Friendly staff when arrived. Clean rooms and lobby. Bed was comfortable and tv was very big (usually hotels are tiny tvs) . Hot water, clean bathrooms. Very convenient to our tournament fields and plenty of food near by. Will definitely stay again.

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of pillows with firmness options. Not the newest place you will stay in but great for the price. Only disappointment was the breakfast.

We stayed here for one night while passing through Alabama on our way to Florida. We arrived late, and our initial experience was great. The front desk staff was very kind, and check-in was quick and seamless. We called for additional blankets for the pull-out couch, and they were brought to us very quickly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, breakfast the next morning was disappointing. The breakfast area was very hot, as if the A/C was not working, and there didn’t appear to be anyone dedicated to keeping the breakfast items stocked. We had to go to the front desk to ask for waffle batter, and the front desk employee was having to go back and forth between assisting guests checking out and refilling breakfast items. The coffee was also empty, and some of the food, particularly the gravy, did not look fresh. The options became so limited that we ultimately decided to leave and have breakfast elsewhere. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, but the breakfast area definitely needs better attention and staffing, especially during the morning checkout rush.

I booked online a king suite, My husband and I and my two sons. At check-in I was given blankets for the sofa bed so I asked everyone to get the car parked as I went up. I opened the door and to my surprise there was someone in the bed! Thankfully they didn’t wake up. I excited quietly and brought the attention to the staff who then called her boss. Unfortunately there weren’t any other available kings suites only king rooms which didn’t have the sofa bed and no queen rooms either. It was either that or a refund. It was 11pm and we were exhausted so the boys said they would sleep on the floor. Asking would there be a discount for my inconvenience I was responded to “NO” I had no interest in arguing at 11pm so we took it. We got to the room and it felt like the A/C hadn’t been ran in months. Carpet was damp feeling, Bed sheets were clammy, the night stand was in the corner and all its belongings on top were unplugged as if the room hadn’t been in use for sometime. (Just my impression at least) we could hear everything from the people above us to the baby crying next door, evidently the walls and floor are super thin! Needless to say I’m not sure why we weren’t offered anything at all! I mean my kids had to pile up on the damp hard floor! Next time I’ll take that refund, better yet, probably won’t be a next time.
