It was good. The only thing i would point out the hot tub was set to high it was really hot,and the tile in the pool up above the water really needs a good cleaning. Everything else was very good.

Very nice walmart & Walgreens cicis pizza behind us Popeyes next door Mc Donald 3 min walk everywhere we needed to go was 25 min Dallas-Fort Worth Irving & Arlington traffic all around the loop was perfect very convenient we were there for tournament 5 days it was fantastic big pool & huge hottub my boys enjoyed it saved us lots of $$$

Over all a 3 star stay. The staff was great and the lobby smelled great and everything was clean but the hallways and rooms smelt a little musty. The curtains in the room blocked the air flow from the air unit so we used shoes to keep them pushed back. The walls are super thin, we could hear the people above us using the restroom....Also the noise from outside was bothersome constant noise from trucks that were delivering to the store behind us so little sleep it was. The hot tub was also broken which was a bummer because we were looking forward to it from a long day of travel.

The place is dirty and smelly. From the elevator to the hallways and room. It smells like a laundry that wasnt properly dried. I think it's the carpet. The room feels dirty, and the sofa bed has dirt stains, but the bathroom is clean tho.

Fast easy check in. Front staff was nice and professional. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Easy access to Walmart and other food places nearby. Overall very pleased with this hotel and I would most definitely stay again if I was in this area.

The carpets in the building and in the rooms needs to be cleaned. Our allergies were triggered. The furniture was damaged, and the mattress was stained. There was a scent of mildew in the hallway and in our rooms. Otherwise, the property was clean, and the staff was very courteous and tried to make us as comfortable as possible. The location was very close to the highway and to shopping and dining.

The front desk agent was so friendly and welcoming. My room was pretty clean, though there was some toothpaste splatters on the bathroom door. The bed was super comfortable, so much so I hit snooze on my alarm.

This hotel was one of the nicer ones we've stayed at during volleyball tournaments. The breakfast was great. The only downside for us is we were on the first floor, which was great, but we were right next to one of the exit doors and it kept being open/shut all night.

Great Hotel. Very clean and convenient to the activities we had in Mansfield. Service was great and Hotel was extremely clean. The only issue was with the cable channels. Our family travels for athletics nearly every weekend and I travel for work and I can say that is the worst excuse for channels EVER! Basic cable channels( CBS, FOX, NBC)plus several nonsense channels. No streaming options, no premium cable options, not even TBS, USA, Nickelodeon, etc…..difficult to spend any time in the room with family when you have no television.

When I arrived to check in, the system was down and I couldn’t check in. We were finally walked to our room but didn’t have a key . The front clerk did the best she could. The hot top was not working either. I would think we should have been offered some sort of credit or discount for the inconvenience.

The hot tub was nice and it was great they had breakfast however it did suck that they stopped serving breakfast at 9:30. They are along a highway so if you need to walk anywhere it is not a great location. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and overall it was good!

My family had to stay here for one night due to having to evacuate our home for a day. I am thankful that we were able to find a place on short notice. Friendly staff and clean. Beds are not the most comfortable but for the price it got the job done. Also it’s located near lots of shopping and eating. Popeyes & Walmart is in walking distance less than 5 minutes.

Loved that I could get to WalMart, gas, Chick-fil-A, and a few other fast food places through the parking lot without getting back out on the main road. It is also convenient to the overpass, allowing you to quickly head out in any direction on 287.

This is a scam. The pictures online look nothing like the rooms. The lobby looks nice but as soon as you step off of the elevator it smells like mildew. The rooms also are very humid and have a mildew smell. The rooms and hallways were very outdated. The girl who checked me in was not friendly at all and had bad customer service skills. I will never be staying there again. Its better to spend a little more money and get a better hotel.
