Rooms very damp and musty. Halls smell like smoke

Air conditioning didn’t cool the room well at all. Bathroom smelled like mold. Shower didn’t get hot. Towels had what looked like makeup stains on them. Front desk was not very friendly, looked more put out that we were checking in. Lobby and elevators were clean. Room appeared clean when we walked in but with odd smell.

I would like to shout out the breakfast attendant. I didn't get her name. She is hispanic and she was the best and most nice person.

Older building may need updates

The elevator wasn’t working and had to walk three flights of stars. Wished we would had warning prior to staying
