We have actually stayed here 13 years ago when we were first shopping for houses in Anthem. Now we have sold our home in Anthem and decided to come here and stay again. It's very nice it's great to see all the trees have flourished pool area is absolutely beautiful we love the lights at night we love the ability to sit outside and have our breakfast or hang out in the afternoon or evening. The front desk was extremely helpful. I requested a roll in shower for ease because I am having difficulty getting around and it was 100% excellent and ready to go. We both appreciate the 12:00 checkout time and absolutely like the fact that you can check in at 3:00 p.m. it's nice that the rooms have separate bathroom and bedroom and then a completely full kitchen and TV room area. We have had a great stay we wish you could stay longer we will be back thank you

Noise level was absolutely terrible. There is a middle courtyard with a basketball court, and the windows are paper thin. Kids screamed and played basketball past 10pm. The front desk was unable to do anything about it and said that 10pm is quiet time. I even called Marriott corporate and they said the noise level is allowed until quiet time at 10pm. If you want to hear a basketball bounced continuously, with an echo, along with screaming past 10pm...this is your hotel.

second stay in a row with an issue. last time, there was a distinct pet urine smell in the room. all that was done was to spray some deodorizer. this last time, we had a toilet valve get stuck and flood the bathroom. four calls later, we had the flooded water taken care of and the toilet fixed. I received a somewhat insincere apology email from the hotel, basically saying they will try better next time. I would expect more from a Marriot property.

Give Jared at the front desk a raise!! Overall wonderful experience. Not only was I able to get an early check in but the room itself was clean and comfortable. My husband and I were visiting for a wedding and Jared remembered us and asked us how the wedding went. He was also able to offer options for dining which is above and beyond. Jared is super approachable, friendly and overall a kind person. We had a blast and will stay again! Thank you Jared! Your awesome!

From the moment we arrived the staff went all out to make sure our stay was incredible. The breakfast was amazing, and the room had everything we needed to cook healthy meals at the hotel. The staff in the morning that prepared and served breakfast was head and shoulders above everyone else, and that is already hard to do as every member of the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous, and helpful. It wasn't disingenuous, these employees seemed happy to be at work, and that is a sign of a pretty healthy workplace. I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!

I was the only person in the breakfast area at the time, so the comment felt directed at me—even though I hadn’t caused it. I felt uncomfortable and had to correct the staff member, as the remark came across as accusatory. This won’t impact my decision to return, but I do believe the kitchen staff could benefit from some coaching on guest interaction and maintaining a respectful atmosphere during service. Thank you again for an otherwise wonderful stay!

The couch in the room was broken and sagging in the middle, the bedding on the bed was just cry thinsheet like blankets, the bathroon was extrey small, could barely close the door without having to step practically into the shower.
