The hotel is nice but is not a beachfront hotel and does not have sunbeds on the Beach. We were allocated a ground floor accessible room although this was not requested but it was sufficient. The room was close to the bar so was very noisy at night so it would be worth asking for a rooms away from the bar area. The staff are lovely. The reception area is nice but the restaurant for breakfast and dinner is in the basement by the car park. There is a lively restaurant by the pool which would serve breakfast and dinner better. The hotel is a 20 minute walk into Puerto Banús so quite handy and opposite Aldi

Schönes Hotel mit großer Poolanlage und sehr gutes Buffett. Viele Aktivitäten wurden angeboten wie Yoga, Cocktailkurs, etc. Uns wurde beim Check-In gesagt, dass wir keinen Strandblick hätten und wir gegen Aufpreis das Zimmer wechseln könnten. Wir haben uns unser ursprüngliches Zimmer allerdings erst einmal angeschaut und wir konnten das Meer sehen vom Balkon aus. Daher lieber erstmal schauen, bevor man nochmal draufbucht ;)

Our experience with the pool guard was horrible he wouldn't allow us to have drinks pool side or kids to play in the pool. We paid lots of money to be there but was over the top.

Lækkert hotel med virkelig god beliggenhed. Der var dog flere ting der ikke fungerede helt så som maskiner i træningsrummet eller dampbadet i deres spa-afdeling.

Les chambre tres belle , grande et bien decoree Petit dejeuner tres bien Restaurant ...deception car il n'y a qu'un seul restaurant et il est en buffet classic. Aucun restaurant gastronomique . Le restaurant de la plage ....nul il est situe en dehors de l'hotel et le personnel ne semble pas en phase avec coral beach. La piscine de l'hotel est tres petite et avec les enfants elle est bruyante , tres moyen , pas de matelas , service assez transparant , le prepose a la piscine , aus serviettes et au nettoyage des transats ne semble pas du tout concerne'. Aucune animation pendant notre semaine de vacances ' excepte ...un harpiste au petit dejeuner ..c'est tout. Aucune musique dans l'hotel pas meme un beau flamenco. Notre statu gold expedia , n'a servi a rien , imposible d'avoir une chambre vue piscibe et mer, notre vue etait rue , voiture ,toits et maisons . La distance de l'aeroport a l'hotel implique un coup de 90 euro environ pour 40 a 45 minutes . Taxi propre mais cher. L'environnement de l'hotel est tres beau , les restaurants nombreux et de qualite dieu merci! Pour finir les batiments de l'hotel sont tres resseres autour de la piscine , tres peu d'espace. Impossible de faire du sport autour de la piscine. L'hotel est tres frequenté par des golfeurs en groupes et leurs epouses ... Hotel absolument pas conforme aux images des sites .

Top location, walking distance to Puerto Banus. Excellent breakfast buffet and nice, clean swimming pool. Spacious room with balcony. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Private entrance to beach area. I highly recommend this resort.

The property was very good, in a nice location about 20 mins walk from PB Marina, a very good dept store in PB El Corte Ingles. Plenty of restaurants there too. The service in the hotel was very good and the waiting staff for the buffet were very helpful and approachable. One thing we did complain about was that some Dauphinois Potatoes were labelled as vegetarian, they actually had diced pork in them. We were very upset as my wife had some and she is a vegetarian. This is really unacceptable what if a Muslim were to have this? We took it as far as the manager but apart from saying sorry they didn’t seem that interested apart from saying they had policies in place about food labelling. Well they are not very good. This was only one instance of this and the food is of a great range and quality. The only other area was that the pool was quite cold, surprising at the end of a summer? The hotel is very nice, we made use of the Spa which was good, the gym is well equipped and the indoor areas are great. They even had small ponds with small turtles and Koi carp in inside the building. In the room a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and also the night before leaving. Nighttime sweets on the pillow. The nighttime entertainment at the hotel was not great and occasionally there are activities in the pool during the day and they do play loud music sometimes. Would I go again? Yes definitely, I would have a room with a terrace though. Much more private and quite with great views.

overall, it was a nice experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooms, which had access to a shared pool. En general muy bien el hotel, pero tuvimos mala experiencia al llegar a la habitación, ya que el baño tenia hongos, si bien lo atendieron de inmediato, y los días siguientes la habitación fue limpiada con mucha prolijidad, estas cosas no debieran pasar en un hotel de este nivel

Perfekt belligenhed. Super morgenmad med lækkert udvalg og god service. Men…. Hotellet går tilsyneladende efter at få den femte stjerne… og der er jeg nødt til at sige at der er godt nok meget de mangler. Deres håndklæder er tynde og forvaskede. Der er alt for meget larm fra deres bar om aftenen. Kom jeg med børn ville jeg helt klart have brokket mig over 10 fulde englændere der sidder og skråler, klapper, fløjter, griner højt og klirrer med glas og flasker til klokken 00.30. Det gjorde de de sidste tre aftener inden vi tog hjem i dag. Og jeg er sikker på at de fortsætter i aften igen. Der står i deres pool regler at man ikke må reservere solstole. De selvsamme englændere reserverede samtlige liggestole foran poolen hver dag. Uden noget af personalet reagerede. Deres rengøring er okay men igen må jeg sige at der på intet tidspunkt i denne uge er tørret borde af. For jeg spildte noget kaffe da jeg ankom i mandags og det var der stadig imorges da jeg tjekkede ud. Det er et udmærket hotel til prisen men så er det heller ikke bedre.

