We requested help regarding the blocked drain, without a success (they said they would come, but did not). Everything about the apartment needs to be restored. Sewer stink was in the apartment (perhaps because of the drain), but also outside, leaking pipes).

Urusel mat på buffé kvällar. Tips beställ inte inkluderat mat! Frukost ok. Hade fullständig översvämning i dusck/ badrum så fort vi skulle duscha, helt stopp i brunnen. Sa till i receptionen varje dag som sa att de skulle skicka dit service vilket inte kom på hela veckan. Fyllde inte på med toalettpapper ens vid städning. Inte värt pengarna och Kommer inte åka tillbaka!

Pga dårlig renhold og kvalitet på bad ville vi bruke sko konstant på badet, også i dusjen. Ble sagt det skulle byttes håndduker 3 ganger på oppholdet og det ble byttet en gang. Samt at sengetøy skulle byttes to ganger og det ble ikke byttet på hele oppholdet. Mye småkryp inne på rommene, noe som ikke er rart når det er hull i veggen uten noe forran. En del mangler på rommet ang lys. Ingen avtreksvifte på badet, så dårlige tørkemuligheter for bad og klær. Dårlig luft kvalitet på spesielt bad, men rommet generelt også. Rundt på hotellet var det noe rot som ingen ryddet opp før dagen etter. Bassenget og området rundt var møkkete. Maten var ok, men lite variert. Kjøpte all inclusive men alt var ikke inkludert i tillegg til att det fantes en all invlusive +.

Alt godt på hotellet på nær en enkelt ting. Dejlig pool, - kæmpe ros for den, morgenmaden var super duper, fint værelse med alt hvad der skulle være. Det står alt sammen i skærende kontrast til den elendige rengøring i den uge vi boede på Riosol. Faktisk er vi lige ved at skrive, at rengøringen var øh / ? - for der var slet ingen rengøring. Vi måtte selv rengøre toilettet, og toiletpapir måtte vi hente i receptionen.

Rum 3012, Fantastisk utsikt och fin balkong. Bäddsoffan var jättehård men den trevliga tjejen i receptionen fixade en bäddmadrass till den. Standardrummet var slitet och städningen inte jättebra, det låg hårstrån som inte var våra kvar efter städning. Det fanns en portabel fläkt på rummet. Hotellet ligger jättehögt upp så ska man tillbaks från stranden rekommenderas taxi. Ta inte pina colada i baren - vatten /is med Kokos som flöt upp. Jordgubbsdaquiri ok men inga riktiga jordgubbar i. 18 euro för 1 med alkohol och 2 utan. Frukostbuffén var bra , Fanns bubbel varannan dag. Lunchen åt vi en dag - det var sådär dock bra efterrätt. Skulle inte välja detta Hotel igen pga läget och slitet ostädat rum. Gullig personal i reception och matsal.

Stayed here for one night before we moved to another hotel. Bar and pool area is nice. Rooms are extremely dated with no air con. As I was checking out a father was at reception complaining water was running down the wall into a socket where his daughter was sleeping. Things got heated and the receptionist and father stepped outside to finish the conversation. Last I heard was the father telling the receptionist to take a step back and cool down. Glad to be out of there.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Rio Sol Hotel. Vårt rum var stort och hade en rymlig altan utrustad med solstolar, bord och stolar. Rummet var generöst tilltaget med två sovrum och totalt fyra sängar. Sängarna varierade i hårdhet och kvalitet, men överlag var de bekväma, och kuddarna var riktigt sköna. Rummet var fräscht och verkade nyligen renoverat, och allt fungerade som det skulle. Vi hade till och med varmvatten på kvällen, vilket inte alltid är en självklarhet på hotell utomlands. Hotellets område var rent och välskött. Den stora poolen var inte uppvärmd, men temperaturen var behaglig under vår vistelse. Barnpoolen däremot var varmare, vilket tyder på att den var uppvärmd. Vi hade både frukost och middag inkluderat. Frukosten var utmärkt, men middagen blev något enformig mot slutet av vår vistelse, då menyerna tenderade att upprepa sig. Trots det var maten godkänd. Det enda negativa var att dryck till middagen inte ingick, utan vi fick betala för den separat. Hotellet har nyligen bytt ägare och genomgår för närvarande renoveringar och uppfräschning. Receptionen, som verkar nyrenoverad, var mycket fin. Vi hörde dock att några gäster hade haft problem med vattenläckor i sina rum, men de fick byta rum, vilket löste problemen. Eftersom hotellet ligger på en sluttning är det förväntat att det finns många trappor. För de som har svårt med trappor finns en hiss som underlättar. Sammanfattningsvis hade vi en riktigt bra vistelse och kan varmt rekommendera hotellet.

