Upon my arrival, the clerk lets out 2 giant burps on his walk to me while making eye contact. The first room smelled like a hamster cage and piss. I asked for a second room. He gave me the one right next door. That smelled like moldy wet towels and piss. I did not set my back pack down in either of the rooms for fear of a mutant funk following me home. O left the key a the the desk and walked out. It was only $50 and you get what you pay for, but I still paid too much. Disgusting. Oh, and the sharpie through things like, Exercise room, breakfast and pool and hot tub was a nice touch. All torn up. It's a shame. they had a very nice pool, if it had water and wasn't full of unused construction equipment.

The pool was closed and had construction material inside. The vending machines were out of order. The remote in our room for the tv was the wrong one. The outlets and lights in our room did not work. The shower head was not attached and would not stay on the pole, we were unable to shower. It needed cleaned everywhere. However, the bed was comfortable and staff pleasant.

Certainly my worst stay at a hotel. Clerk wanted to put me on the third floor and the elevator was not working. After some time he assigned me a room on the first floor. The room was old and both lights between the beds did not work nor the stopper in the sink and also in the bath tub. The room was cold - about 3pm but the window unit was running and set for 72 degrees. Off to the hospital, I returned to the room about 10:30 and room was still cold so I moved the temp. setting to 77 and went to bed. Up at 5am - room still cold. In the lobby at 6am, there was nothing for the continental breakfast, off to the hospital. Returned about 10pm and nothing had been done to my room which was still cold....off to bed. Up at 6am and checked out at 7am. No continental breakfast was to be seen. Indoor pool was storage area for all kinds of junk. Ice machine did not work.....sign to see Housekeeping. This was a terrible experience.

So we've stayed at this motel over a year ago and thought we'd give it another try. Last time the pool was down with a bunch of construction equipment and boards that filled it. So we thought it would be done but of course it wasnt, also still no breakfast like it says on the website. The entire motel smelled of weed even though its a non smoking motel. Our door to our room barely shut, we had to lift up on it then slam it in order for it to shut. The uce machine was broken and only had 1 on the main floor. The parking lot had huge wholes through out the entire lot. Our room was some what clean, with dust on the tables, hair dryer and toilet. The towels are really hard and small like a hand towel. The tub was partially clean but when i pulled the shower curtain open a bunch of pubic hair fell in it and on the floor. Their was pubic hair on the floor around the toilet as well. But the bed was comfortable enough to sleep in. I feel like the $65 they charged for the two nights was paying to much after bring their. I couldnt charge my phone due to my charger continuously falling out of the wall socket, even when we moved it to another plug in. It gets the job done if you can't afford a more expensive place.

I picked this hotel specifically because it had a pool. The pictures show a very nice pool. Having a breakfast provided was a bonus. So after a long hot tiring day at a softball tournament we were super excited to hit the pool. Unfortunately I was told at check in that they have neither a functioning pool or breakfast(both gone since Covid.) At that point it was too late to change hotels. So we went to take a showers. We found out that we had 2 towels and some hand towels to use for the 3 of us. One lamp had a hanging wire( no plug attached.) My lamp died 10 minutes in to use. Pillows were small. A/c rattled all night waking us up. You get the idea. I’m not even a germ aphobe….. but yuck!

Elevator door opened before elevator was at the floor. Floor was broken. Our room had vomit all over and unrecognizable matter on the beds and walls. No outlet covers. Door didn’t fully shut. Not wheelchair accessible when they said on phone it was.

The place is terribly run down. The room door was falling off its hinges, the toilet seat was falling off, the beds were stained, the bathroom was dirty. There were hairs on my pillow. The room smelled like dirty laundry. There is no breakfast or pool as advertised. The only slightly positive is it is close to Cuyahoga National Park.

