Fairly clean and orderly, but a few stains in the carpet. Not much equipment in the fitness area, Breakfast was good and the OJ was very good

The rooms were big. Great amenities. Easy parking and also great staff. The service was excellent. Check in and check out process was very easy. Location was safe. Would recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.

We had booked one of the rooms with a jetted tub. They only have two and both were broken down. That was disappointing but they gave a nice discount and put us in a suite. Front desk clerk was very apologetic and handled the situation great. The hot tub outside had to do and it was nice. Had to turn it on with pliers but at least it worked. The breakfast was great. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

The room was clean enough but definitely visible dirt in corners of bathroom and our feet were black after walking on the bedroom carpet. Ice makers on each floor was a nice convenience. The pool was nice. The lobby was clean. A fitness room, a tiny store, a vending machine, and some business computers were available but we didn’t use them. The breakfast lacked bacon, muffins, cereal, and milk which are usually staple items at this brand… At the end of the day, the bed was comfortable and bug free and that’s all that matters really.

Was there on business with my husband so we got the Jacuzzi room. Everything was wonderful. After a hard day of travel and work, it was great to relax in the Jacuzzi tub. The staff was very friendly and the morning breakfast crew was very helpful and timely with making sure fresh food was available.

I was impressed when I received a call from the desk that the room I reserved was not available and that I needed to be placed in another room. Thank you, Morgan! I was greeted with such warmth. What was only one night turned into two! Thank you, Christian! Breakfast food bar was more than sufficient and the food was hot!! Even with the heat, we sat out by the pool and relaxed! I usually don't write reviews, but I wanted to make sure that I noted that I would love to return for a longer stay!!

Our stay at this Holiday Inn Express was terrible. We were very disappointed with the condition of our room and cleanliness. Please find below a list of things we noticed in JUST 10 hours of our stay there: 1. Missing body wash (see pic) 2. Missing hand soap 3. Mold in the bathroom (see pics) 4. Red stains (almost looked like blood) by the refrigerator (see pic) 5. Replacement body wash tubes provided looked like they were refilled and state " The Guest House at Graceland" (see pics) My wife being a medical professional was traumatized with the red stains and the rest of the issues found did not help the cause. Our family has been staying at Holiday Inn properties around the world for over 15 years and we have never had such a bad experience before. I ask for a refund for our stay and I hope the Hotel Management will consider this constructive feedback to prevent others from experiencing similar issues.

Very clean property

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Room has dated pull down blinds that do not move. Therefore, Cannot completely block out light not open a bit to get in light to our liking. Crumbs on the carpet. Soap ring and hairs in the shower. Have not had breakfast yet so I cannot rate that.

One of the cleanest hotels in saraland I stayed at I remember when it was first built and the upkeep is impeccable! Customer service was great as well!

My family and I stayed for graduation. Super clean and quiet!

The front desk employees were great on day and night shift . The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the shower . There were pubic hairs and other hairs all in the shower . I had to clean it out . Also the air unit wasn’t controlled by the wall thermostat. It was really loud but did cool .

Well this time the bathroom was dirty. The shower curtain had a hole in it and the caulk around the shower was mildewed and needs to be replaced. Next time I’ll check my room first to make sure everything is good.

Size of the room was amazing

Very cost efficient stay for a large family in the queen suite. Check in staff was friendly. Breakfast was solid. Beds were comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

My TV was not operable so I reported it to the front desk. They sent someone to fix it and he changed out the cable box and it started back working. On Saturday, it did the same thing and I reported it again. He came back and worked with it and it started back working. Then we were watching a movie Saturday night and it went out again. We reported it and the attendant came and fixed it on Sunday, but we were about to leave.

Because my stay here was brief (arrival after midnight and departure the next morning), my review will be as well. My room was on the front of the building and there was lots of traffic noise from a nearby highway. If I stay here again next year, I will ask for a quieter room away from traffic. Luckily I had a relatively noisy AC/heating unit that drowned out the traffic noise with its steady hum. Staff was very helpful and my late arrival was not a problem. But as I was moving my belongings into my room on the 2nd floor. I passed one room with a food tray outside the door and with food from the tray spilling out onto the carpet. It looked like a pig sty and it made me wonder what kind of people were staying in that room. Why would they make no effort to clean up their mess? Some of the food was on the carpet elsewhere, away from that room. I found remnants of a Ritz cracker in front of my door (which was some distance down the hall) and picked them off the carpet with a Kleenex. I told the night clerk about the mess but I guess there was no other staff available to clean it up. It was still there the next morning so I was rolling my suitcases over food as I loaded up my car. I hope this is not typical of the guests at this hotel. I stayed here overnight last year and did not experience issues with hallway cleanliness.

My 1-night stay here was decent. The only issues that I experienced are: (1) the AC unit in my room was extremely loud every time that it came on - sounded like an airplane taking off on a runway. I heard it every time that it came on during the night. Also, the temp was set on 60 degrees when I entered the room, but it never felt like 60 degrees in there. It felt more like a cool fan blowing. (2) The bathtub was a bit dirty. There were visibly old, embedded dirt stains. (3) I requested an extra set of bath towels from the front desk & was told that they didn't have any bath towels available, only wash cloths, hand towels, and floor towels. The stay was decent for 1-night, but I don't think it would have been tolerable for more than 1 night - at least not in the room that I stayed in.

The room woth the king bed and hot tub was awesome the shower was big as well.

Enjoyed everything but having a towel underneath the linens on bed when we arrived. Wasn’t sure if it was clean or dirty. Arrived after 10, called downstairs 4x and rec’d no answer or a call back

The staff at this property was nothing short of AMAZINGGGGGGGGG! The guests were friendly & my kids & I had a great time! Def will be booking for future overnight stays. Also, the two ladies that were at the desk when I checked in were 1000/10!!!!! We absolutely loved them!!!! I made a reservation that had to be cancelled last min on you guys end wayyyyy back in November & she REMEMBERED! She knew who we were & we had never even been there. Her customer service was exquisite!

They changed the rate on me. I had booked for a price and when I received the bill at check out the rate increased substantially

I have stayed at this property about 2.5 years ago. To stay it’s gone downhill is sad. We checked in on 10/13 in the late afternoon. The front desk staff was dressed very professionally and greeted me appropriately. The room was clean and comfortable except the toilet ran. On 10/14/23 I observed the front desk staff to be slovenly dressed and more concerned with gossip than being professional. I called about more towels and went to pick them up at the desk. Both clerks were out front smoking cigarettes. I had to go outside and ask for my towels….Seriously what happened to customer service

The room we booked ended up being out of commission but the staff was extremely helpful and upgraded us. They were super nice.

Comfort and cleanliness were awesome. I had an issue at check in with double booking and Hotels.com and the hotel both helped resolve that issue pretty quick. The only problems that I had was that it said breakfast will be included but the hotel did not serve breakfast that day due to Christmas, however, they did not tell us that before hand or on the hotels.com website that it won't be served. Secondly, they did not have ANY additional blankets or a crib for a baby which made it very cold at night and it sucked because they advertise the crib on their website but do not have it to provide it. Still a pretty good hotel, the main issue was just the blankets.

Very clean room and very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was ample. Better breakfast on Friday than Thursday.

Clean room, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & lotion in the bathroom… excellent breakfast, everything you can think of.

The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good.
