Stay was ok room pleasant enough great shower and veranda. Facilities ok good pool and plenty of sun beds. No bar or shop facilities onsite (Terrazamar) unlike at Sun Suite sister hotel other than that good.

Vi hadde et fint opphold på hotellet og kan trygt anbefale hotellet til andre som ønsker å reise til Puerto Rico. Det var vennlige ansatte på hotellet og god service. Hotellet har en god beliggenhet sentralt i Puerto Rico med kort avstand til restauranter og underholdning. Det er også to store fine basseng på hotellet med god plass og mange solsenger. Bassengområde er ryddig og oversiktlig. Det er god valuta for pengene.

Nice hotel built into the side of a cliff. It’s clean and well maintained, if a little dated. The rooftop pool is excellent and has lovely views, the bar is also first class and well priced. Rooms are dated, aircon wasn’t working but other than that it was comfy.

Det är andra året vi bor här, ett bra medelklassboende med stort value for money, rent och välputsat överallt bra städning av rummet, väldigt serviceminded personal. We booked this on recommendation from others however we were very disappointed. The apartment is tired and looking old. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Paint was coming off the walls and the shower cubicle was mouldy. We were also told that no noise could be heard from the main Puerto Rico complex! We doubted this and were correct! It was noisy! However it's in a good location and the terrace was huge and great for sunbathing on. But the complex is huge, busy and sadly not what we were looking for. Also you have to pay for air conditioning! We won't be staying there again and there are far better properties in the Puerto Rico area for a similar price. It's definitely not as plush as the pictures show! We even tried the pool area at the Terrazamar and that was noisy too. Our other concern is that the sunbathing terrace is not very private and other people can jump over onto your terrace as the dividing wall isn't complete, which is worrying from a safety point of view. We even had a woman peering over!! You are looked on from above due to the staggered design of the apartments.

Standard på hele anlegget er dårlig. På badet var hele 6 hele store flis skadet og noen løse. Farlig å gå barbeint i fare kuttskader. Klaget men dårlig respons på dette. Fellesareal dårlig renhold, mange dårlige og ødelagte parasoller. Ved pool resturant ingen kleskode ved bespisning, lite hygienisk med rompa mer eller mindre bar på kvinnelige gjester. Anlegget bærer preg av generelt dårlig vedlikehold og anbefales ikke.

Unbelievable property first time visiting, would recommend to anyone I will definitely revisiting in the future. Only 1 downside was blood on one of the unused bed sheets that never got changed even though cleaners were in every day. But the rooms were huge especially in the Royal with a large balcony that catches the sun all day long. Beautiful views looking down the valley towards the sea! 15 minutes walk to the beach. And perfect location bang across from the shopping mall and shopping centre which both have loads of food and drinks places.

Greeted by friendly reception staff, lovely and clean reception area and all outside areas were well looked after. We had a premium room on floor 1 and was lovely...maids cleaned room virtually every day... back gate was great as only short walk to shops, bars and restaurants definitely will be going again

Prisen på rommet speilet seg ikke i prisen vi betalte. Jeg fant tyggis på sengegavlen min, noe som sier litt om renholdet. Det eneste som var positivt med rommet, var balkongen som var stor. Heisen var også ute av drift når vi kom, så vi måtte bære tunge kofferter opp 4 trapper.

Jeg boede på Terrazamar. Receptionisten Victor var utrolig hjælpsom og venlig! Lejligheden var stor og med dejlig terrasse. Poolområdet er stort og der er masser af solsenge, måske fordi der også er solsenge på de fleste balkoner. Morgenmaden var rigtig god til prisen. Jeg kommer igen!

Had several stays here now & choose it as it’s in the perfect location for us. We choose the sumsuites section as it has good views over Puerto Rico but is still really handy to get to the bottom to amenities. The balconies are fabulous if like is you spend a lot of time on there, they get the sun from early on, unlike accommodation at the other bottom side of the hill. They are starting to look a little tired in places, such as the fake grass & the fridges, some of the sunbeds, but everything is kept clean & well maintained.

We have stayed at +10 places with kids, from infant age to young teens, this is the only hotel we have repeatedly returned to. It was s down to its strength;Roma have a large sun terass, family friendly, heated and nicely located pool away from the buzz, still Mogán mall and that buzz in only a few minutes away. We prefer the upper section, properly overviewing the Puerto Rico valley with decent glimpses of the sea, we will return!