Vi fik et værelse, som var meget ringe udstyret. Udover et badeværelse havde vi et rum, som bestod af en seng, en stol, et skab og et køleskab. Vi havde 2 kopper og 2 glas - intet andet køkkenudstyr. 3 gange var jeg nede at bede receptionen om at levere noget bestik og et par tallerkener til os, så vi kunne spise i værelset. Vi har boet på Riosol 3 gange tidligere men har aldrig boet i så lille og dårlig udstyret et værelse.

Rommet blir veldig varmt og det er uten air-condition. Man kan leie en mobil AC, men utluft må da ut døråpningen og hvem som helst kan gå rett inn. Vinduet ved siden av døren kan ikke åpnes. Det er en vifte på rommet som hjelper, men den bråker veldig selv på lavest styrke. Kjøleskapet luktet det tørrfisk av! Badet er så fuktskadet at døren ikke kan lukkes ordentlig. Det er veldig lytt til naborommet. Man kan høre alt som blir sagt. Ellers er det en bra continental frokost og på toppen av hotellet har de et VIP område med bar. Veldig fint og man slipper det verste støyet som hovedbassenget gir. Koster god ekstra, men verdt det.

Indtjekning gik fint Værelser fugtige og lugtede kraftigt af skimmel, vinduer måtte stå åbne døgnet rundt for lidt udluftning. Morgenbuffet Ok, dog med utroligt ugideligt og negativt / surt personale. Generelt var personalet utroligt dårligt servicemindet, og opførte sig som konger, der kun serverede lige når det passede dem. Middags og aftenbuffet var generelt utroligt dårligt. Eksempler: Rib eye og andre stykker kød, skåret på en pålægsmaskine i ca 5 mm tykkelse og dermed stegt til sålelæder. Stedet bærer tydeligt præg af at være nedslidt, og at dømme ud fra personalets humør, var de mindst ligeså nedslidte. Man kunne ikke lade være med at tænke flere gange dagligt: hvis jeg var så træt af mit job, ville jeg ha skiftet job straks. Hotellet ligger med en fantastisk udsigt over havn og By fra alle værelser, men her stopper det positive så også. Har man lyst til en god og hyggelig ferie, er Riosol absolut ikke et sted man skal vælge. Hotellets stand er med store sætnings revner overalt, og kun et spørgsmål om tid, før nedfaldne betonstykker rammer personer. Værelser meget nedslidte og med tydelige skimmelangreb. Rengøringspersonalet er som de eneste, glade og gør en god indsats. Serveringspersonale i restaurant og bar, burde udskiftes til friske og glade mennesker. Maden var absolut ikke værd at skrive hjem om. Alt i alt en rimelig dårlig oplevelse.

He mandado un sms haciendo la petición de que no me pusieran una habitación lejos de la piscina por qué iba con dos personas mayores de movilidad reducida y problemas de corazón! Aún así nos han puesto en una habitación que había que subir una cuesta empinada y luego bajar unas escaleras por las cual se cayó mi madre el primer día! Nos dicen que es una habitación premium con aire acondicionado pero lo podían haber avisado antes del mediante sms por la app y se hubiera cogido algo al lado de la piscina! Nos dicen que nos van a cambiar al lado de la piscina y al día siguiente nos dicen que no que los que están alojados han pagado una noche más! En fin mi madre y mi tía se pegaban todo el día en la piscina esperando las comidas con tal de no tener ke subir la cuesta para llegar a la habitación es el 3 años que hemos venido aquí pero ya después de esto mi madre no quiere ir más! Me pareció muy mal gestionado por parte del hotel no avisar que esas habitaciones estaban tan lejos y sabiendo que especifique que iban dos personas mayores y que necesitaba cercanía nos pusieran allí!

Vi gjorde i forvejen opmærksom på at værelset skulle være handicapvenligt, men da hotellet kun har en fungerende elevator, og denne var ude af drift i 3½ dag i de 3 uger vi var der, så skulle man gå trapper op og ned 5 etager. En dame i receptionen mente vi bare kunne finde et andet hotel, absolut elendig service hotellet er nedslidt

When we arrived after a 10 hours travel around 18:00 we wanted to get a shower but. O warm water. We informed the ”non customer oriented” man in the reception, and it was supposed to be fixed. We went out in the city and got back 21:30 and asked if we could take the shower no, he just said ”the personel stoped working at 21:00…. No shower then. The following day, we went to the beach and got back around17:00, the water was not fixed yet so no shower again…. Later at night we asked if it was possible to get a ”breakfast to go” for the next morning because we had to leave before 08:00 to catch our flight back home, he said the personel stoped working so no breakfast the second and last day. So we paid expensive money for getting only 50% of the paid breakfast and we was nit able to have a shower. He said in the phone that we would be compensated but we didnt see anything of that. The worst ever experienced hotelroom and stuff ever. Never again Hotels that I will stay here, never ever.

