I have stayd at many hotels in Gran Canaria and this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. So it was a bit disappointment for me. This is 3 star, everything very basic incl. breakfest. Staff is friendly an everywhere's cleane. No loud music, that's great. I would go back if I'd get it cheap enough.

Booked superior apartment with sea view but had to stand at edge of balcony to get a view. Bathroom very small. Furniture a bit tired. Air conditioning is excellent.

Very clean and spacious room. Lovely view as was on the top floor. Choice of 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis all immaculately clean. Friendly staff and a very relaxing hotel. Will be back!

We booked a partial ocean view room and received exactly that. The place was clean, with only a few minor issues, such as a leaking shower cabin and plastic covering on the mattress, which made the nights overheate. Overall, it was excellent value for money. The location was close to the beach and transport links. It was quiet, and the staff were friendly.
