Bon accueil à notre arrivé et au petit dejeuner. Il manque un récapitulatif des prestations dans les chambres de plus nous n'avons pas eu ces informations lors du check-in. Pour un 4* nous aurions pu attendre que la bouteille d'eau de 50cl soit gratuite (prix 2€50). 15€ le parking par jour un peu honereux. Il faudrait préciser que le parking n'est pas accessible à tous les véhicules.

Staff were terrific especially the breakfast team and the woman on the front desk who handled my check in and the man who handled my checkout. The housekeeping person who cleaned my room was so nice and did a great job. The part that is somewhat silly is the lovely bar off the lobby is closed and the excuse is CoVid! In 8 weeks of visiting Portugal, no place else had a closed bar and used the excuse it was CoVid! Breakfast was excellent and varied.

The hotel looks nice. The room was large and confortable. The WIFI was working well as well. BUT : the breakfast was quite poor. And the scrambles eggs smelled terrible two days in a row... Like rotten food... A pity for a 4 stars hotel. Something more : there is no swimming pool. The place where the hotel is is quiet. Something more : the carpark is very tiny!!! Be careful if you have got a big car. You can clearly damage it. And it's 15€ by night (not free!).

Das Hotel ist an einer guten Lage, zu Fuss zum Zentrum. Leider gab es im Fitnessraum keine Hanteln und das einzige Kraftgerät war defekt. Ausserdem hat etwas mit der Buchung mit Frühstück nicht geklappt.

The location of the hotel is really good for a city trip. We also liked the breakfast. Service was really friendly. Could be a little bit calmer (we had a room facing to the street), but it was really no problem and totally okay for the location. Everything was super clean and in a good condition. And last but not least: also as a gay couple we felt really welcomed.

Breakfast was excellent! Many good food choices and staff worked very efficiently. Room was clean, modern, quiet, and sufficiently spacious. Front desk staff was attentive and helpful. Wish there were more hanging hooks for clothing in washroom. The shower door could be better to avoid splashing water outside of tub area.

overall, stay was nice. Clean clean rooms, but the showers only had a half door which caused the bathroom to get a lot of water on the floor, but that might be more user error than a defect. The front desk were fairly helpful, but they were very busy and pretty overwhelmed sometimes otherwise they were OK. I thought the breakfast was OK. Nothing special but enough to get your morning started. It’s very walkable from the metro and a lot of activities in that area I would say to stay away from the restaurants on the main boulevard and go to the ones on the side streets or away from the boulevard. Those are also very nice and a lot of local areas to go eat.

I had a great stay at Hotel Lisboa. The hotel is very modern, and the room was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the facilities I needed. For the quality and comfort it offers, the price was excellent. The location couldn’t be better—right on Avenida da Liberdade, which made getting around the city very easy and convenient. Walking to the city center only took about 15 minutes, so it was perfect for exploring Lisbon on foot. Overall, Hotel Lisboa combines comfort, quality, and a prime location at a great price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Good hotel with great breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was close to the more expensive shopping strip and a short walk away from main areas. The room itself was spacious, but was very old in it's inclusions - the television was older and didn’t have streaming options. Overall, a good stay for the price.

The room was fine, basic, but clean and with enough room. Bathroom was spotless, bath tub narrow and very hard to get in and out, but lots of strong hot water. The safe required a credit card, with no clue as to charge. Never saw anything like this before. There were two electrical outlets which were enough for our phones and a laptop. Great to have a 120 volt outlet in the bathroom for a night light and curling iron. Check in was a disaster. Instead of releasing rooms as they are cleaned, all rooms are unavailable until 3 p.m. (not 2 p.m. as Expedia advertised). So we arrived at 8:30 a.m., very tired after an overnight flight, with no room. We had no choice but to cancel our afternoon walking tour. We walker around and got back to the hotel at 1:30 p.m. Still no room. By now, there were a number of people waiting for rooms. The man at the front desk was friendly and very apologetic. Said he was checking with cleaning staff but no rooms until 3. All the people at the front desk were kind and very helpful. But we can't remember a worse check in experience.

Spoiled by a misunderstanding about breakfast - I thought it was included in the price of the room, it was not. I was charged €19 for a distinctly average breakfast which I of course had not budgeted for and which seems overpriced in relation to the cost of the room. The staff could not have been less helpful or understanding.

Was really disappointed with customer service at end, I had already paid local taxes through Expedia but hotel had cheek to charge me again. I showed them proof that I had already paid but they wouldn't acknowledge the payment. It's a total scam to get extra payment from customers. Put a downer on what was a good trip at end.

Olvidé una pulsera en la habitación y el trato que recibí fue bastante decepcionante. Llamé varias veces al hotel y solo tres me cogieron el teléfono . Las tres veces me dijeron que tenían que preguntar al personal de limpieza. En la última ocasión tuve que llamar desde otro teléfono porque desde el que ya había llamado no me respondían. Nice hotel, close to two Metro stations. Nice room, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good also. No bar or restaurant in the hotel but they are available in the restaurant next door. Not great for a solo traveler. It’s a good hotel, I would happily stay here again

Excelente hotel, quarto bem amplo, banheiro com banheira (tem a banheira e o chuveiro no mesmo local). Café da manhã excelente, com suco natural e muitas opções quentes, frias, doces e salgadas. Fica numa localização excelente, a 5 minutos de 2 estações de metrô. Tem restaurantes e mercados por perto, bem como diversas lojas de luxo. Vale se hospedar aqui.
