April & Darien, night staff, were so very helpful & friendly! They deserve a bonus for going above & beyond to make sure our room was up to standards.

Beds were comfy and staff were super nice. But bathroom was not ready for guests. Only half the number of towels were there that the room could hold. Also all the shower soap was gone. Both things were remedied quickly by visiting the front desk but it was an inconvenience.

Friendly and helpful staff; the hot tub was not working, which was the reason I booked the room.

There was a pair of dirty panties left in the bathroom and hair all over the place and the chair in the room looked like it had bodily fluids all over it. This use to be the nicest hotel i dont know whats happened to it.

Friendly staff except we needed to use the pull out couch. It was pulled out and there were crackers/crumbs, etc. went to the desk to get new linens and a blanket and got told rudely by the female that they don't normally do that. Insisted on the items. Was told "she would have to write that down". Went to the desk the next morning and the nice gentleman said that was unacceptable and he was reporting it to the manager. Otherwise, very clean, good food selections for breakfast. Gave an excellent overall rating.