Vår andra vistelse på hotellet. Det är fint, otroligt rent och välstädat. Väldigt bra frukostbuffe och middagsbuffen är utmärkt och prisvärd. Det går även att få lunch men där är maten ojämn. Vi har tex 2 gånger råkat ut för cesar sallad som varierar från utmärkt till delvis dålig och knappt nån kyckling. Men servicen är utmärkt och om nån mat inte når upp till kvaliten så får man ny eller behöver inte betala.

My wife and I stayed at your hotel for 6 nights. The overall impression is quite okay, although already a bit worn. The quality and offerings of the restaurant delighted us. We had a junior suite on the top floor. We thought we would be able to sleep peacefully at night and have a relaxing holiday. We had a junior suite on the top floor. We thought we would be able to sleep peacefully at night and have a relaxing holiday. The hotel is nice but is not a beachfront hotel and does not have sunbeds on the Beach. We were allocated a ground floor accessible room although this was not requested but it was sufficient. The room was close to the bar so was very noisy at night so it would be worth asking for a rooms away from the bar area. The staff are lovely. The reception area is nice but the restaurant for breakfast and dinner is in the basement by the car park. There is a lively restaurant by the pool which would serve breakfast and dinner better. We had a brilliant 7-night stay here in October. Everything was perfect, starting with the lobby which is gorgeous. We loved our stay here. Staff were extremely kind and attentive. If you are looking for a quieter place to stay that is still walking distance to Peurto Banus then this is perfect. We enjoyed being able to walk along the boardwalk to try many beaches, walking into the puerto banus for dinner and it was a quick taxi to old town Marbella. We mostly went out to eat but we did go to the breakfast buffet which was wonderful, I am celiac and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had options available. The pool facilities were great with comfortable lounge chairs and attentive staff who brought out special treats every day. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was very good, in a nice location about 20 mins walk from PB Marina, a very good dept store in PB El Corte Ingles. Plenty of restaurants there too. The service in the hotel was very good and the waiting staff for the buffet were very helpful and approachable. One thing we did complain about was that some Dauphinois Potatoes were labelled as vegetarian, they actually had diced pork in them. We were very upset as my wife had some and she is a vegetarian. This is really unacceptable what if a Muslim were to have this? We took it as far as the manager but apart from saying sorry they didn’t seem that interested apart from saying they had policies in place about food labelling. Well they are not very good. This was only one instance of this and the food is of a great range and quality. The only other area was that the pool was quite cold, surprising at the end of a summer? The hotel is very nice, we made use of the Spa which was good, the gym is well equipped and the indoor areas are great. They even had small ponds with small turtles and Koi carp in inside the building. In the room a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and also the night before leaving. Nighttime sweets on the pillow. The nighttime entertainment at the hotel was not great and occasionally there are activities in the pool during the day and they do play loud music sometimes. Would I go again? Yes definitely, I would have a room with a terrace though. Much more private and quite with great views.

Il y a tellement de bons restaurants dans le secteur que je conseille de prendre la chambre et déjeuner mais pas la formule toute inclus. Les chambre tres belle , grande et bien decoree Petit dejeuner tres bien Restaurant ...deception car il n'y a qu'un seul restaurant et il est en buffet classic. Aucun restaurant gastronomique . Le restaurant de la plage ....nul il est situe en dehors de l'hotel et le personnel ne semble pas en phase avec coral beach. La piscine de l'hotel est tres petite et avec les enfants elle est bruyante , tres moyen , pas de matelas , service assez transparant , le prepose a la piscine , aus serviettes et au nettoyage des transats ne semble pas du tout concerne'. Aucune animation pendant notre semaine de vacances ' excepte ...un harpiste au petit dejeuner ..c'est tout. Aucune musique dans l'hotel pas meme un beau flamenco. Notre statu gold expedia , n'a servi a rien , imposible d'avoir une chambre vue piscibe et mer, notre vue etait rue , voiture ,toits et maisons . La distance de l'aeroport a l'hotel implique un coup de 90 euro environ pour 40 a 45 minutes . Taxi propre mais cher. L'environnement de l'hotel est tres beau , les restaurants nombreux et de qualite dieu merci! Pour finir les batiments de l'hotel sont tres resseres autour de la piscine , tres peu d'espace. Vår andra vistelse på hotellet. Det är fint, otroligt rent och välstädat. Väldigt bra frukostbuffe och middagsbuffen är utmärkt och prisvärd. Det går även att få lunch men där är maten ojämn. The property was very good, in a nice location about 20 mins walk from PB Marina, a very good dept store in PB El Corte Ingles. Plenty of restaurants there too. The service in the hotel was very good and the waiting staff for the buffet were very helpful and approachable. One thing we did complain about was that some Dauphinois Potatoes were labelled as vegetarian, they actually had diced pork in them. We were very upset as my wife had some and she is a vegetarian. This is really unacceptable what if a Muslim were to have this? We took it as far as the manager but apart from saying sorry they didn’t seem that interested apart from saying they had policies in place about food labelling. Well they are not very good. This was only one instance of this and the food is of a great range and quality. The only other area was that the pool was quite cold, surprising at the end of a summer? The hotel is very nice, we made use of the Spa which was good, the gym is well equipped and the indoor areas are great. They even had small ponds with small turtles and Koi carp in inside the building. In the room a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and also the night before leaving. Nighttime sweets on the pillow. The nighttime entertainment at the hotel was not great and occasionally there are activities in the pool during the day and they do play loud music sometimes. Would I go again? Yes definitely, I would have a room with a terrace though. Much more private and quite with great views.