When we arrived, there was a power outage in the area. The clerk at check in apologized & said I’ll try to get you a room because you have a reservation. He phoned a co-worker who was able to log into the hotel’s website & assigned us a room. The room pass card was programmed because it has a battery back up & we were able to go to our room in dark hallways with emergency lights on. The door unlocked properly & then the power came back on. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. The broadloom is old & needs to be replaced in the room(s) and the hallway. The free breakfast was good. Fruit, yogurt & cereal, coffee & tea were available. The staff are very helpful at this hotel. The broadloom needs to be replaced. On the main floor there are clothes washer & dryer that are coin operated. Don’t expect a 5* hotel when you are paying a budget rate.

Well, it's Super 8. Sticky, foul-smelling carpet, the sink plumbing was leaking, parties in the parking lot, but had shelter over our heads so that counts right? Oh the dog next door was downright frightening and the owner was barely able to control it. Glad I or the fam didn't get chewed into pieces ;) The only positive I discovered was the water pressure.

Our room was not clean and smelled bad. The air conditioner was clogged with dust snd debris. The bathroom floor was in disrepair. One bed was busted and tilted downward on one side all night long. The "breakfast" was sparse at best - 2 stale bagels and a few slices of bread and a few apples. We were not at all satisfied. It was not worth the price at all. I wish I had known I could upload photos to document the poor conditions.

The room was disgusting. We booked a non smoking room, but the room was covered in cigarette burns. There was parts of the floor peeling up and what seemed to be mold. Dirty place and would never recommend it.

I booked 2 rooms for two couples. Both rooms has bed bugs and other bugs everywhere-walls, doors, floors and furniture. I requested changing of rooms, but the other rooms are basically in same condition. I had to refused staying this property and move to Quality inn across the street. Suggest Expedia do not recommend this property to it customers.

Property was very outdated and that would be an understatement. Heating unit was falling off the wall, tv had a large black bar going down the middle of the screen….definitely wouldn’t spend more than a night here.

Property had a flat, dated look to it. Room was shabby and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed thoroughly. Bed was clean and comfortable. Guy down the hall needed some sort of middle-of-the-night police intervention to talk him down from some domestic dispute. Not the property’s fault, but annoying nonetheless.. Total cost was about $60 with tax, so one gets what one pays for. Meh.

Let's start with the good, then we'll get into the bad... It wasn't right in the center of Cleveland (our primary destination) which was great! Friendly front desk person, easy to find and easy parking. Both rooms had mini fridges, microwaves and coffee pots. I heard a good so I'm guessing it's pet friendly. Now the bad... We got 2 rooms... Neither room had a garbage can in the bathroom... 1 room the AC was not working. The other, the window looked into, literally looked into, some kind of shed/storage thing, like the shed was built around the room, minor but annoying. Both rooms had TVs with weird spots in the screen. The Wi-Fi was awful. The coffee pots were gross (but honestly, my Keurig probably is too) 1 room had a broken table and a broken chair, The other room had a broken bed, broken chair, a broken lamp, a broken shower rod, mold in the bathroom and no plug for the sink. One toilet was clogged before we even tried to use it. Easily the worst Super 8 I've stayed in, but hey, at least I got a couple hours of sleep. The hotel seems to be very noisy at night

This hotel did NOT have heat in my room. ALL the outlet holes were so loose I couldn’t charge my phone. Half the lights didn’t work or no lamp was in sight. When I asked the front desk clerk for another room his response was that was their last room. Never going back.

EXTREMELY nice and helpful stuff. Great experience and i LOVE that they dont require a cash deposit like most places. I hate letting companies hang on to my money for multiple business days for no reason. Just keep a card on file like these guys incase theres an incident. its 2025, ppl are broke. Nobody has the money to just loan a hotel 100$ for 3-5 business days. i usually book thru the red roof out the motel 6 in streetsboro for that exact reason but these guys are now added to my list of hotels i'll be staying with going forward. Oh, but 1 improvement needs made. fix your bed in room 307. my gf and i got 2 queens instead of 1 king bc it was cheaper, but one of the queen beds was broken, you couldnt lay in it without the bed flipping you out of it so we had to share a queen and we're both bigger folks so that wasnt ideal, but not a big enough of an issue to be less than 5 stars! thanks for the hospitality

