Området är jättefint, men vårt rum på andra våningen saknade hiss, fula möbler på balkongen( eftersom man inte skaffat nya när de gamla gått sönder), matos från köket flera ggr/dag och världens hårdaste sängar och kuddar. Fyra stjärnor ?????

Good base for the area. Rooms adequate, good size but smell damp and need updating. Limited dining/bar, breakfast included with good selection. The pool areas are closed off by 7pm and pool bar doesn’t offer hot snacks in afternoon. Overall a good location for our trip

Really I do not know how this hotel is able to offer parking if in reality they have few capacity. I paid more than 600 dollar for two nights and room was miserable, I ask for a beach towel and they ask me for 10 dollars as deposit. So I do not recommend to any body this hotel.

Séjour au top dans cet hôtel super! Le personnel est vraiment sympa et pro (réception, service au resto, dames de ménages) Nous avons été accueillis par Bono super sympa et explique très bien...Mention spéciale pour Alvaro du resto vraiment si il pouvait y avoir que des serveurs comme lui ce serait le rêve ... Les chambres sont propres et jolies avec un look un peu ancien j’ai adoré.... Petit dej délicieux et très varié ainsi que le dîner, il y en a pour tout les goûts , je ne mangeais pas de viandes et niveau poisson il y avais du choix...Les jardins de l’hôtel magnifiques , par contre faites attention la piscine n’ouvre que début avril et je n’avais pas vu c’était pourtant spécifié sur les conditions de l’hôtel. Pas grave la plage n’était pas très loin...Je conseille d’être véhiculé car l’hôtel est situé à une sortie d’autoroute mais j’ai vu beaucoup de gens à pied je pense qu’il y a des bus qui passent sinon c’est taxi... Je reviendrais sans hésitation...Bravo

Great little complex to stay at, 20 minutes walk from Puerto Banus. Breakfast could be better with the bacon being a heartblocker. Pool areas really nice but could do with some new turfing here and there. Fancy sun beds for rent at a ridiculous cost, hence never saw them used once during our stay. Hotel management you should review this! But Would defo come again

The hotel needs major renovations… everything is so old and broken…. Location is nice but if you have large suitcases make sure you ask them for a room on ground level since there are no elevators and you have to carry your bags 3 floor up

This property was very dirty and old - I don’t understand how it’s a 4 star hotel. We got there late and when we got to the room, the walls were paper thin so you could hear a lot of conversation from other room, everything was dated or rusted, the bed was uncomfortable and there were multiple huge bugs in the room. The next morning, we noticed several ants in the bathroom. This should be a 2 or 3 star hotel at best

Nous avons eu une chambre hors de l’espace hôtel qui été tranquille . Nous devions ressortir de l’hôtel et de la réception pour rejoindre notre chambre , chambre qui été située sur le parking de l’hôtel au bord d’une nationale. Avec des véhicules qui roulent en moyenne à 100-120 km du matin au soir h24 sans arrêts. Énormément bruyants nous entendions le bruit des véhicules tout le temps. Chambre sombre . Vielle. Pas propre , draps tachés . Matelas inconfortable. Chambre non spacieuses. Point positif : buffet petit déjeuner et dîner. Séjour très décevant . Pas digne d’un 4 étoiles.

Todo muy lindo. Las piscinas bellas y la playa queda muy cerca. A mí y a mis hijos nos encantó. Lo unico es que al llegar habían hormigas en el piso, pero del resto todo estaba limpio y bello.

Es waren regelmäßig Ameisen in Zimmer, der Sonnschutz auf dem Balkon ließ sich sich nicht einhaken. Bei Wind hat es immer geknallt. Der Weg zum Strand ist nur auf einem schmalen Gehweg möglich und der Strand und die Strandpromenade sind dreckig und stinken teilweise. Man muss etwas weiter laufen, um eine schöne Strandpromenade und Strand zu genießen.

Easy check in with nice staff. Out of our five rooms all in different blocks not one or out air conditioning worked. Bathrooms very dated and tired but the bedroom was ok. Pool area was fine but the beach bar in their description doesn't exist. Breakfast was very poor, but for a budget end hotel you got what you paid for.

Air con doesn't work....if u want to use the safety deposit box then that costs extra - arrange at receptio. Bed super comfy though and nice large room with decent water pressure in shower. Food was outstanding, great selection even on second night and they catered for gluten free as well. Hotel is literally off the motorway which was a bit off putting but large resort so ask for a room not close to that end

Mi habitación estaba bien y no tuve problemas.Teniendo en cuenta que no es un hotel de lujo Pero gente de mi grupo, tuvieron problemas y no les dieron ninguna solución, por pérdidas de aire acondicionado, inundación de la habitacíon. En otra no funcionaba el aire.

Jeg elsker dette hotel at det er små spanske huse man bor I. Jeg havde et værelse på 1. Sal med skøn balkon med god udsigt. Morgenmad og aftensmad buffeten var kæmpe stort med en godt udvalg til en hver smag. rengøring af værelser var ikke noget at sætte en finger på. Personalet i Lobbyen var flinke og hjalp med at skaffe en taxa efter jeg havde spurt efter en taxa var den der efter 30 sekunder Jeg kommer bestemt igen