Stayed here many times, the rooms are in need of a little sprucing up, but are more like mini apartments, most with mini kitchens and outside lounge area. Just a short walk from the Europa Centre, and a 40 minute transfer from the airport. All in all reasonably good for the price.

Läget superbt sett till utsikten och kvalitén avseende utbud o service. Inte strandmänniska, men som sådan är det knappast idealiskt m h t över 700 trappsteg ner till stranden. Vi gick trots detta ner ett par gånger under veckan. Hotellets pool, närheten till butiker och restauranger samt aktivitetsutbud räckte väl där uppe på höjden! Häftigt med en friliggande hissen med fantastisk utsikt under förflyttning mellan boende och reception, pool, hotellbar och det närbelägna centrumet med utbud av supermarket, olika butiker och brett utbud av restauranger.

Praktisk lejlighed, lidt enkelt indrettet, men de var vi forberedt på, så det fungerede fint for os. Vandet var lunkent, og der lugtede lidt af kloak fra håndvaske, så vi “lukkede” håndvaske efter brug. Vi bad ikke om ny lejlighed, da der var fuldt booket. Venligt personale og super lækker stor balkon med vild udsigt, liggestole, stole, bord og parasol. Pool var dejlig varm og der var fin plads. Vær forberedt på mange trapper.

My fourth visit here. It's relatively good value, and just a couple of minutes from the Europa Centre. However, the rooms do need a bit of attention, and they do not honour any Expedia upgrades or VIP 'freebies'.

En riktigt härlig vistelse och trevligt hotell. Vi kommer gärna hit igen. Utsikten är oslagbar på högt läge och hotellet är fint. Härligt poolområde med uppvärmd pool, vattengympa och möjlighet till massage och annan skönhetsvård. Bra restaurang och god mat i all inclusive. Läget är långt från centrum och strand och det krävs taxi för att ta sig om man inte är väldigt hurtig. Köpcentra är nära. Sängarna kunde varit bättre men va okej. Bäddsoffan var inte bra. Vi bodde fem personer i standard trerumslägenhet och hade överraskande två toaletter och två balkonger. Vi bodde väldigt bra och nära pool och restaurang. Underhållning varje kväll. Personalen på hotellet var generellt trevlig och personlig. Vi är mycket nöjda med hotellet och skulle gärna boka likadant igen.

Riosol hotel is by far one of the best all inclusive hotels we have ever visited. Everything that someone needed was included and the quality was excellent. All meals were outstanding and there was always live cooking. There were no restrictions in quantities or hidden extras. We were warmly welcomed by Daniel and he explained everything to us. His kindness was remarkable. All staff members were very friendly and open to every need that we had. The quality of drinks and animation was also excellent. Our room had breathtaking seaview and I bet that we paid the best price on the island. Thank you all guys for making our holidays so special : Massimo, Santana, Daniel, short red hair breakfast girl, Island of stars girl and all the f&B staff. We would love to meet you again!

Maden var rigtig fin, dog blev der ikke fyldt op i buffeten, så hvis du kom i slutningen af åbningstiden, var udvalget lille. Personalet var generelt ikke særligt smilende, dog med tre undtagelser en ung fyr i restauranten og en kvindelig og mandlig receptionist, som var smilende og imødekommende. Nogle af dem var direkte uvenlige. Poolområdet er fint og der er fint med liggestole, men du må ikke lege med en badebold eller have en luftmadras eller lignende i poolen, så ikke så sjovt for børnene. Standen var også rimelig dårlig, værelserne og især badeværelserne trængte til en grundig renovering.

Great hotel, seventh time here. It's in need of a little tlc, but overall very good. Close to shops, bars, restaurants, and local transport. Only one downside... the music around the pool is way to loud, and, as it's a continuous loop of Spanish Latin dance music, it gets annoying when it's on all day.

The resort was very good overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. One disappointment was that no tea, coffee, milk, or complimentary water was provided in the room, apart from a single bottle of water at the start of my stay. This is the first time I've experienced this, as even many 2-star hotels usually provide these basic amenities. I had to buy my own tea, milk, and water throughout the stay, which was inconvenient. The rooms could also have been cleaner. For example, the bathroom mat was clearly dirty and was not replaced during my stay. On a positive note, most of the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and professional. Because of their service, I would still rate the resort 4 stars overall.