When we arrived, there was no power for the hotel. Not their fault -- someone hit a pole. The problem is, that means there was no light, no heat, no room keys, nothing that worked. When I arrived it was just before dark. My husband and I decided we were not staying. Then I had to stand in the lobby for an hour (they said 20 minutes) to wait for a refund. When he finally arrived, he said I could call the next morning to get a partial refund. (I was traveling for work and would be working the next morning). I still have not gotten a refund and, since I booked through Expedia, they were no help either. So, if you're wanting to stay here to save a few bucks, good luck. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

The man at the front desk was very rude the woman was nice. The man threatened to call the police on me because I was sitting outside at a certain time smoking, which he doesn’t allow inside. I just felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

The head desk manager is a scammer, the hotel is always looking for a way to get more money. He will say that payment didn’t go through and then try to collect more money. It’s unclean and outdated. I would not put my worst enemy here.

My experience was very pleasant . The young man working the front desk (check in &out same person) was very courteous. He Asked how was my day while checking me in and wished me a wonderful day as I was checking out. They are under remodel, so expect the usual construction mess. Overall an excellent experience.

Had to find a room kinda unexpectedly and this place was budget friendly and did the job. It's not the Taj Mahal but it was clean, quiet, and near a couple restaurants. Simply put, its got the job done!

The motel was conveniently located off the highway. My choice in this motel was an affordable price and a place to sleep. Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower, TV, quiet, and a reasonable distance from the auto event I was attending gets my business man's rating of 4 stars out of 5.

Everthing at super 8 is good its a long walk if u dont have a car to g go places like the bus stop is 3 miles awzy butt for the most part its not the hotel fault butt saltic chervon and dpock here at super 8 they are great friendly people and u count not ask for the housekeeper to be bettter then he is.he was and cleans really .hes really a standip guy.how many jouskeeprs canu stay will go the extra me to get stuff done for u.this guy will

Everything was good, except that the breakfast was not available (though its mentioned that it’s available while booking). This caused an extra hour to go out and look for a breakfast place and eat and come.. Had we known regarding that earlier, we would have booked a different place that was available nearby with a breakfast. That caused extra time and money and also to rush to meet the checkout time (which is difficult to manage when you have small kids).

No breakfast as advertised. Heater stuck on 78 and hot. Lock to room wouldn’t go into jam since the door was out of alignment so I had to use the latch lock only and hope for the best. Supposed to be an accessible room but if the door was opened all the way then the broken spring arm would fall down between the door and the wall, preventing it from closing. Parking lot full of broken down cars. Desk guy slightly rude, pushy, nosey, and didn’t care. But it was cheap so you get what you pay for, but really I wouldn’t ever stay here again.

No breakfast despite saying breakfast included. Hallways smelled like people were smoking, no ice machine or anything due to construction. Room was nice and smelled good and was clean but the deadbolt didn't lock which made me nervous since it was just my 8 year old and I. Staff was nice. My son forgot his hoodie that he just got for his birthday last week after checking out. Half hour later after realizing, we drove back and they were able to get it for us. Overall decent stay for what we needed. Was in town from Cincinnati for a concert at Blossom and just needed somewhere to sleep.

Reserved king bed 2 months in advance, nothing available. Second floor was under complete construction and very loud. They did not have breakfast, the electronic lock on our room didn't work so they made us change rooms. TV did not work, had to sign in to one of your streaming platforms just to watch TV. The coffee tasted like burnt water. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at through Hotels.com. Would not recommend to anyone.

I got a great price and would go back if I could get a room not so close to the elevator. They were supposed to have breakfast but there was a sign that it was temporarily unavailable so they offered coffee and granola bars. BUT, it was inexpensive, clean and safe.
