My first room was filthy and unsanitary (seminal fluids on accent pillow and duvet, hair all over the floor, blood on the wall), we went downstairs and asked for a refund but were told they would show us another room. The second room was arguably worse, several bugs, dried urine all over the floor, dead and live bugs in the bathtub. The front desk agent also let a strange man who had been following us into our room while we were waiting with hotels.com for a refund. They claimed the man said he was with us so they let him in. We were refused a refund but left the hotel and did not stay for our trip given all of the above. The hotel looks nothing like the photos, very dated and old. The parking is in the basement of the building and has 4-5 spots with no windows or lights and a very narrow entryway that you can only fit a small car. A spotlight shines on you by motion sensor. There were cockroaches and when I made a comment to the front desk agent she said “yes, all of Marbella have them”. Do not stay here if you can avoid it

Very central, lovely staff, only downside was a school and paddle board courts behind which could be noisy in the early mornings but we got used to it after a couple of days.
