The lady was rude when checking in. There was no towels in the room had to go to the front and ask for them. Then she acted like i shouldnt be bothering her for them. The old closed pool looked like it hasnt been drain since the 90s. Shower curtain was broken couldn't even be used and had mold on it. We had roaches in the room.

My first red flag should have been once i had booked and paid i received an email warning me the hotel was under construction. But that still wouldnt have excused the room smelling like mold and having to step over a minumum of 3 live cockroaches every morning going to shower. This place is beyond run down and even though it is a red roof inn it was worse quality than most one star motels.

We enjoyed the property in general. Its quiet and convenient to alot of stores and restaurants. My only complaint is that we booked here because of the pool and it wasnt cleaned. Also only a 2 towels for our family and half roll of toilet paper in the room. I had to go get more, because the phone wasn't working properly. Otherwise it was decent for the price. Staff very helpful and friendly.

So the positive. The worker at night was working hard being a one person show, it was cheap and no extra charge for pets and we'll lit but that's all the positives. Do not stay here if you want comfort and cleanliness. The floor was dirty the remote to TV didn't work and was dirty. It looked dangerous with electrical outlets. There were empty solo cups in the room, no towels and no soap. I appreciate the price but didn't feel comfortable in the rooms we booked.

The stay was fair the nighttime staff was awesome but daytime staff sucks left my insulin in refrigerator and went back to get it and they refused to let me in the lady at the desk yesterday morning was just flat out rude will never stay there again the lights did not work in our room plugs were exposed wires were showing and the smell of drugs was just unbelievable don’t wastes your money or time they said free breakfast and poll and we got neither ended up going to Florida

This is by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my 40+ years of life. I paid a few dollars extra to have a room listed as “renovated” because of some reviews and the hotel itself stating online they were under construction. But, if that was a so called renovated room they should have the rest of the place condemned! To start, the room was supposed to be non-smoking, it clearly wasn’t by presence of an ash tray on the desk and the room wreaking of some type of deodorizer attempting to mask the funky and stale cigarette smoke smells. I called the front desk and the clerk swore it was non-smoking, so we decided to stay because the only other room had 2 queen beds and was right under the the stairs, plus we didn’t gain entry just looked in the window so who knows if it was the same level of grossness as the other. After being on the road for 14 hours we did not want to have to drive around town looking for accommodations. But, in hind sight, we 100% should have. At best this place is suitable for traveling laborers, we saw and heard a lot of those coming and going all night long. I could even accept the noise as we wanted a roadside motel with exterior room entrances to keep an eye on our moving trailer. I’ve stayed at Red Roof Inns like this before. Even with low expectations, what is unacceptable to me is the deteriorated and dirty state of the room. Even a rundown hotel can be cleaned. My pics can’t even convey how gross it was. Felt like a crime scene.

If you are looking for a safe place to sleep then this place will satisfy the need but if you are wanting a nice clean room with a good pillow, you might be disappointed. My pillow smelled bad and the bedding had stains.The staff members at the front desk were friendly.

As soon as we walked in we were hit with a musty smell. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken and from the moisture chunks of the ceiling was falling. The floor was very dirty and the shower had not been cleaned. There were hairs stuck to the shower walls from the previous guests.

Besides the bed bugs the roaches the net s and the prostitution and drug dealing that takes place overall the staff was horrible and seemed to be all under the influence of something because they were either asleep at the desk or they just weren't at the desk at all. The sheets and the towels which were supposed to be white were black or brown it was just nasty

The room was just old and run down. TV didn't work, shower rod broken, no towels in the room. Old pillows. Dingy but clean pillowcases. Given a dingy, but clean towel. Mold in the bathroom, loose toilet, bathroom door dirty and hard to open and close. Large gap on the room door. Seriously needs updating.

This stay was not as good as my other stays at this location. However The front desk lady was amazing. The room had an issue with the AC leaking and the maintenence man came swiftly and fixed that, during him fixing the AC there was an issue with the TV. After locating a 3rd TV even though it was incredibly small i was satisfied that it worked. He was very friendly and professional. The room definitely needed updating as there was some issues within the room (i.e. toilet seat, sink handle, burn holes in comforter) my main issue was the water pressure was horrible, and the beds looked very comfortable but that was very decieving, it was literally like sleeping on the springs. Im glad it was only for a few hours to get some sleep so i could drive the rest of the trip. I will give them another chance because my previous stays were good.

There was a lot of noise from other guests that went into the late night which woke us up several times and the tub was broke in a few places which made taking a bath a little uncomfortable but other than that the staff was friendly and the beds were soft! I’d recommend it still.

Room had holes in walls. No clean towels. Cigarette burns in bed & sheets with non smoking room!! Stains in sheets. When taking a shower water up past my ankles. I took pictures! The air conditioner leaked water all night. My 8 year old fell in the water this morning getting out of bed. They told us they were moving us & never did. I kept calling & calling. Horrible customer service

1st room we got , the fridge didn’t work, light didn’t work, no towels and the plug by the sink didn’t work. Got moved to another room. No towels, light did not work. Got locked out of room due to key not working. I don’t recommend staying here.

First of all, bed was comfortable .... very important. Other than that, staff was nice, but rooms need a lot of maintenance work. Peeling paint, mold all over shower/bath room, holes in walls.

We reserved a king bed non-smoking but got 2 queens and a smoking room. I even called ahead to confirm and was told all was good. Nope. It's fine if you need somewhere cheap to stay overnight, but that's about it

This stay was not as good as my other stays at this location. However The front desk lady was amazing. Stains on the sheets along with cigarette holes in a non smoking room. Entire room smelled mildewed. Floor was sticky. Having a landless shower head in a roll in shower is the dumbest thing. Staff was polite and nice, property seems to have “long term residents” in the back which makes it feel kinda shady

I wouldnt stay at this places. We were definitely in the hood. People doing drug deals after hours. Next door where we stayed at they were smoking pot,the smoke came through our room. There was a man and women in the room next to us the man was beating on the women. She keep telling him to stop, please help, threw her into our bedroom door. Finally the cops showed up but dont know what happened to the lady. I will never stay here ever again. This place definitely needs to be off of hotels.com to protect other people expecially women.
