We got there chair in room horrible stains, holes in the shower curtain.. toilet paper not new.. stains on the bed linen.. Netflix and other channels not working. Hairs on the bed linen pool closed and said the ceiling collapsed in it.. several construction workers drinking in the parking lot. Elevator sounded unsafe.. no updated safety sheet in the elevator.. roach crawling on the wall in the dining room at breakfast… that was enough we left

THE ROOMS WERE OLD AND DIRTY. WE WERE NEVER NOTIFIED THAT THE POOL WAS CLOSED. TRAVELING 4 ADULTS AND 4 CHILDREN. WE LOOKED AT BREAKFAST PRE-WRAPPED EGG SANDWICH. WE LEFT AND HAD BREAKFAST ELSEWHERE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

Pool is closed for repairs. Breakfast was simple but clean an d easy. Pillows were very bad! More noise this stay and more things were in disrepair. Safe overall. Easy parking. Fast check in. Noon check out is nice. Not bad but not great.

Needs upgrade. Pool was closed for a problem they had, treadmill didn’t work in gym, paint peeling on bathroom door, rusty shower rod and towel holder, cracked bathroom sink and mildew around window. Fab in bathroom needed a cleaning from bugs and dust

I specifically chose this hotel for the indoor pool. Upon arrival, we found that the pool was "out of order", something we were not told upon check-in.The two teenagers with us were very disappointed.

Still charged full price with dirty room and the pool being shut down none of the vending machines worked on any floor of the building bathtub leaked water all night long not happy at all with anything there

The staff was very kind and helpful. The women providing breakfast was very polite and on top of cleaning. The bed was comfortable. However the building is poorly maintained. Our room had an odor that they tried to cover up. There was something funny about the pool water and we saw a cockroach in the pool room. I will not stay there again.

The front desk staff was lovely tho not there when I arrived. The hotel is run down, gym equipment didn’t work, AC was not working except in the room, the breakfast had no vegetarian options - just gross sausage biscuits, and the kitchen staff person was awful. I asked her to turn the TV off and she refused at first. She then called a maintenance guy who attempted to intimidate me. I spoke to the front desk about it. My room had a hole in the bathroom door, there were roaches. GROSS

Old and gross hotel. Water stains on ceilings, stains on carpets, mold in bathtub. Bed was comfy though. If you’re traveling and want a cheap place to crash for the night, you can get by with this place. Anything longer than that, choose one of the many other hotels in this area.

The bathroom had mold everywhere, the showerhead was very encrusted, the towels were not good, breakfast was not great, especially the refrigerated sandwiches. The bathroom needed a lot of work on the tub surround, etc.

At first we thought ok just a little dated. We got to our room and it appeared average and clean. Moments after checking in my husband stepped out to smoke. As he sat outside a rather large rat came within two feet of him at the door. He told the guy at the desk who seemed unbothered! Then my husband later asked for menus well unless you like Indian food forget it! Next morning we had already decided not to eat breakfast due to a rat but as we left there was a rat in the freaking second floor hallway near the elevator! I told the female at desk and she seemed to care! Definitely not worth the money!

The hotel was fine. Check in was easy and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is showing its age a bit. The a/c unit in my room was noisy and the toilet had a tendency to run, which was annoying. But overall for the price it was a decent stay.

I tried to check in at 3:35 but was told that check-in began at 4:00. The bathtub faucet dripped the entire time. The bathtub bottom looked as if it had never been scrubbed. Wallpaper in the bath was pealing off the wall. Piled up dirt in the corners of the bath at the baseboard tiles. The air conditioner makes a lout humming noise continuously. At least the bed was clean.

Convenient to the interstate without being noisy and a quick drive to Winchester city proper for dining and shopping. The only complaint was the dirty, stained walls in contrast to how clean the rest of the room was.

Indoor pool was nice. Everyhing seemed fine, for the most part. My room was a mixed bag. Carpet was new and bed was very comfortable. However, walls need a fresh coat of paint and desk needs to be replaced or refinished.

The hotel charged me $7.11 weeks after the fact. I called the hotel and they stated the check in representative forgot to charge me tax. I thought Expedia handled all charges? The hotel or Expedia should have advised me of the issue before charging my card. This is unacceptable!

Toilet flooded three times. The first time I was just given a plunger. The second time maintenance came and did nothing. The third time we were moved to a different room by a very rude staff member, who I also witnessed being rude to other guests. Both rooms had fruit flies. I probably won’t stay there again.

The outside of the hotel and the lobby are very nice looking. They might be attempting to renovate the rooms in the near future, so I will not remark. The management was very gracious, generous, kind, and understanding in honoring our request to cancel two out of three nights that were booked. We stayed one night before an important, all-day orientation, but the guests in the room adjacent to us woke us in the middle of the night with loud, ongoing, foul language and behavior; we were afraid that it would escalate. I called the front desk to address the situation, which they did promptly (the situation de-escalated when staff arrived). It was very difficult to fall asleep. I was shaky and exhausted the following morning, unfit for the day's events; one more night like that and I wouldn't be able to make the 8-hour drive home. They graciously honored our request to cancel the next 2 nights.

We have always had a positive experience at this hotel. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and check in/check out is easy. We also appreciate the free breakfast and availability of a pool and exercise room as well as the easy off/easy on location.

Check in was quick and friendly, the location was excellent (Costco just in front and restaurants near bye). The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom could use a refresh, no safe. Appreciated the fridge, but it did not have a freezer section so could not refreeze our ice packs. I would stay here again !

The room was cleanb and the bed was comfy. The wall by the bed was missing paint and I had to ask the front desk for a bar of soap. Breakfast was ok. Milk and yogurt were the only proteins but the waffles were yummy. The evening front desk was polite and professional.

Quick check in, pool was warm, quiet, convenient to shopping and food. Cleaning could use some attention. Beds clean and tables too but Our room had splatters and hand prints and dirt all over the walls. The bathroom exhaust fan was very dirty. Good breakfast waffles oatmeal cereal bagels muffins

Golf trip with friend. Breakfast was excellent. Stay the first night of two was unpleasant for a long period in the evening by noise from children in the floor directly above us jumping up and down on the floor. Called front desk after about an hour. Was told they would take care of it. Noise stopped about 20 minutes later.

I loved the comfortable bed, the nice room, not to mention the AC actually worked instead of just turning off after a few minutes like other hotels I have stayed at. They had clean facilities and their breakfast bar!!! I can't get over the fresh waffles!!! So delicious. Such a nice staff and a great place to stay. I wanna go back there Everytime!
